Terrible hotel management Awful reception staff can't speak English Felt unwelcome They keep changing what they say inconsistent in their decisions Wi-Fi awful I've left that hotel disliking it n left with bitter memories of 95% of the staff. I would never ever Reccommend this place Horrible staff horrible management They have no costomer respect.
There are pros and cons to Zehra Hotel. I've stayed in various different hotels in the area over the past 2 years. Pros, halaal environment, masjid easily accessible, small things make a big difference like where qibla pointed to, the prayer mat, hat and tasbeh provided in each room. Separate pool for women, hamaam times for ladies only etc. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate guests requests wherever possible. Cons, buffet wasn't varied unlike other places I have been to. Plastic cups with drinks being served, no snack bar. Hamaam was closed, repairs were being done, water slide was out of commission in both pools, indoor heated pool was very small, kids park was basic, room smelt a bit damp due to water not contained within shower and leaking onto the bathroom floor. Main issue was the rooms didn't lock. You could use room key to open the door but couldn't lock when indoor, though alarm did go off when door was opened. This was being looked into when we were leaving though. Wifi wasn't very good but this seems to be a common theme for most resorts in this area. I really wanted to write a positive review because the concept is great and a real niche for those that want a more modest experience however there is lots of room for improvement and I wish them well in this.…
It was a nice hotel. We had a jacuzzi in our room which was perfect. The pool was amazing. The food was so nice. You have a whole table with food. The temperature of the pool was nice, it was not tocold or too warm. The sea was the best sea I ever see. So blue I’ve never seen !
We’ve been there for two week and it was a great experience for us because we could see lots of beautiful places. And hotel manager Gülser was a lovely person. She was cheerful and helpful also friendly. Thanks for everything. Great Hotel I always recommend!
I had a good time in this hotel ,I recommended everyone, what can I say, come and see ,good food and beautiful activites,I liked pool and other things ,stuff is always smiling and clear ,different vacation here
Should have trusted reviews. End of the season trade so majority of services closed in the hotel i.e. spa facilities, family pool and limited choice of food! Outdoor pool was too cold for kids to use as weather wasn't great...i guess thats the winter season! Quiet and nice as there weren't many people. Staff were friendly and helpful but didn't speak English; communication was very hard but some how got through. Disappointing. No activities so kids got bored. Arranged trips to the beach which requires taxi or local bus which only comes certain times in the day. Arranged excursions with outside group, which was good fun and got us out of the hotel. Outside restaurant food horrible!!! Prefer the restaurants here at home! A good break nevertheless...its what you make of it.
This definitely was not the best hotel ive stayed at, pretty average to tbh, but the staff were so hospitable and nice it made up for what was missing. Ultimately you pay for what you get, pools were decent and the king suite was very spacious. Staff were always happy to accommodate to your every need. Decent halal hotel, and great entertainment for children. The female manager constantly checked we were happy and if we needed anything. Food was ok.
