This hotel is definitely on of my favourite hotels that i have been to. Tolga and his family make you feel welcome and part of their family, nothing is too much trouble for them. If you need a taxi Tolga will help you or press the yellow button near the entrance, If you need specific dietary requirements let them know and they will do their very best to accommodate you. We were luck enough to be put in one of the family rooms. These rooms are light and airy and extremely spacious, yes its a pain not having a lift but that would be a little luxury. There is a cake man that comes round regularly with the most delicious cakes. The hotel is close enough to walk up to the strip or you can rent a mobility scooter from Tolga, but it is far enough away that you don't hear all the music. There is so many restaurants that you could eat some where different every day for 2 weeks and still not have tried them all. Hopefully we will be going again this year in October

If you are looking for 5 star, Tolay probably isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for a warm welcome from a family run hotel who will always go the extra mile then look no further. Tolga and the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to Kamil who kept us laughing for the full fortnight (chop chop, snow coming!). Had a brilliant family stay and would definitely go back. Fantastic holiday.

This hotel relies on returning guests, who just like to drink, meet friends, the owner only makes conversation with people who are returning guests, or to take money for bar bills. Rooms are dirty, no fire regulation signs, smoke detectors(which are compulsory in Turkey now), or extinguishers. Balcony doors don't open, air con didn't work, breakfast is a joke. The loungers are in disrepair, split mattresses, the chairs have cushions which are dirty, bar stool dangerous, one broke when a customer took his walking stick from where it was propped, the bar man just laughed and screwed the set back in!! I know it's cheap, but there are no standards here. The cleaners (I use the term loosely) just move your belongings around, towels are old and crunchy, floors not cleaned. Noisy in corridors, tired hotel, so disappointing. My bathroom stunk of sewerage, there were tiny millipede things under the sink, on the floor, when I mentioned this to the owner, he said he'd send someone up to clean it...did he? Of course not. Breakfast was same every day, cheap coffee decanted into Nescafe jars, boiled eggs, hard, bread, jam, 2 types of plastic cheese, pitiful. My friend asked for an omelette for a change and got charged for it!! What a joke.

The hotel has a fair 3 star rating, if you are used to 5 star accommodation then the Tolay isn't for you ! The rooms are basic but comfortable & cleaned to a high standard daily, the pool & outside bar area is great with a great selection of drinks, the food menu is basic but the food itself is fantastic ( I ate everyday at the Tolay ) There are areas of the hotel that could do with a little TLC & a lick of paint but this certainly won't spoil your time here ( just being honest ). I met so many nice people here & was surprised at the amount of guests that come back every year ( I'm returning back in October this year ) ! Well done Tolga, Karen, Kmili & all the staff at the Tolay. A truly fantastic holiday.

We arrived at the tolay 13/8/2022 and was greeted by a a good looking pool and bar area which is what I expected having visited this area over the last 17 years, however the hotel room we were alacated was not good, we asked if another was available but when shown another it was clear we had to move, I made a call to another hotel and paid again for accommodation, my main problem is not being able to make contact with on the beach, no one answers the phone number given or replys to e.mails, as of the 30/8/2022 no response.

A hotel with excellent and very friendly staff. The rooms, beds and facilities are fine. A perfect business in terms of food. Being close to the forest also provides an extraordinary experience. The pool is suitable for both children and adults.

Just returned from the Tolay hotel and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Tolga and his staff especially Karen can not do enough for you. Karen is a wealth of knowledge about Hisaronu as is Tolga. Small hotel not far from the main strip through Hisaronu but far enough not to have the noise from the bars etc. Just right for a nice, quiet relaxing holiday. We have had many holidays in Hisaronu over the years and have finally found our forever hotel.

We stayed in the Tolay hotel for the 1st time this year and it won’t be the last. The owner couldn’t do enough for all of his guests nothing was too much trouble. The staff are great, food good standard and plentiful at breakfast and from snack menu. Everyone was so friendly guests clearly returning every year for many years and now we will be adding to these numbers - nothing negative at all to say - a great hotel in great location.

Just returned and despite being end of season we had a great stay. The hotel is basic but very welcoming. It is family run - Tolga and Yusef do everything possible to help in any way. The location is a 2 minute walk into Hisarou Main Street but far enough away from the noise.Very reasonable priced drinks and snacks available This is a very welcoming family run hotel in an ideal location. Our family room was huge and ideal. We will definatley return soon.
