Booked through this company to get to Turkey, after booking which was a simple process all seemed well. Flew with TUI (exceptional) couldn’t fault them. Arrived at the Magic Tulip Hotel in Olu Deniz, first impressions looked alright. On speaking to the man in reception I explained I had just arrived, he didn’t seem bothered, I will take you to your room. I couldn’t believe where I was going underground in the basement of the hotel, not well lit. On opening the door it smelt musty with stained chair covers for what I presume was for the chairs on the balcony, to open the door to a concrete wall. I wasn’t staying here I felt very unsafe. I tried to contact the rep or even the 24/7 support but to no avail. Won’t be booking with these again!! I found a fantastic hotel around the corner The Taner Hotel friendly staff very welcoming and clean and tidy and I felt safe. I had an amazing view from my room.

We were checked-in to the room in the basement, not bad as it still has a terrace where you can dry swimming suites and towels, BUT the wi-fi is terrible, it didn't work for both nights we were there, moreover as the room is in basement it was also impossible to use LTE. Hotel management really needs to pay attention to it, it's 21st century. The room is ok, it is obvious that the hotel is quite old and need some renovations, but everything is clean, which is extremely important, and the bed is comfortable. There was no duvet on the bed, just a small cover, which is barely enough to cover one person, so why not to put 2 of them for 2 guests arrival to the room? Oh and when we tried to call the reception to remind them that we asked for the second one we discovered that the phone in the room is not working, though anyway there's no information on how to call to the reception in the room, kind of a basic thing. AC is not working from the moment you remove the guest key card from reader, though it would be nice to have a possibility to leave it on, so you can come back to a pleasantly chilly room after your beach time. Breakfast was fine, everything we needed was there, not crowded at all, we didn't feel any lack of anything. Definitely some trainings should be done with employees, they seem not to have basic knowledge of the area. We asked about the boat shuttle to the Butterfly valley, receptionist said that there's no shuttle like this. We found it ourselves on the beach, so.. It would be nice if they know such stuff and are helpful, after this you don't really want to ask them anything anymore. Hotel has a pool, we didn't use it, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. I saw also some ants in the room, but maybe it is because of the terrace.

Lets put it this way: any hotel experience is around 70% about the quality of the staff and management. and the quality here is 0. The guy behind the reception is extremely rude and dry. most of the staff are underage boys. the breakfast is horrible. like i mean ... disgusting. a plate with like cheese, olived, a peice of cucumber, tomateo and watermelon!!!! also very stingy, and the people serving are so unprofessional. we asked for more of the "stew"and he made it so awkward and was like this is enough for two people!!! let me put it this way: if they had a cancellation policy, and we could have paid 50$ to cancel on arrival, we would have gladly done it. mind you 50$ is worth of three nights at this craphole.

We booked a last minute stay here as our holiday to Portugal was cancelled. It was brilliant value for money. The rooms are good with a really comfy bed. There’s a nice pool with plenty of sun beds although they aren’t very comfortable as they have no cushions so we had to get cheap lilos to put on them. The breakfast isn’t great, very basic with no toast or cereal available. The location is brilliant, so close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are really lovely and friendly.

Well I booked this place without reading any reviews on the hotel or the area but safe to say we were not disappointed. Rooms aren't very big but they are adequate for what's required of them. Our room was one of the low level rooms, no balcony but a patio area with 2 chairs and a table. We had a double bed and a single bed, a fridge, a kettle, hairdryer and aircon everything we needed for a weeks stay. Maids cleaned the room every day and fresh towels when required. The staff are lovely and are very attentive, beer cheap, food cheap and tasty, can't fault it. Would come here again. Wasn't over crowded either so no dash for a sunbed as there were plenty, in fact there were never many people at the pool so it was very chilled. All in all a fab stay.

Arrived 23rd September . Unfortunately not a very good day for some travellers with a certain tour operator. As you can see by a few previous reviews . Thus there are two sides to every story the poor holidaymaker whos saved all year for the perfect holiday &the hotelier who stands to loose thousands in unpaid bills . Please note tour operators pay the least for the rooms they book you so dont expect to make a silk ourseout of a sows ear Review staff friendly they would do anything to help you if you asked politely &were respectful The place was very clean &tidy Prices average Location excellent Value for money of the stay good (Dont expect everything free eg safe aircon when you are paying so little for your accommodation) Amenities were what is expected for the price Conclusion. Would definitely stay here again we enjoyed the stay& staff &the banter . They also gave us good advise&information on what we wanted. Many thanks

Got their around 3am Monday 23rd Sept 2019 with Thomas Cook...got up at 9am for breakfast only to be told T/C had not paid the bill and demanded £700 for our stay...very rude and not very helpful....last time we checked the rooms where only £25-£29 a night b&b, so where he got £70 a night from, we dont know. we paid for 1 night and were made to leave, other T/C travellers had doors bolted and luggage taken, police where there and nothing was done, the manager wasnt interested in CAA, ATOL or warnings from the Turkish Government, he wanted money and that was it, would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This hotel looks lovely and it is the only problem is the staff and the owners. They are rude ignorant and very unhelpful. The breakfast is not good and repetitive. Usually run out by 9,30am. Receptionist extremely aggressive.

Advantages: - Location - Size of the room - Swimming pool area Disadvantages: - We had a triple room and one access card only. when requested a new card, the receptionist answered in a rude way with two words: "Only one". - We requested a 3rd chair for the balcony and they didn't fulfill. - Breakfast was really limited compared to another same size/budget hotel in the area that I also tried (Montebello Deluxe)
