I hope it will be a useful comment for those who want to come here. The hotel is in a perfect central location. You are on Hisarönü walking street at the exit of the hotel and you can reach Ölüdeniz in 5 minutes by shuttle. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The staff, especially Giray, took very good care of us and I would like to thank him again. Since the period we stayed was May, the pool was not crowded and we had no trouble finding a place. They serve Turkish breakfast for breakfast, you can have the varieties you need or omelette is given instead. Overall we liked the hotel and will come again.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely hotel. Rooms are large and clean with views of the pool from the balcony. The bathroom is large and the shower is excellent never had a problem with hot water. All staff from reception to restaurant and cleaners are very friendly and welcoming. We had some really good times with Jimmy and his staff in the English restaurant and the food was excellent. A couple of issues arose but were very quickly dealt with. Overall and excellent hotel to stay in and with walking distance to everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about a 4 star place to stay, Many thanks for a wonderful stay and also to Ella at reception for her warm welcome every night when we returned from dinner.

Beautiful gem of a hotel in Hisaronu. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff. However the pool music is TOO loud and too repetetive. Management should keep an eye on the bar staff as they seem to have control of the music. It was very off putting at times and not relaxing.

Excellent holiday. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from the cleaning staff to the waiters and everyone else. The room was nicely furnished and quite spacial. Would definitely return.

We have just turned back from this beautiful place and it was really amazing. At the reception Giray looked after us very well in the restaurant Jimmy and Harun were so helpful and nice too. Just a few days the weather was not nice but it is ok. We will definetaly will come back!

We didn't stay here last year but stayed there 5 times previously best hotel I have stayed Only little thing sunbeds we're a pain to get as people were putting.g towels on them then goin off all day We just wait to another place but staff and Ower are so lovely and friendly. Food is lovely. They have done alot of changes when we went to see a freind there looks lovely a d so clean. The pool is nice and easy to get into too.

We have stayed at this hotel twice previously and has always been good. However now Eylum has gone it has gone down hill. Reception staff useless, no atmosphere. Pool area cramped and people putting towels on sunbeds etc. Pool freezing as well. We actually saw someone put 2 on a set of beds on one side of the pool and another on the other side as the sun moves round. Poolside bar staff good. Can not take anything in the hotel now even water there is a sign up at reception. The English restaurant where you have breakfast is good, however they do not offer you much on the breakfast menu now it changed since last time we went. Jimmy and all the staff are such good people though so make up for it. I would go back but not stay at the Han again which is really disappointing. The service from the young lad on reception was awful when I asked about our return transfer that we pre booked and paid for. He just laughed in our faces. They haven't got a clue. You ask them something and they just reply I'm not sure I will find out then disappear. Eylum was a great asset nothing was to much trouble.…

Stayed for 2 weeks at the end of Sept, we have been to this resort around 14 times and as many different hotels so I have a good idea of the standards that are expected. Our stay was o.k. at best only spoilt by some unnecessary rules and regulations which management thought were a good idea, for example , on the first morning we were stood in the dining room looking for the buffet only to discover that your orders were taken at your table and served to you, I didn't really like the system as it unveiled that if you didn't like eggs or toast your options were very limited, if you wanted a fry up, beans etc it was charged as an extra. Also no juice at breakfast, that was extra, one lady was charged for hot water. There was an option for a Turkish breakfast, tried it once and it wasn't for me. No real facilities in the rooms, no kettle or brew kit and the safe was extra, we took our own kettle and brew kit and had to smuggle water into the room as a small bottle of water was 50p and there was a strict rule of no food or drink to be brought in. Having read TA before we went out we were annoyed that some guests had been charged £90 for a stained towel so we were always aware of this and had to take pictures of various stains on our bedding and carpet which kinda spoilt the holiday a bit, you shouldn't have to be paranoid about stains for 2 weeks. We had a towel rail fall off in our first few days, we reported it and it was still unfixed as we departed. The WiFi was diabolical and very intermittent, there were a couple of English language film channels but no bbc news which was another first for us. On the whole we had a good holiday and Jimmy the floor staff were brilliant but they were having to apologise to guests for some of the unnecessary rules, so we'll done to them. Unfortunately we will not be returning to Han unless we hear there has been a lot of changes but there are a lot better hotels in the resort.…

Excellent family run hotel, with own restaurant and really good friendly staff. There is a nice clean pool and excellent run bar, by Ibraham (IBo) and Gizem. It’s been really hard for them with Covid and the rate of reflation, like the rest of us. So be be kind.
