Best value for money as we had a early bird discount, and half board and breakfast were included. Family room was big and clean. Location is excellent. Food is delicious (the bread at the restaurant !) Staff is friendly. Highly recommended ! The kids didn’t want to leave

Great hotel to stay if you have chosen Oludeniz as a holiday destination. Special thanks goes to their restaurant - all meals I ordered there during 2 weeks of my stay were fresh, delicious and fabulously served. Turkish breakfast, shrimp in pineapple and mutton kebab were absolutely gorgeous. They give generous portions and care to impress you with the beauty of serving. Second thing I liked was their exterior, terrace and inner garden. I loved drinking cocktails and coffee there. Your eyes are seeing the paradise (the flamboyance of colors, forged elements, mountains on the background). Plus, the hotel is not huge, and therefore not overcrowded - you will feel comfortable and relaxed there. Last but not least is the staff. They are great. I traveled alone and surely needed company. I made several friends at the hotel, because people working there are easy-going, humorous and interested in communicating. This was also a big plus for me :) …

very nice place to stay. hotel is newly renovated and clean. breakfast was excellent, hotel is very close to oludeniz many place to shop and many restaurant in couple steps away from hotel. coffee shop at the front has very good coffee and ice cream town of fethiye and oludeniz very nice places to see , don't forget to experience parasailing best in the world. hotel restaurant and ottoman restaurant worth to try

Located very close to Oludeniz beach and to the attractions it offers. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good housekeeping staff. Restaurant is nice with a good breakfast spread with fresh fruits and veggies and an omlette counter. Would suggest if the dishes could be labelled for international tourists since it was hard to say what dishes they were. Not your typical resort. Tonoz has shops beneath and is part of a bustling sidewalk. The place is hep and seems fit for a younger crowd. The shower / tap pull mechanism wasn't working well and kept flipping to tap. No lift but there is a person to carry stuff up and down the stairs.

Service is absolute 0. Hotel homepage says "customer satisfaction is everything to us"...call us..text us in whatsapp...any question..any problem...I wanted to book my stay in Tonoz hotel. So I texted in whatsapp...with simple questions about rooms and bookings. After 5 hours reply was "How can I help you"....and thats all...0 answers, 0 communication, 0 customer service.

Good location almost around all things u need to do in Oludeniz… open buffet breakfast, , pool bar , spa next to hotel , towel free for pool or beach plus ur towel in room for shower , good furniture, nice people, I had only one night stay… I think that’s better than some around with reasonable price

Little oasis just off main street. Staff always friendly and helpful - clean throughout. Great breakfast choices with helpful service staff. Some may find the stairs a bind as there’s no lift. However not a problem to us. Free safe, Free Aircon. Rooms cleaned each day. Glad we stayed here👍

Well to give it a 5 isn’t enough,came back from this amazing hotel 19th August after a fantastic 2 week stay. My 1st time staying in Oludeniz and this hotel and I will admit when I came through from Hisaronu to see it in April because I would be coming myself in August the front of the hotel didn’t bowl me over. On walking in omg it’s like an oasis,beautiful surroundings and so welcoming. My room I have to say is the best room I have ever stayed in and I’ve been coming to Turkey for a few years. It was absolutely spotless,couldn’t have asked for more. The Turkish breakfast is by far thee best selection I have seen and also loads of other breakfast options. I ate in their beautiful restaurant and again food was to die for,obviously I can’t forget the very hard working staff from front of house to the cleaners. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh bedding and towels were in abundance. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so lovely and friendly,especially the day I had had too much sun and took not well sitting at a table they so looked after me and I was so very grateful for that. So thank you team Tonoz beach hotel for the best time,keep up the fantastic work as you’re smashing it. I also forgot to add that air con and the safe are included in the price of your holiday,and there is a kettle with tea and coffee etc and a fridge in the room x…

We have just got back from a weeks stay at the Tonoz. After reading reviews was a bit concerned regarding the situation of the hotel so contacted the hotel to request a pool view room and when checked in we were given a pool view room which was superb and being ground floor was an extra bonus as none of the rooms had balconies which wasnt mentioned on the Jet2 website otherwise wouldnt of booked. Ground floor rooms had a seating area outside room otherwise in my opinion a room without a balcony would be a bit claustrophobic. Free air con and safe facilities which was very good. Breakfast wasn't the best and very basic ended up eating out after a few days. Staff were excellent and very professional we booked a great boat trip vua the hotel which would definitely recommend. Rooms were on the small side but very clean bed was super comfy had the best nights sleep... Shower was excellent and very clean. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach and about 15 mins to the blue lagoon. Overall had a great week but sadly wouldn't return. …
