went there september booked a sea view room with on the beach .on arival was given a shoe box we couldn't move in .i immediately went back to reception and told them the room was small and was smelling od damp. i was informed they couldn't move us but would have another room in 2 days so we never unpacked. in 2 days time we went to the reception to be told they dont have another room available and maybe later on in the week they may have one. i decide to contact our holiday company ON THE BEACH .. who are vertually impossible to get intouch with .eventually i emailed them and was given a number to call that used my credit immediately. i spent the next few days emailing them to change our room .sent them my number many of time including my room number this went on for days and spent over £70 topping up my phone number frustrating. we never got any replys or calls this was a holiday from a prison cell and when i eventually contacted someone afte 10 days was told it was too late and to make a complaint when i got home . i have since been trying to get a refund and have been told basically i didnt try hard enough . and was offered £200 off my next booking this is a bad hotel and a worse on the beach company dont use have a look at these photo's of what they expect you to accept.…

Very cozy hotel, with nice greeny territory, 2 pools. Cuisine and bar is very good too. We enjoyed staying here. Bar is working 24h, any type of cocktails or drinks, stuff are very pleasant. At the night time there is disco and karaoke.

we had an excellent week. We are planning to stay longer next year. Food and beverage are excellent. Resstaurant ,Bar staff and hapsekeeper staff are great. Thank you to the animation team and bloody Erol.See you next year.

We visited for 2 weeks in June 2022 please find my review for you to understand this fantastic hotel and its exemplary staff. Erol and his entertainment team made us so comfortable and laugh from the very beginning of our stay. His cheeky funny ness and pure love and passion for his job and holiday makers was and is 2nd to none. We have been on many holidays but nothing touches Manas Park. The rooms , views , food and facilities , cleanliness were the best we have ever stayed in and nothing was ever to much trouble with all the the staff. From maids to cooks , reception, bar staff , management and like I said our fantastic Erol and team ❤️ you could have lots of different entertainment in massive hotels but this team with Erol makes it’s so personal and gives you memories and smiles you will never forget and this is another main reason why we are going back as without them there it just wouldn’t be the same as they all make it.we never usually visit anywhere twice but this will be a yearly return for us as no where tops this hotel and how they look after you and make you feel , it really is more than a holiday you just don’t want to leave as when you do it’s like leaving your family behind. We are getting married this year and are COMING BACK 🥰 we are so excited and can’t wait to see everyone again and enjoy this beautiful hotel and the beautiful Olu Deniz . Visited this hotel several years ago and was not impressed, but a lot of changes have been done so we decided to give it another try. Glad we did , really is a loverly place to stay. Added another big pool and built more rooms .the views are brilliant from the hotel down onto the sea and town. Rooms are well equipped mini fridge well stocked , tea and coffee making facilities.there are different type of rooms from the standard to rooms with their own pool. Loved the food, always plenty to eat. Staff are second to none brilliant, cannot do enough for you. Entertainment was excellent led by the famous EROL . There is one thing this hotel is on a hill so if your disabled or not mobile you will struggle which I did, but saying that still enjoyed every minute, I’m 73 so it was a struggle for me. September the hotel gets a lot of Turkish guests so a lot of the entertainment was aimed at them. There was not that many brits there so go a bit earlier August/July.. you will love this hotel would recommend 100%…

A warm welcome when we arrived quite late in the afternoon / early evening. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and got a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the facilities, lots to do, or not, if you prefer. The entertainment was lead by the irrepressible Erol.He kept everybody on their toes and was a laugh a minute, both in and around the pool during the day and during the night time entertainment. I had a great time at the hotel its view and location at the back of ölüdeniz are perfect. The rooms were lovely and clean. We enjoyed high quality drinks and food. The pools and grass area with beautiful view of ölüdeniz. They have a fantastic stage with different entertainment every night and a fabulous entertainment team. I can't wait to go back this summer.

Best hotel in resort if you want 5 star then look no further. This hotel is just beautiful, food is delicious and plenty to choose from. Entertainment is spot on Erol gets everyone involved. Very romantic location but also suitable for families. We will be back in June.
