The guest house offers a perfect service and a romantic view over the lagoon. We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights and enjoyed the breakfast and half a day at the beach. Knysna offers activities such as elephant rides, which we enjoyed on our second day.

A beautiful house in an equally beautiful location. Amazing view from the charming and luxurious bedroom. Access to the beach and lagoon without equal - having stayed at previous places around Knysna.

This really is the most amazing property situated on The Heads in Knysna. We stayed in the Ivory Bay room which has panoramic views of the lagoon. The standard of the accommodation is superb, the room was huge as was the bathroom. We absolutely loved it and were glad that we had three nights there. The breakfasts were very good...

We have just had our second stay at this wonderful modern villa- it is beautifully located, has elegant contemporary interiors and the staff could not do more to make us welcome and comfortable. It is a very special place and one to which we feel certain to return. It is definitely our favourite B&B anywhere!

We found Milkwood Manor by accident, but would strongly recommend you to stay there. It is beautiful inside & out. Every morning at Breakfast the owner comes round & chats to you & advises on all the wonderful things there are to enjoy in the area & has maps & information on what ever suits you, and he is so...

The location of the hotel surprised us, the sounds of the sea were soothingly in a hotel room. But at the same time all the sounds of the corridor, disrupting the atmosphere of our two honeymoons. The atmosphere was like living in a basement. The only minus comes from the fact that we are not taken into account at all...

The house and its location is amazing but it felt like we were living in the basement while the owners were away. The owners live overseas and staff come in and serve you breakfast and that is about it. If you were with a big group it would be fine but when you are a couple it feels quite odd...
