As soon as we entered my whole family was sniffed by dogs, hundreds of security guards with semi automatic assault weapons shouting insane commands at you like take out your masks and look straight at the camera, then the other guard next to him/her reprimanding you for taking your mask off, making you empty everything out of your pockets. Note this happens everyday (not just on the day of checking in, even if you are a guest have room keys!!!). We checked in two families in two rooms, both under my name and on the second day they claimed that the other family had dangerous assaults' weapon on them, which turned out to be swimming pump. They even tried to petting down one of the under-age guest in the name of security, until I ran charging towards them. This absurd level of security is to "protect" their casino customer who are their only concerns. Hotel guests doesn't mean anything to them. What else can I say? Well, this hotel has no bar unless you are a casino customer. Ordering anything in the room (including drinks can take more than an hour). Unless you gamble, you cannot even drink in that hotel... I am a frequent traveler in an out of Philippines and generally stay near the airport. Hilton (Pasay) and Hyatt (City of Dreams) which are genuine hotels. Stay away from Okada unless you are a gambler or want to get harassed by security. And yes, they charged full amount for the stay 3 days prior to check-in, so you cannot run away...…
Amidst of pandemic, Me and my family finally had a chance to stay in OKADA for 1night to enjoy my son's birthday and also t'was my Birthday too. We were very satisfied with the NEW norm process of checking in -- first, every registered guest must need to undergo DOT requirements which is the "Antigen Test" which took 15minutes for the result and very affordable price. The room was overall beyond expectations. T'was so spacious, classy decorated, and very comfortable with an elegant comfort room, stunning Jacuzzi with nice view. Having said that, I was able to have a perfect day celebration with a very comfortable place. The hotel staff are also friendly and seem to have a desire to make guests feel at home. Especially I special thanks to the front desk for making all arrangements for us with a very warm smile. Thanks to them, I was able to have a very pleasant and peaceful time with the bright impression and kindness of the front desk staff when I checked in and prior to book in. Overall, I have spent my wonderful bday with Okada even though its pandemic. Also, I would say that this hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed here in Ph. Please keep up the great work and Please convey my appreciation to anyone else responsible for making this a very memorable stay for me. I would love to come back again soon! Cheers!!…
We love the service, the food and the room. It was such a relaxing weekend with the family. Interiors was top of the line, we love the very spacious room, exteriors was world class, super respectful and friendly staff lots of free parking. A weekend we will never forget.

Stayed in Grand Deluxe and Junior Suite. Better room service in Coral Wing than Pearl Wing, not sure if it's because most of the Compli rooms are in Pearl Wing. Both rooms are wonderful and worth every penny though the Junior suite in the Pearl wing needs to undergo some fixing like the broken cabinets, broken handle etc. But I really can't say anything about the service. it's world class. And we love the pillow selection.
We have stayed in many great hotels around the world, this is the best. They say that the Burj Khalifa in Dubai is 6 star (which is certainly not), if there was a 6 star rating it is the Okada. The service is simply next level. The rooms are amazing and the food is exceptional. Then there is the spa. It does not get better than this. Full massage, foot massage, facial, you name it, the team is awesome. We are planning trips back just to spend time in the spa while our daughter is in kids club. If you want the best experience with the best service at a very reasonble price, this is a must visit. Even through covid and the difficulty trying to find people, the Okada has it nailed. The grand hotel and its amenities were already expected but the staff and security folks really made the stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. The attention to detail was great and they really took into consideration the requests I made. I celebrated my birthday here and requested for a "pink" room and was given exactly that with a bonus of a fancy jacuzzi! They also surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake which was the icing on the cake on our splendid stay here. Worth the price and will absolutely come back.
Everything was excellent except the AC temp control that never got fixed, the maintenance checked it twice but both says that it will reset in a while. Our family had the worst sleep, the room was freezing. My wife and son both had colds the next day. Really disappointing.
Very accommodating staff and very hospitable. All the plans were executed very well with the help of Mr. Albert Rivera, Ms. Donna Culitvo, Mr. Mike Abacaro especially Mr. Allen Difuntorum who even went 3hrs early for his shift just to wecme us and accommodate our family. Defenitely will book again. Thank you so much Okada.
The room is clean. The ambiance is very nice. They are very hospitable, especially their security and staff. They are approachable. Special mention to one of their staff, Paulo Mesa (He was very friendly and helpful when he did the room cleaning. He was very respectful too.) Kudos. Keep up the good work.
