Miles guest house is very "old fashioned" in the nicest possible way. One feels that one has stepped back in time but all the facilities are entirely modern and up to date. Breakfast was around a communal table and it was lovely to meet guests from other nations and share experiences. The whole experience is to be highly recommended.

So much to do in Oudtshoorn and Mills B&B were super friendly, it was very quiet when we arrived so they even gave us a free upgrade. Lana's parents also live on the property and shared some traditional South African braai with us. Very nice people and you are close to restaurants, ostrich farms, wildlife reserves and not too far...

The other B&B was considerably more expensive...

Really enjoyed our stay there. The staff are very friendly. The room comes with a lot of essentials. Enjoyed hearing some of George's childhood stories. Gave a lot of information about tourist attractions.

Attractive little place with well kept gardens , in a good location. George the owner was always on hand to help and advise. The rooms are spacious and resonably well equipped. The tv could do with afew more channels such as the news and sport . All in all it was a good location for what we wanted to do...
