After reading all the reviews I wasn't sure wheter to choose this hotel. The main reason I eventually did was its location that included beautiful views. The hotel is outdated, al right, but so is the price. Nevertheless the room we got was spacious, confortable and with outstanding views. Not to mention the top location in town. The staff was...

Coming from a long road trip from the Netherlands we needed to stop in Slovenia for my husband's quick business trip. We were booked in Hotel Koper as this is the nearest one to their head office. The location is very nice, near the restaurants and the shopping area so while my husband was attending business I went around for...

This is the only hotel in the old city and should be a prime destination. We had a room on the second floor but was told the lift only went to the first floor and then we had a long walk and a flight of stairs to reach our room which was very small. The bed linen was clean and...

We were happy to find a room in the only hotel in the old town but the room was the best part as bed was clean. Carpets throughout hotel looked like originals from Yugoslav times, breakfast - served at next door (excellent restaurant Capra) was bad as they apparently won't give Capra enough money for decent spread. Whole feel of...

Hotel located in the old town near sea, great wiev from balcony, nice hotel restaurant also with tables outside. Room clean and big. Aircon was working but after a while water started dropping from it on the floor, also something strange happened at night with it and huge noise woke us up. No vegetables at breakfast. There is no parking...

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending a sports competition. Rooms are spacious, clean and served our purpose well. No balcony but many rooms look out over the harbour which is perfect and big windows open to see the view. We had no issues with the air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. Had a few problems with the electronic...

This must have been a lovely hotel in its day but actually now tired looking and worn . The rooms are large and the beds comfortable but old . Good bathroom though and great location . Wifi only worked in the entrance of the hotel and the staff on duty were just ok . No parking at the hotel itself...

I have spent 2 nights in this hotel and i can definitely say, this hotel wont see me again. Staff was the only good point, but the building and specially rooms are in terrible state. They have a great location, but they will have to invest in the building itself. I dont recomend!

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of August and during the day almost +40 degrees. AC was a quite noisy but it kept the room cool. It´s a large hotel and our room in the other end. Free wifi but only in the public areas (= in the lobby). Room was quite small and equipped with minibar....

After bypassing Koper several times, we decided to stay in a hotel in this port town. Two things that stand out in my memory are the view of the harbour from our room on the front of the hotel, and the breakfast room. You are basically at the centre of most things you might want to see in Koper.
