It was my 5th time in Olu Deniz but the 1st time at the Belcekiz Beach Club and it did not disappoint. We asked for a quiet room and were put in the annex across the road which suited us although we did hear some complain, they obviously didn't discover the quiet adult pool over there.
The room had a double bed, mini fridge and kettle and we were left some water every day. There was a shower which was powerful and one of those little hairdryers attached to the wall in the bathroom. The aircon was really powerful which was good. Our room had a little balcony which we could sit out on and there was an clothes dryer on it too.
We booked this all inclusive hotel with the intention of eating out in the evenings but didn't eat out at all as we enjoyed the food so much and the restaurant was relatively quiet. The desserts are just amazing. Although we didn't eat at the snack bar that also looked excellent with a very varied menu.
The service was outstanding in the restaurant and at all of the bars, the staff can not do enough for you, they literally do not not stop moving and as soon as they notice your glass is nearing empty they are over asking if you would like another drink. The plazza bar is beachfront and you can watch the paragliders landing right in front of the hotel which is amazing to watch.
The only negative and this is not the fault of the hotel, but the behaviour of the guests, is that the pool area opens at 8am and at 8.01 all the sunbeds around the pool had towels on them. I refuse to set an alarm on my holiday, I get up when I wake up. The hotel do have some free sunbeds on the beach.
The location is perfect, shops bars and restaurants are right outside the of the hotel and you can also find the taxi rank and the boat trips ten minutes walk away just be careful, the pirate ships are party boats, the other boats are the gentler boat trips, you pay around £15 for a 6 hour trip. The famous blue lagoon is also within walking distance and you can book shuttle buses to some of the other private sandy beaches which are on the lagoon from the hotel reception. There is a charge for the sunbeds, but it is beautiful so it is worth it we had lunch there and it wasn't expensive.
The entertainment team work hard to build a rapport with the guests and there was a good atmosphere in the plazza bar each evening which just felt like a normal bar rather than an all inclusive hotel bar, possibly because it is on the beachfront alongside the other bars.
There is just so much to do in Olu Deniz and the Belcekiz Beach Club is a perfect location. 7 days just wasn't long enough, we will be returning next year.
Finally a thankyou to housekeeping who did a wonderful job looking after us and our room, it was spotless.

We were a group of several couples (Brits living in Turkey) that regularly come to Oludeniz, this was the first time staying at Belcekiz Beach Hotel.

It is in a fantastic location right on the beach front, the hotel is a more traditional style property and the accommodation blocks are scattered around the tranquil well established gardens which are extensive and really beautiful, with plenty of different seating areas. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds and the pool bar area is nice.

Our rooms (as requested) were located in the main part of the hotel near to reception. The rooms are a bit dated but have every thing you would need including a fridge with drinks and water, tea & coffee making facilities, storage etc and are immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable and the spotless bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water and lovely fluffy towels. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job.

The food was really good, excellent quality, always hot and plenty of choice, definitely something for everyone. We really appreciated the effort to include some typical British dishes and we really enjoyed the fish and chips , roast beef and mashed potatoes and the chicken bhuna which was absolutely fantastic that the chef proudly recommended to us. It was a real treat.

I really cant fault anything about the hotel. We all had a great time and will definitely come again.

All the positive reviews we have read on various websites about this hotel were exceeded in everyway and are a true reflection of the staff, facilities and dining, everything was fabulous. Our usual moans and groans could not be included in this review as the hotel was clean, food was great, staff and service overwhelmingly to a high standard on every day at every moment from every member of staff. We had a great time at the hotel and didn't want to leave as normally after 14 days we are ready to go home but not on this time. The entertainment team were great fun and the programme of acts were also the best we have seen in a while. As a couple we have decided to return as a family of six next year. The weather was also prefect and the local boat trips were an added bonus plus our trips to Fethiye but avoid booking trips in the main strip, go to the sellers on the beach for a better deal. The adult pool is quiet and as a bar which offers service to your sunbed. The variety of food available was amazing. The hotel gardens and grounds are maintained to a very high standard with an wonderful café patio area. We avoided the camera man for 14 days but on the last day when we were dragged on stage to do the hotels dance he snapped away like the paparazzi and got his revenge. The rooms were spacious and the one we had a large balcony which was great to view the mountains and sunset with daily maid service. We would like to thank everyone at Belcekiz for a fabulous holiday and look forward to our return next year.

The hotel manages their poolside sunbeds by not letting folk put towels on beds until 8am. This morning I was at the pool by 7.10am to queue for 3 sunbeds (I woke up early as not sleeping well) , there were 2 people in front of me. I don't think I am being unreasonable to think that I should have a great chance of getting sunbeds. I was just about to put towels on beds when I was barged out of the way by someone who had turned up half an hour after me. This sunbed by the pool malarkey is ruining the holiday, its ridiculous. Yes there are beds in the garden but when 99% of those are in the shade all day and you want sun, they are no good. You are also not allowed to move them off the decked area to be in the sun. The beds on the beach are no good as there is no WiFi and no AI drinks close by, you have to go back to the hotel. The rooms are also tiny and the beds rock hard which is to blame for my average of 4 hours sleep per night. Unfortunately for these reasons I would not be returning to belcekiz, which is a shame as the food and staff are lovely.

I stayed here July 2022 with my partner. We have been to a number of all inclusive resorts before and we both thought this was excellent value for money. All the key aspects of the holiday were great but it had a little extra with the staff. The entertainment staff are genuinely funny, with a good understanding of British humour which often had people chuckling around the pool. Having said that, the activities weren't too overpowering, with plenty of gaps in between to allow people to relax. No really annoying constant loud music round the pool, which was nice. Staff overall were all excellent - waiters always on hand both at pool, dinner and evening bars, to server drinks. Food was excellent compared to other all inclusives I've been too. They even did roast beef and yorkshire puddings on Sunday which was pretty much as good as you would get in a decent UK pub. Other evenings covered Thai, Indian and Turkish cooking. Didn't have the same meal in 7 nights, and all were excellent. Breakfasts also very nice with plenty of cooked and continental options. No flies or beasties observed in eating area in 7 days - most impressive. Rooms large and comfortable. All aspects of hotel spotlessly clean, including shared toilets etc. Evening entertainment surprisingly good compared to normal standards at this type of resort. Location also spot on - right on beach where you can watch paragliders land. We both did a paraglide with Sky Sports which also gets a mention as a top outfit and excellent experience. If you are looking for an excellent holiday with a super location and a great team of staff, look no further. The only thing I might say, is that if you have kids they might not have loads of friends to play with as when we were there it seemed more couples or older families, than families with young kids.

I normally don't write reviews but as I choose this holiday on the back of the reviews I read, I think it is only fair I give mine

The hotel itself : is set in a prime location for shops and bars and the beach, they are all literally on the door step.

I've only rated the hotel 3 for the following : having read the reviews and saw the pictures off the hotel, we decided to book never having been to Turkey before.

We paid a premium rate for an all inclusive holiday but we didnt get a a premium rate room. The hotel is rated 4 or even 5 stars depending which website you look on, the room was barely a 3. As one review has already stated, the bed is small and I too have my feet over hang. The furniture really does need updating, the room reflects the opposite of all the pictures that I've seen and read and this could be constrewed as false advertising, if you pay a premium rate that depicts the type of room you are booking then that's what you should expect to get.
Our room, was in a corner of what can be described as a court yard, the room doesn't recieve any sunlight because of where it is and we had to put the lights on all the time in order to see as its so dark. As for the size, you could just get away with swinging a cat and believe me, there are plenty of strays that require feeding at meal times and the staff do nothing to stop them from coming in. No one really should take any notice of whether the beds are comfy of not, you the invidual can only describe that as one person's discomfort maybe another person's comfort.

On the upside, if you are going to come to a place that reaches 35 plus in temperatures, you are not coming here to stay in your room except to change, shower and sleep.

The food, there is plenty of choice even for the fussy of eaters like me, I havent left the restuarant once feeling hungry, there even have chefs on hand to cook certain fresh food while you wait.

Alcoholic drinks for the all inclusive, while the drinks that are provided are local to the area, I found them to be ok. The beer, wine and spirits that both me and my wife and what we tried where great so no real issues there.

The entertainment at night was hit and miss, the karaoke night was ok and so was the live singers that appeared, apart from them two nights, not much more to add.

The pool, it is true that you have to be up early to get the sun beds by any of the pools however, right outside the hotel on the beach, the hotel have no end of sunbeds and umbrellas to use free of charge for guests and the sea is great, clear blue and cool.

Overall the hotel is pretty great, they just need to sort out the false advertising of the rooms you think you may be booking, other than that all good.

We loved this hotel and it's amenities. However, we misunderstood that the laundry costs were in Euros, not Turkish lira. Our two bags of clothes cost $85 USD! That's crazy. Yes, we misread the menu. But it should have been made clearer on the price list. I'm sure many other tourists have fallen for this trick. Don't get fooled yourself. We priced laundry services at other hotels later and they were a fraction of what we paid. More in the range of $15 USD. Otherwise, we would give 5 stars to the hotel itself.

We are staying at Belcekiz (Bel-chec-iz) beach hotel June 22 and although it’s our first time in olu deniz I’ve stayed in hisaronu and ovacik many times 16 I think.
My partner wanted to be closer to the beach but although it’s clean and nice the beach is very stoney near the water which is a shame, that said there are 4 beach clubs in the lagoon only charging £5 each for the day with sun beds waiter service and with a great restaurant and bar which is not expensive and the food and service is 1st class. Seahorse beach was our favourite.
The hotel if booking is great don’t worry the food is on the better side of expectations it can be repetitive but it’s lovely. But to go out and eat and not expensive expect to pay £15 a head max for fillet steak meal.
The hotel is clean well run with clean modern spacious rooms , there is a sunbed issue round the main pool as with most hotels. We spent most days round the relaxing pool which is in a different part of the hotel the annex across the road which is where we were staying so we found it. It’s a bit like fight club the first rule of the relaxing pool is no one talks about it., there are about 40 sun beds and a bar and obviously a pool very quiet very nice.
Olu deniz has some nice bars and eatery’s on the front and they are building 2 on the beach as we speak.
The shopping is however 100 times better in hisaronu which is a 5 mins dolmus bus away 26 lira each way for 2 about £1.20 the restaurants there are also excellent
So to wrap up if you have to have a beach olu deniz is for you if not bothered try hisaronu. belcekiz beach hotel is also excellent if not wanting a free beach with beautiful sands you will have to pay up the road but the bus from there is free and there are 6 a day. Hope this helps someone(relaxing pool photo attached shuuush !!)

We've been to the Belcekis several times over the last few years and on each occasion really enjoyed it. Last year amongst the flight chaos TUI cancelled our holiday to the Belcekis. We got a full refund plus compensation and a voucher for £800. We managed to book another holiday with Jet 2 in a nearby hotel for the same dates.
Our inclination was to never use TUI again but the £800 off persuaded us otherwise.

We arrived around 1am on 15 June. We were shown to room 404 which looked OK initially, however when we opened the bathroom door were hit by a vision and smell of raw sewage. It appeared that the toilet had overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor with faeces and toilet paper. We immediately returned to reception to ask to be moved. The receptionist whilst sympathetic and apologetic advised that there were no other available rooms. We then asked that the room be thoroughly cleaned. No cleaners were available. After some time the only solution on offer was that we cover the bathroon floor with towels, stay in the room and return to reception at 9.30am. I had to return to reception to ask for extra towels.
We then spent an unpleasant, unhealthy and smelly night topped off by a text sent by TUI advising of the welcome meeting at 3.21am, just after I had got off to sleep.
On returning to reception at 9.30 am I had to wait a while before being advised that an alternative room wouldn't be available until 11am. With much relief we moved to our new room at 11am and were finally able to rest.

My thoughts are that a hotel as big and with a usually good reputation like the Belcekis should have a contingency plan for things like this. We would have slept on a mattress in an office rather than face the health hazard that was room 404. To leave us waiting in that situation until 11am was I think unacceptable. I hope the hotel can learn from this.

We did take photo's and will seek some recompense off TUI. I won't publish them here as they're pretty grim viewing.

After that it could only get better and it did. The staff were as usual attentive and the food good. As others have said, sunbeds are an issue, but some of that's down to the people who use them.

As with all Brits abroad there are some who don't know how to behave, but these seemed in the minority here.

We would return to this hotel but would specify the rooms we wanted based on what we know now. Can only give 3 stars as that start can't be forgiven.

We stayed end of June for 2 weeks and had such a amazing time . Everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough for you . We were in the annexe which was fine as over a zebra crossing on a quiet road The rooms were large and clean with a kettle and fridge which was a bonus . Water bottles were replaced every day .
The food was lovely with with plenty of choice although they didn’t cater so much for vegetarians as a couple of nights there was curry but not a veggie one . I would recommend the al a carte for both the food and views of the sunset .
Air and Bullet the entertainment team made everyone welcome and encouraged us to get involved without being pushy. There was darts pool volleyball and the obligatory hotel dance as well as excellent evening entertainment including karaoke and tropical night so take your Hawaian shirts and dresses ! We were dancing most nights .
The waiters and waitresses are attentive and always remembered our drinks order . They come round the pool area to take orders which is a lovely touch as been to many places where you have to Q at the bar ! The AI drinks are really good. Rose wine was lovely and the beer was Tuborg . The spirits were local but still god quality. The iced coffees round the pool were amazing !
Yes you do have to get up early for pool beds as you are not allowed to put towels down until 8 so there is a Q from 7.30 onwards ! We did this about 5 times in the 14 days but always managed to get beds later in the afternoon. There are free hotel beds by the beach but take beach shoes as it’s shingle .
There is so much to do in the resort . The strip of shops and bars is a short walk away . Be careful of pushy sellers with fake perfume though as they spray the real stuff but it’s not what your buying .
We went paragliding with Deep Blue which was amazing and although I was nervous I would highly recommend everyone to do it . The cable car to the top of the mountain is a short taxi ride and is about £6.50 each . They are not air conditioned so take water with you . It gets crowded at sunset but we went about 5pm for couple of hours and took some amazing photos as the views are wonderful. Book if you want a table for the evening in the restaurant
There is a free shuttle to the sea horse beach club at the lagoon . its £4 entry and definitely worth a visit
Overall the hotel is amazing and apart from metal framed sun beds which get very hot I can’t fault it and would definitely return .
