I have visited villa symbola with my family this September and it was the perfect choice of the property ! It was our first time in Turkey and this place is a perfect escape for those who like tranquility and beauty! It Is a very elegant property up on the hill just 15 min walking from the beautiful Oludeniz beach and all the attractions. This villa is stunning and so peaceful , surrounded by a nice garden. It has 2 pools. To mention also breathtaking views from our terrace, fully equipped kitchen and more than enough space for 4 people. Don’t miss the breakfast option is very copious and healthy!!! The owner, her family and all the staff takes good care since your arrival and makes you feel like home. Always available to give great tips about what to do, as they are locals, so just ask them where to go to avoid tourist traps that are sold on the beach. I absolutely recommend this place, also for travels during COVID-19!! As its absolutely safe, clean and peaceful without crowds of people and you will feel in a family, not in hotel! P.S. special thanks to assistant manager Sarkan that was extremely helpful and friendly all the way and all the team! Will be back for sure!…
We booked villa symbola early in the year without knowing covid-19 . From start to finish the management was great .They communicate with us all the way through and they were very understanding for the current situation .We were not sure whether we should go or not but at the end we decided to go ahead with our family holiday from 8 years old to 80 .the place was very private .it comply with all covid 19 rules .It was close enough for all the beauty spot Ölüdeniz offer .the view from the place was breathtaking .and the staff was great . I would highly recommend villa symbola .thank you for taking care of us and giving us a great holiday during pandemic. We will definitely come back again
Just checked out of Villa Symbola and felt sad to leave. Such an amazing and fairly unknown place. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Oludeniz is a 25 Lira taxi away which Serkan is always ready to help with. The owners and staff are very welcoming, giving us free fruit and wine on arrival. Accommodation is average quality but has everything you need for free including safe and aircon. There are a good few steps down to the villas from the parking area but the staff will help with bags etc. Cant wait to come back to our tranquil little hide away. Thank you for another amazing stay.
just returned from this lovely friendly place, owners and staff made us very welcome, almost like home from home, all accomadation different, but have kitchens if you want to use, and private balcony, resort down a busy traffic hill, maybe 25 minute walk, but taxis very very cheap, about £2.50, lovely swimming pool to cool down
We actually booked to stay across the road at Paradise Gardens (see my other reviews) and needed somewhere to stay on a moments notice after we checked out abruptly. I'm so glad to tell you we found this gem of a hideaway. The host Serkan was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is simple but you can request boiled eggs or omelette which did us fine alongside cheese, salami, bread and salad. We had a car so getting enough food was easy but this is not a place for the frail or disabled due to the many steps. Rooms are clean with free aircon, wifi and safe. Our villa had two bedrooms with separate entrances, a kitchenette and a terrace that offers the most stunning views. We fell in love with this place which was owned by Geoffrey Davidson and I'm please to say that his design flair is still there for all to enjoy. If you want a paradise retreat to re-energise then this is the place. Be sure to feed the wild pigs if you visit!…
This place is a gem amidst a very touristic area. Great value for money if you stay a the main family room (100m2, villa telmessos), private pool right next to the house, 2 AC's keeping the house cool and the view is amazing. The breakfast is fresh and superb, butler service style, again, with a great view. Highly recommended from a service/value point of view. Only downside...the mosque next door will wake you up at 5am, loudly. Also the hotels below have big events/parties till 11pm. But if you don't mind, this villa is great - we stayed for a week.
amazing view of ölüdeniz, professional and hospitable staff, peaceful and serene environment, spacious rooms and balcony, fridge and freezer available and air conditioning which is a neccesity in summer
We stayed a couple of weeks ago on a b&b basis. After getting lost trying to find the hotel, we eventually found it and after a relatively short (100m-ish) but steep driveway we got to the front gate where we were greeted by the host (who spoke minimal english). He helped us with our bags and showed us the hotel. We had a large and clean rustic style room which had a small kitchen and a small bathroom. All of which were very clean. The property was traditional style, with plenty of lush trees around, and a lovely small swimming pool. Breakfast was good, with turkish tea, herbal tea, and a standard continental breakfast. We were on our own in the property for all but our last night, and it was great. 6lira for the dolmus down to town for the both of us, however if it wasn't too hot and you're fit, then walking is OK. We enjoyed our stay, and would go back as it was charming, clean, and close enough to the action, but far enough away from oludeniz to feel secluded.…
Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of fethiye and olu deniz. Lovely small apartments/villas which are clean and to a very good standard. Pool is good and because there is never a large amount of guests it's perfect for a quiet holiday. Great views because of its distance from town, will need to get the dumars which are easy and run till 2am. Only problem is that at night walking back down the drive way to the hotel is very dark and crapped myself when we heard a wild boar run off in the trees, also no one is there to greet you as it doesn't have a reception so make sure you have the hotel phone number on you to call them as we got there at 3am and no one was there to greet us, and also had to help a couple of other guests with getting there room keys. Also they do a small breakfast in the hotel now rather than going to a neighbouring hotel which is a Greek salad and toast with an egg. No shops nearby so make sure you get something before. Would come back as this was the perfect hotel for us, and views are stunning.…
Fantastic holiday with our three children aged 10,8 and 6!!! Our villa Marmaris had two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms . Small fold up bed provided for our son. We went half board you eat at the sister hotel Belle vue we decided to eat out in Oludeniz as there was not enough choice for the children. Sylvia and Tarsim were amazing and made us very welcome , nothing was too much trouble ! Villa symbola is a real gem! Lovely quiet pool , jacuzzi and hammock to chill and read a book! A car would be useful to get water and food from Olu deniz or Hisaronu as no shop near by but frequent dolmas go up and down and you can hail them just out on the main road. Najarti was a fantastic host and the wonderful villa designed by him allowed us to have a relaxing 2wks and enjoy peace tranquility when our children allowed us! Bring a lilo plenty of books and you will have a great time! …
