We were a group of 4 couples and this was our first golfing trip to Belek. We stayed at the Voyage for 7 nights and our overall experience was very good and we would stay here again. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The service was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a standard deluxe room which we found a little tight. We requested a double bed but got 2 singles (no doubles available apparently). The room was cleaned daily but was not consistent in the way it was cleaned, some days we got 4 towels and others 2 towels. The mini bar was not replenished daily. Overall housekeeping not bad at all. The choice of restaurants and food quality was very good in all the restaurants with plenty of variety and well worth the all inclusive. Unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed due to the winter season which we would have love to try. The seafood restaurant was particularly good. The lobby area downstairs was a nice and lively place to hang out in the evenings with beverages available until late. The games rooms with its bowling alley, pool table, arcade games etc. was entertaining for adults, families and children. The health center with its gym, indoor pool, sauna, steam and was very good too. The spa treatments were excellent with experienced staff a must try if you like massages etc. It was a bit cold to use the outdoor pools and beach but I can imagine it being very good in the summer months with plenty of places to chill and enjoy. The golf in Belek is excellent and we played several courses including the Montgomerie (hotel course) and we all really loved it, a must if you are a golfer ! Overall the voyage is a a very good place to stay and certainly well worth the money.

As a family of three we stayed for 7 nights at the Voyage. On arrival we had temperature checks performed, all staff wore masks and there was regular cleaning. Everything we needed from cutlery, straws and even the TV remote were pre wrapped for personal use.
We visited the buffet for breakfast and one evening meal only as there are plenty à la carte restaurants to choose from, we particularly enjoyed the Chinese. The buffet restaurant was well managed and is no longer self service.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Hatice. Hatice is one of the roller skating waitresses working around the main pool, she always greeted us with her positive bubbly personality. For the whole week she made sure we had our favourite drinks to hand, without needing to be reminded of the order or little things such as our daughter prefers no ice. Her service meant we never had to leave the pool area. Much appreciated.
Evening entertainment was good although unfortunately coronavirus registrations cut things off a bit early with all music stopping at midnight. We really enjoyed the million dreams show.
Best all inclusive we have come across including other Turkey resorts, premium drinks served as standard, including Grey Goose vodka. Fresh ice cream available at the patisserie from 11-6.
Fantastic family holiday, would be likely to return.

The hotel feels very fresh and modern after a recent major maintenance. The hotel has everything you could probably wish for during your holiday in Belek: comfortable sea side zone, a lot of activities including bowling, darts, aqua park, beach volleyball and football, stunning evening shows and awesome concerts. The food was great as well: a wide choice of restaurants, including la carte restaurants, 24/7 restaurant, beach snack bar, etc.
The hotel takes anti-coronavirus measures very seriously. We were a bit worried about the way main restaurant works (guests cannot take plates and food by themselves, instead cooks will ask you about your meal choice and bring you the food). It turned out fine, we didn’t experience any discomfort.
All of the hotel’s staff members from housekeeping staff to guest relations managers were incredibly friendly and helpful!
Special thanks to all of De Gusto restaurant’s crew, Hidir from Gracias restaurant, Alican and Grisha from entertainment crew!
The only suggestion for improvement that I came up with was to change schedule of a la carte restaurants. They had two dinner booking options: 7 pm and 8:30 pm. My suggestion is to make 8:30 an “adult only” time. It was really unpleasant trying to enjoy your meal while sitting next to screaming kids.
Don’t be afraid to go on a vacation to Belek during pandemic, you will definitely enjoy you trip!

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are well-deserved. 7 stars would also be fine! Our first visit with family to this wonderful resort which is the best we have been to ever. Clean, luxurious, and so eager to please its guests.
They cannot do enough for you! When the reservation for vegetarian meal at one restaurant did not come through, they more than made up for it via complementary dinners.
The Family Rooms in B block were fabulous with 2 rooms separated by a door, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Squeaky clean always. A little too far in the hot sun from the rest of the attractions like the lobby , the pool, the slides, the beach .
If the vegetarian options were not enough in the buffet, you could request special vegetarian meals. In all Restaurants as well! Just let guest Relations know in time. Restaurant costs 5 euros per adult and 2,5 for a kid. All of them are excellent. Special thanks to Mustafa Peker from Kebappa for going out of the way to order veg dishes even from another restaurant. And Ulku too! The amazing hospitality of Mutesir and Hussein from Wen restaurant made us feel so welcome. Vista was fabulous too with excellent service. Thanks to Kader from Grazias! We forget the name of the other wonderful people there.
What service and hospitality! Even in the lobby. Only the Pier Service could have been improved.
The pier lounge and beach and slides were great too! All of it was so clean. We saw people constantly scrubbing and disinfecting the whole place.
They also offered excellent activities like Darts, archery and rifle shooting. Thank you so much Yasin for making every darts game such fun, and for building a lovely group feeling with your endless enthusiasm.
And the party club for kids and adults was of mindblowing levels on some days. The DJs and lights , decorations and dancers were better than paid clubs! Unbelievable.
I specially love the respect they gave trees and made provision for them to grow through the roof and built the buildings around them.
Dont miss the pista icecream and the Creme brûlée! Waiting to come back soon.

We stayed at the Voyage Belek in late January. Having been recommended to visit the hotel by several of our friends, we booked two weeks for some winter sunshine. Our expectations of the hotel and the staff exceeded our wildest dreams.
Upon arrival we were taken to our room, overlooking the Garden Pool close to the main block. The standard of housekeeping and servicing of our mini bar was exceptional.
We had supper in the Cuisine 24 Restaurant, which was really good. All of the restaurants were amazing offering a wide choice of tasty dishes was all so tempting. The waiters and waitresses were always on hand to replenish drinks. A special thank you to Ayse in the main restaurant
The entertainment team were the most friendly and welcoming I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Emine for the Turkish lesson and for Boccia on the beach. Thanks to Arif and Tanju for the many games of Bowling.
The bar staff are always on hand to refill your glasses and are so friendly. Thanks to Hatice and Umit in the Bloom Bar. The entertainment each evening was of a high standard and rounded each day off nicely. Thanks also to Ibrahim in the Lobby Bar, and Cihan in the Pool Bar.
The Lobby staff and Guest Relations Team were also exceptionally helpful, thank you for the chats each morning Kader. Ozan the Jet2 Customer Helper was also incredibly helpful.
We had an amazing holiday at the Voyage Belek and look forward to many return visits in the future. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Currently on our last day at the voyage and we are so sad to be leaving. The service we have received has been absolutely outstanding. The hotel is amazing and food is incredible. Literally all you could want from a holiday
HATICE has gone above and beyond for us every day making sure that we have everything that we could possibly need. She greets us every morning and works so hard to make our holiday as perfect as it could be.
Ferdi is the best bartender I’ve ever come across. His cocktails and shots are out of this world and we have spent many an evening enjoying his company. Again he has gone above and beyond to give us the best experience and so many memories.
Mehmet has made sure our food is on point at every meal time and even got us things that aren’t on the menu. He greets us with such warmth every meal time and makes sure we don’t go away unsatisfied.
The rooms are beautiful and kept so clean everyday. The hotel is such a high standard and especially with everything going on in the world I cannot fault the cleanliness at all. There is constantly members of staff disinfecting everything down to the lampposts and bins.
The Chinese and steakhouse in particular are amazing and I would highly recommend. Live music and lots of entertainment every evening so you will never get bored.
All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Five star plus all the way from the moment we arrived. Been to this hotel lots of times but first time since the refurbishment. Just when you think couldn’t get any better what a surprise the changes are fantastic. Right from the new reception area down to the beach every aspect has been improved greatly and done so stylishly. We stayed in the main building the rooms are excellent and very tastefully decorated. We arrived to wine and fruit in our room and the fridge was stocked with drinks. We stayed in room 1372 we were looked after very well by our chambermaid all of them are very smiley and happy. Our experience with the rest of the hotel was excellent. The food in the main restaurant and adults is cooked to a very high standard. The alcoholic drinks available are lots of different cocktails wine and premium brands of other alcoholic drinks. There is a big variety of different coffee and soft drinks also to enjoy. We dined at the Chinese and fish à la cart and the service we received in both was amazing the food was excellent. The new 24 hour à la cart is such a good addition just fantastic. The staff at Voyage are always so willing to help and please their guests so friendly and nice to see. There are so many of you that made our stay so special you all know who you are just a few to mention. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful a special mention to yilizhan and Ozan thank you. Waiters special mention to Mutesir Hidir and Reha. Thank you to Basak in the main Bar for always being so happy and smiley thanks again. Can’t wait to return well done to Voyage thank you for another wonderful holiday at your fantastic hotel hope to see you all again soon.

We stayed here for 8 amazing nights from November 12th every thing was perfect from start to finish our 1sr time in Belek too. Check in was very straight forward our room which was in main building on the 5th was a Deluxe Room l which had our own jacuzzi on the beautiful balcony which had part sea views too every thing was lovely & perfect this was our 1st holiday since 2019 so we spoiled our self with this beautiful room.
The maids did a wonderful job every thing was perfect & clean with having a deluxe room you got a few extras including welcome flowers bottle of wine miniature bottles of spirits which was replaced daily by Ilyas you could not ask for any thing more
All areas of Hotel was clean plenty of masks & hand Sanitiser every where felt safe.
We was very surprised how this hotel was maintained to a very high standard the grounds are beautiful the facilities are for every one any age are second to none .
FOOD was amazing the choices was very good we ate in Degusto Family mainly @ lunch plenty to choose from friendly staff
BREAKFAST we mainly used Cuisine 24 loved eggs benedict in there omelette very nice too you get to look at a i pad which is very easy. we pop there too sometime late as they open24hrs
We also used the A La Carte all was exceptional Wen chinese worth the small extra charge loved the duck every thing was lovely great service too thanks Muto Yildiz for great service
Steak Restaurant again an extra charge but worth it the steaks cooked to perfection our server Murat Burak looked after us so well.
Evening meal Degusto in ADULT again very good selection staff very friendly & welcoming we ate ere 1st night met lovely man special thanks to Rest chef Taner Elmas miss our chats our server Ben Misafir lovely guy too.
Drink quality was very good you got all top branded labels cocktails where the best made by Ferdis & Ozgur we even went to the cocktail lesson great time. the bar staff worked very hard keeping us well top up.
This hotel gives you every thing you could wish for from a wonderful holiday thank you see you all again keep safe If you thinking of booking this hotel go for it ! you wont be disappointed

Had a 5 night stay in a garden Villa as a party of 2 adults and 2 children. Initial impression was this hotel was not on the same scale as other 5* Belek properties. However the longer we was there the more my opinion changed. The checking in area is fairly compact but more then sufficient. Check in was a breeze and our villa was a short walk away. The villa itself was comfortable, but I am not sure all the space was fully utilised to the best it could. Where the Voyage excels is the guest experience provided by the many staff. All bar staff in the many indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent, all restaurant staff perfect and willing to go the extra mile to please. There was quite a bit of work going on around the complex as it was making preparations for peak season this did not really detract from the whole experience. It would have been nice if at least one of the piers was open. There was plenty of food and drink outlets available for the number of guests and queue times for drinks and food was minimal. Always received a warm welcome in the main buffet restaurant Da Gusto, our drinks order was always taken efficiently and with a smile. Cuisine24 excellent service too and a great idea to offer fresh food 24/7. If I was being over critical I would recommend a more rotating menu in the buffet restaurant and Cuisine24. Perhaps Indian curry / tandoori dishes. Could not complain about the quality of drinks available plenty of alcoholic/ non alcoholic cocktails too. If I did have a suggestion it would be the non alcoholic cocktails be served in smaller glasses as there was so much wastage, a lot of these drinks were ordered by children and they were having one or two sips and the rest was wasted which is a shame as they were presentd with such care and attention to detail. Room showers were excellent, no problems at all. I think the downstairs area in the villa should have been a lounge area and all sleeping upstairs, but that is just personal preference. All in all an excellent stay made better by the welcoming staff. The food and drink was quality in all establishments. If the Orange juice is as good as M&S and the baked beans are as good as Heinz, what's not to like?

I have visited Voyage a few times now before and after the refurbishment. I have also stayed at a few of the other surrounding hotels in the Belek area as we play golf. The Voyage prices have increased since the upgrade but in my opinion it is worth it to receive the best customer service in Belek if not Turkey. Let me make you aware of a few small faults you will encounter in the rooms, showers have bad drainage design and your room floor will flood when using, the lampshades next to the bed you will bang your head off them (they can be turned away) why is there a door on the wardrobe preventing you from accessing the bottom drawers, it serves no purpose and needs removed as space is at a premium in that area. Right three small things about the room and the rest is all about positive starting with the magnificence of the upgraded hotel spaces, including the reception area, lobby bar, barroom, bloom bar, cuisine 24, main restaurant and adult resturant and all the a la cartes, they have all been finished to a very high standard. The jewel in the crown for me is how friendly all the staff are with you, they make your stay special, they work exceptionally hard to ensure you stay is memorable. I would like to give a special mention to my brother Mahmut in the lobby bar he is a superstar. The welcome and attention you get in the Barroom from Ferdi, Ozun and the team is first class. We were spoiled in the Carino steak a la carte by Murat and his team, he is a gentleman. The staff in the bloom bar always made sure our glasses were never empty and kept us entertained, a big thanks to Ilker and his friends, we were also made more than welcome every time we visted Cuisine 24 by Ersan, he is an excellent waiter and a credit to the Voyage Belek. How could I write a review without mentioning Muto and Hidir in the chinese a la carte, these guys go the extra mile and totally spoil you. To be fair I could go on all night how good the staff are, don't take my word for it, look at all the other reviews on trip advisor, they can't all be wrong, you wont be disappointed it is excellent in every way, until we return in 2020, thanks again Team Voyage.
