This hotel is probably the worst and dirtiest I have ever stopped in. (One night). I checked the bedding after guessing it was not changed. I actually took the pillow to be changed. It was filthy. I didn't shower because it was so dirty with no hot water. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes. Awful place. Be warned.

I had to cancel my stay in July as my flights were cancelled due to COVID but they are refusing to give my money back or offer to move my booking. Now they are not answering my calls and messages. AVOID!

On the 4th night of my stay at the hotel at 2am the owner/manager told me he has marked me as a no show on booking.com so that he can save me 10£ of the price (his real intention was to not let booking.com take their commission). I told him that i will have to authorise my card to be used abroad because he wanted payment by cash so i had to find a atm i told him I'll have the money in the morning he wasn't happy so he aggressively knocked on my room door at 3am demanding my passport thinking that im not going to pay him whereas this whole time i thought hes already charged my card that i used to reserve the room but i hadnt checked my account as i was on holiday. I refused to hand my passport over as i didnt feel safe doing so the man then returned with two other men and threatened to kill us break our legs and so on. I then went and used my credit card at a atm machine at 6am after hours of arguing and being held in my room by 3 men and got them cash for 4 nights and left the hotel and checked in elsewhere. Room was never cleaned. Inclusive breakfast was terrible. Air con broken. Card machine broken. Mosquitos in room. Balcony doesnt lock. Shower so so bad its unreal. Management atrocious. All in all the place is a disaster they ruined my holiday do not book.

We had the pleasure of staying in this boutique hotel for 3 weeks recently after recommendation from a friend. We prefer not to do all inclusive so like to usually go to an apartment or B & B hotel so this was ideal for us. The hotel is very reasonable and a free buffet breakfast was included as well as air con which a lot of hotels charge extra for. The location is idyllic being close to bars and restaurants plus the local dolmus buses and taxis are very close. Breakfast is Turkish style or other items can be ordered on request if you wish to pay but food is a great price and very good quality. A lunch menu is available to buy between 12pm and 4pm which a great choice of food. I tried a chicken wrap that came with chips and was delicious at the bargain price of just 15 TL ( at today's exchange rate that's little more than £2!) In the evening the restaurant do a choice of 3 menus for around 35 or 40 lira which is fantastic for 3 courses ! The hotel is run by a lovely Turkish family who are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms at Unlu are off a reasonable size , bigger than some other hotels we've stayed at and we had a view of the pool from our balcony. The beds are very comfortable and I like the pillows so much I want to take 1 home ! Oludeniz blue lagoon is just a short ride on the local dolmus and Fethiye town is around 20 mins away. Whilst sitting round the pool you are surrounded by trees with views of Bagadad mountain. A Gelato shop is just across the road which from the hotel so you really don't have to go far for a treat ! Lots of fashion shops and beauty salons are all within a very short distance so you rarely have to walk far unless of course you fancy a walk down to Kayakoy to visit the famous Ghost Village which would take about 45 minutes. We have already booked to come back in September and reserved our favourite room.

The hotel is in the heart of Hisarönü, where generally the nightlife is running out. The public transportation are just few steps away. The best beaches of the area are 10 mins distant and there are lots of atteactions and tours that are must to do. The hotel is runned by a really helpful and kind family that offers breakfast every morning. Th rooms are clean and enough big.

Big clean room , decent breakfast, friendly service (I like that they gladly accomodate simple requests like cooking eggs the way i like and extra blankets etc), great value for money. Oh and I think it's cool that it has access to 3 different streets.

This is my third visit and love it as much as my first. I go for a week of rest, relaxation and always on my own. Its so peaceful in the day time and in the evening its in easy reach of everything thats happening in the area. The rooms and the hotel are always spotlessly clean and breakfast as always if filling and tasty. I'll be back next year for sure.

Hotel unlu is a fantastic choice, stayed here as when arrived at booked hotel toley it was full. The owners moved us to unlu - their sister hotel. We had the pool and hotel to ourselves, we were treated like part of the family by the owners who were lovely. I'd certainly stay here again as it was so peaceful. Rooms are basic but clean, beds very comfortable. The hotel doesn't serve lunch but your right in town. Breakfast was very nice - typical Turkish breakfast. All fresh and very nice. I couldn't fault it.

I booked the Unlu Hotel to spend a few days around Oludeniz during my Lycian Coast travel trip. Actually Unlu Hotel offered more than expected. I loved my staying here especially because the 'basics' to have an enjoyable hotel experience were really great: airco worked superb, the bed matras was great (stable and tick) and slept very good (like home), breakfast OK with as much coffee/tea as you want, the service was really pleasant, friendly and modest so I felt welcome, pool nice and clean, and room was clean and spacious. The Dolmus to both Fethiye and Oludeniz Beach stop in front of the hotel and shopping street and bars are also in front of hotel. This makes the neighborhood lively with loud music at nights, but when closed the windows I did not hear anything anymore.
