I would like to clarify I can to the hotel with two small Children and the hotel staff were amazing with them. The hotel was clean and spacious with stunning views. The hotel front office manager Beck was absolutely wonderful. So professional and kind. All the other staff members could not do enough to be kind and supportive. The location is not at the very front of the beach but with the views it has you would not expect it to be. It was very easy to get to the main beach very quickly and I was happy to travel down every night. The hotel is a perfect retreat for peace and quiet and relaxation. I have not been to many hotels where I 100% know I will return but I will 100% come back here. My children and I have enjoyed every moment
We had stayed at this hotel for a week in October for my girlfriends birthday. We had a swim up room which was perfect and spacious, if there was any problem with the room they would sort it out immediately with no problems. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. The highlight of our trip would be my girlfriends birthday when the staff went above and beyond to decorate our room as part of a birthday suprise. I brought the decorations but the staff did the rest with special thanks to SEDEF the receptionist and SALIHA the cleaner who has decorated our room. They decorated it perfectly and made our holiday feel very special. A big big thank you from both of us! Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples!

The hotel is situated at a good location; beside the cable car, on a hill, in the middle of beach and peak of paragliding take-off point. A perfect view of mountains and sea in same frame. It’s peaceful and well maintained. Importantly, about the staff, they are really cooperative, nice and helpful in any regard whether it’s about the hotel, city attractions or any further travel plans. Highly recommended!!
We had a 2-week stay at the Sertil at the start of October. Our room was not going to be ready and was asked if we could stay at their sister hotel which was a mile away, with no problems. We returned the following day to find there was still a problem with our room and asked if we would take a room with a jacuzzi instead of the swim-up that we ordered. We didn't mind any of the rooms that we had been offered so no problem. THE ROOM, Nice large rooms with a jacuzzi outside on the balcony, and wonderful views of Oludeniz and Babadag mountain.Could do with having some drawer space and a mirror in the room, as the only mirror in the room is above the sink in the bathroom.I think the people who designed the rooms seem to think that steam won't blow a TV up ( it will) so having the kettle underneath the tv was a bad idea. SWIMMING POOL. Great views of the bay and mountain and the pool itself were always a pleasure when you needed to cool off. The music was so different and I am not into Rap or Hip Hop( I was having my 64th birthday at the time) so you might be able to see where I am coming from. A little less would be nice just to relax too. DINING AREA. Great for breakfast and you always found something and your eggs get done any way you like. We didn't try the restaurant for an evening meal as we know the area well and knew of all the places we wanted to visit. Alparsian the F+ B Manager was always at breakfast and we chatted most days, he really was a top guy. THE HOTEL IN GENERAL..Listen we can all come up and find fault with any hotel we stay in, and there were a few things that were not right, paint peeling and general maintenance if you really wanted to be picky but to be honest, our stay was pretty good. What really made our holiday better was the staff that looked after us.Sedef.Ece, and Ilayoa you made it a very pleasant stay for us, so thank you so much.Berk Berrak your the man. When we needed an extra room for my son for one night you not only got him a room but you also got it next to ours. Any of our questions were answered right away and you listened. Thank you, you really did make our stay special. Deniz and Naigsin are behind the bar, good lads. Thanks once again and hope to see you soon. Frank…
Hotel is situated between Hisarönü and ölüdeniz beach easy reach to both places by 3 minutes taxi . Hotel is clean staff are very friendly ..Scenery f the ölüdeniz town is amazing from the balcony. İnfinity pool is great.. special thanks to Ece, Arda ,İlayda Ahmet and all the kitchen staff for making our i stay very pleasant
Our holiday has been amazing. The staff were very attentive and inclusive. We first arrived at 2 am to which we were greeted with sandwiches and drinks and had been upgraded rooms. The room itself was well kept and tidy. The food has been cooked to a great standard and the service was very quick. The hotel itself was amazing. The view from the infinity pool isn’t done justice on the photos online and is stunning. I can’t express how friendly and helpful the staff were for our whole trip. Definitely recommend and will be coming again.
A wonderful hotel to stay at near fethiye and oludeniz. Close to everything with spectacular views! The hotel staff were also very lovely especially Ece and the kitchen staff who run half board meals with a nice variety. Would recommend and stay again!
This was our first holiday for three years & we genuinely couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived right through to leaving, the attention from all the hotel staff couldn't be faulted. We arrived at 1.30am & were greeted at the coach by the Front Desk Staff who took our cases. Check-in was quick. We were also given sandwiches which we thought was a lovely touch. We were highly impressed with our swim up room which we found very comfortable, but it was only after we woke that we appreciated the breathtaking views out to the sea. Tea & coffee making facilities were provided as well as bottled water & toiletries. These were continually replenished. Breakfast was very impressive, from juices to fresh fruit, omelettes to pancakes, salads to cereals etc etc. Definitely something for everyone & no reason why anyone should go away hungry. We chose the half board option & were never disappointed. 4 courses each night comprising of salads, soups, usually 3 main dishes & several desserts. Again, we never went away hungry. Alparslan, the Food & Beverage Manager made a point of introducing himself to all the guests, nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. They were always polite & willing to help with anything. We enjoyed the peace, quiet & convenience of our swim-up room, where the pool was cleaned & topped up regularly. As well as also having the option of staying by the main pool, the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Sugar Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with free beds. Reasonably priced food & drink was also available. We had a couple of very minor issues with our room, but these were addressed immediately. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in keeping the room clean, & providing fresh towels & bedding on a daily basis. Personally, we couldn't fault our stay. From other reviews, it looks like some guests had issues, but I'm sure the positives outweighed the negatives. It is a new hotel with some teething problems, but I'm confident the renovations taking place when the season ends will resolve all matters, ready for the 2023 season. We'd like to say a big "Thank You" to all the staff, including Berk, the Front Desk Manager, all the reception staff, housekeeping & the bar/restaurant staff. Everyone played their part in making our stay extra special. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Hope to see you all again next year.…
Just returned home from a week at the Sertil Royal Forest. 1st I cannot praise the staff highly enough, their hands are tied to budgets, management rules and business rules...shame really. So let's get to it 1st night on arrival staff were so polite and at pains to say at their expense we were to receive an upgrade to a swim up pool..????? Taken to our room OMG no balcony (look above reception, you'll see bars over a sliding door) the room was unfinished rubbish, right next to the MAIN ROAD...no sleep, no real explanation. Following day moved to a swim up room (room with a shared pool in front, not swim up)toilet rubbish, all round poor finish everywhere the whole hotel is rush job far to many issues to mention...grass 🤣🤣 bar price 🤬 paint on walls coming away...just a shabby finish certainly not 4 star ....BUT COULD EASILY BE 4 STAR...IF THE BUSINESS SPENT I LITTLE MORE LIRA. I must say again staff great...all. Food OK..snacks awful... Location 5/10 great views but on a dangerous road...we've been to Turkey 6 times and this unfortunately will be the last. Great holiday let down by a 2 star hotel facilities rubbish... AC was superb though. Staff 10 hotel 0 Tv never worked properly, toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Cold water ever morning. Great staff. £25 for a 2 hr late check out JOKE. JET 2 REP BIGGER JOKE...SO UNHELPFUL, BUT HE WAS A LOCAL MAN..MADE NO EFFORT WITH ANY JET2 CUSTOMERS (I spoke with a lot) offered nothing. Will not be using SETIL HOTELS AGAIN.…
