I booked in hear for a week via Loveholidays. Firstly the photo's are not up to date and the room I was placed in, isn't pictured as it is a lower standard. Although I paid for the better rooms. After a longer journey than it should of been I arrived here with my girlfriend to be met with the words I wasn't booked in. I showed them an electronic copy of my voucher, and straight away they said they would find me a room. Okay they're working with me here. Unfortunately it wasn't the pool side room I had booked, but I was happy to just get a room after the journey we had had. For 4 days we asked for a top sheet for the bed to lay over us, before gods knows how many long conversations we finally got one (we could see the other rooms had one!). Every day I had to walk through pool and dinning area to ask for a paper cup (it felt like begging), as there wasn't a single glass in the room to drink from or to use to brush your teeth. There was no easy chair in the room which we saw in other rooms and the photo's illustrated too, no hairdryer (granted we didn't mention the hairdryer until the last night, but that will be explained), and there was no wifi from our room. Also I could complain about the standards of the "housekeeping", I know my girlfriend most certainly would, On the last night we just wanted to get our heads down for a few hours sleep before a 2am transfer, only to be woken by a knock at the door at 12 midnight!!! Once again telling us there was no signs of our reference number or our payment, demanding to see the same electronic copy I gave them at the start of the holiday and they took photo's of. So how did that help them!?! I explained how they were making me feel dishonest, although the issue didn't arise form my end but was between them and the booking agents. They kept pressing me for more proof with "bull$&!t" stories (I even opened my Loveholidays account to show my bookings and the records of all my payments). Finally I told them my list of issues with the room, I didn't want to complain but felt forced to. This is were I get "bemused", once again I was faced with their friendly smiles and told if I had mentioned the issues they would of dealt with them. I told them I complained for 4 days about the missing bed sheet and every day for a week I asked for a glass only to be told I couldn't have one and to take a paper cup. They did at this point said they would try to find me a glass, 2hrs before I check out!!!…

We have stayed in one of the Z Exclusive villas 3 times now since 2018. The villas have everything that you may need, including a tea pot for making proper Turkish tea! The staff are superb, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We arrived at 23:30 and Umut was waiting for us as usual. Some days later, some other guests were arrining at 03:30, but the staff were up waiting to greet them too. The Turkish breakfast is excellent, a real highlight. Evening meals are now available, and these are absolutely excellent, freshly cooked to order, there is a menu available, but you can tailor this to your specific needs as you wish. The location is away from all the noise of the main strip, but it is only a very short walk away.

Just got back from a great eleven days at the Z exclusive in Oludinez, really enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Staff brilliant, Umut and team looked after us so well. Our rooms backed onto the pool so we had our own steps into it. We were just out of the busy part so nice and chilled. yet a couple of minutes and you were at the start of all the restaurants and then a couple more minutes and we were at the beach. We had probably the tastiest meal at the hotel, I was very impressed. A big thanks to all !!!

We love this hotel! The location is perfect and within a 5 minute walking distance from the strip. What makes this place great is Zaffer and his team. They go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay. We will see you in September!

We stayed here as a large party for my daughter’s wedding. Perfect location not far from the busy strip. All of the rooms, villas and suites are spotless and have plenty of room. The staff here go above and beyond what is expected and we were treated like family. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is included for guests staying in the swim up rooms and was plentiful with eggs cooked to order. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and am already planning to go back! stayed here for sons Tom's wedding large family. Staff were fantastic beautiful rooms great food they made all feel at home and could not do any more for everyone Leon your a star would highly recommend for a great holiday

Stayed in one of the villas with 2 children. They loved that you could swim in the pool when the sun went down. The villas have everything you needed. Microwave, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, hob and barbecue. It was so quiet and peaceful there. You have the option of cooking your own food or ordering from the main hotel which had some lovely swim up rooms. Had breakfast brought up to the villa on the first day and that was lovely.the fussy children even ate it! The staff were amazing and worked so hard around the grounds to keep it maintained. As guests of the villa we were also allowed to use the main pool and sun beds, the pool was a decent size for a swim. The owner was present everyday and made sure that we had everything we needed. Nice to see the owner present. Can not fault the villas, staff and owner and will definitely be back. Most relaxing holiday we have had with no set times times to eat or noises from other quests. It was next to a mosque but it never woke us up. Thank you Z exclusive for making special memories for our children and fatty for entertaining the young one with his humour. She loved going out to see the dog and sheep with him and laughed at his dancing.…

We arrived before the season started but this lovely villa was perfect for our family and very good value. Spotlessly clean and a stroll to the beach 10 mins and away from all the noise down at the beach . A kitchenette to prepare some simple meals. Fabulous place

I travelled a lot around the world for work and private, and I can tell that this is the best hotel I have ever been. We had a swim-up room, which was big and very clean! The toiletries were complete. The first time that I can say that I can leave my toiletries at home. We all liked the jacuzzi by the swimming pool. The green garden and the delicious smell of the flowers was overwhelming. Like you are walking in heaven. The chef delivered very good breakfast and good diner. The bartender made the best mojito ever, with fresh lemon and mint from their own garden. And the family who are running the hotel.. They made us feel home. Days after leaving my 2-years old daughter asked to go to the granny, grandpa and bro from the hotel. The hotel is on walking distance from the beach and the center of Oludeniz. The beach of Oludeniz, especially Kumburnu is clean and very suited for children. Thanks Z Exclusive family for giving us a excellent experience. See you next year!…

If you are looking for a quiet, simple, and hassle free accommodation at Oludeniz, this is your place! We stayed in the rooms that overlook the pool, and our kids loved it. Rooms are super spacious with a sofa-bed as well, and bathrooms are also quite spacious. Breakfast is very original (Turkish style) and we truly enjoyed it, in addition to the meals we had there. This place is super close to the beach and the great tourist area .. highly recommended. Word of advice: if you are a light sleeper and dont like light in your room, make sure to have an eye cover, since the curtains there are not totally dark.
