This excellent accommodation could not have been better sited to view the Hottentot Holland mountains. There are several cottages and we were lucky to get 'The Nest' which probably had the best views second only to the 'big house'. One cannot help but marvel at the mountains. Staying there for a week gave us an opportunity to view the many...

You can't beat the value for money if you tried! Clean towels, clean linen, gorgeous views and a hostess, Sibs, the friendliest and most accommodating owner you could wish to find! Mpumi, her trusted assistant, was incredibly warm, efficient and helpful.

We stayed in Sascha´s cottage. Spacious, clean, fully ecuipped kitchen, a HUGE patio with braii and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. A large pool where our soon spend much time. Perpect location and within a short ride to most attractions around Stellenbosch.

The setting is beautiful and the pool was amazing in the heatwave but overall the accommodation is a little tired The fans were all broken and there were no clean towels in the one room and there were ants in the shower. Security also needs an upgrade as our car window got smashed.

My husband and I booked in for a stay over New Years for a wedding, the day before we arrived we got a email from Sibs the owner to say we had been upgraded to their best cottage. When we arrived we found out we had been put back in our original room "the nest" and they had upgraded our...

I absolutely loved this place and Sibs and especially Mpumi where fantastic. The views and accommodation is fantastic. There views are breathless, looking towards the mountains and smelling the beautiful aroma's of the Roses in the garden and the best treasure, peaches (stone fruit), yummy. The experience for our family short stay was very memorable. I would definitely recommend this...

Wow...the surrounding mountains and scenery are breathtaking! We stayed at Moores End a few days before our wedding with multiple family members and foreign friends all accommodated in separate units with a central lounge/patio area used by everyone to socialize, dine and manage the decor. We had full and free use of the central living room and Sibs and her...

We attended a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay overnight. I contacted Sibs last minute, she was very quick to respond and helpful in arranging an arrival time. The Nest is clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed in a self-catering unit in the main house. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable and very spacious. The suite has access to a balcony, and has the most beautiful mountain views. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and I will definitely stay at Moore's End again.

My husband and i went to Moore's End with our little daughter (3y). We had a great time, went every day on the beautiful pool, played some tennis and went for magic sunsets on the farm and on fine wine places. It's only a "short" ride to Cape Town and the several, trendy beaches and good restaurants (the owners are...
