This place is not to be missed! The location itself is far enough away from any noise and close enough to get to the beach and to the town. I stayed here with my friend and can't praise the staff enough as they were so attentive.
The bungalow we stayed in was super and we had a pool just outside our room. Bed very comfy, shower perfect. The water park is 5 minutes away, the beach is 5 minutes in a cab (its not really walkable but the taxi service is quick, reliable and cheap, around £5!!!)
The food is plentiful, there are eleven pools, a hammam spa, a chilled atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. We loved it so much we are coming back in September.
We met the area Manager, who was really friendly and he organised our breakfast to be brought to our room on the last morning which was lovely and its very clean. WiFi isn't great but if you need to get away from it all then this is the place to be! I would give this place 4 and a half out of 5 stars 🌟

I had read a few negative reviews and felt rather concerned about coming here but i needn’t have worried as We have been here since Saturday and have had a great time , the staff have been fantastic from the guy who worked on reception Friday night and was working early Saturday morning who made us feel very welcome and made us drinks as we arrived before breakfast was even open and helped carry our rather heavy bags to our room , to the rest of the staff who are friendly and work extremely hard at all times of the day/night a special mention to the two lovely ladies who work on the bar at reception and at the bar beside the snack bar and on the subject of rooms we booked a standard room and it is very large it has a double bed and a single bed and a pull out bed and is clean has tea and coffee tv large bathroom with a bath and shower above it the air con works perfectly and a balcony that looks over 3 of the many pools and has beautiful views of the mountains . The food was also a huge concern after reading some of the negative reviews but again I was worried for no reason as selection of food since we have been here I cannot find fault at all we have a very fussy eater with us and all of us have eaten plenty .The entertainment the two nights we have come down has been great , tonight we have been watching belly dancing and traditional Turkish dancers and after the main acts the staff are dancing along with the guests .
The only draw back I have found is that to get to the shops you need to get a taxi that works out £5.00 each way so that is the only negative I have found since arriving here and yes I would be very happy to come back here again.

Visited Sahra Su in October 2019. We booked a swim up pool and it was amazing! Literally on our door step! Room was clean and functional. Gardens and the complex was all kept to a very high standard. The main pool and other pool areas looked nice and clean, however we stayed around the pool area outside of our bungalow. Weather was fantastic, views amazing. The hotel is off the beaten track. We hired a car and had our own adventure driving from the airport!!! Getting into Oludeniz and Hisonaru is easy and calling taxis to the resort is simple due to an intercom button at the entrance. Food and drink were both fine. Lots of choice and freshly cooked daily. We chose to eat out a couple of times as hotel food does become "samey" wherever you go. Snack bar cooked fresh burgers and pizzas (again don't expect Mac D's or Dominos!) which were tasty and filled a gap during the afternoon. Don't expect a full program of entertainment (they do try hard, but its not Butlins!) Staff were all friendly, Ozzy is a bit pushy but he is a salesman trying to sell you stuff you don't really want! All in all I would definitely recommend Sahra Su, and we are looking to return this year!

We went as a large group, 3 of us had upset stomachs during our stay( we also know of other guests who had upset stomachs ), the food is the worst all inclusive food I have ever had. Most of us tried to fill up at lunch time at the snack bar, but the hygiene here for food has a lot to be desired , and you soon get tired of chips !
The grounds are beautiful and kept well and the top pool was great ( please note there is no longer an island as still shown in the pics) This complex has so much potential and we spoke to several repeat customers who said it use to be , but even they said how much it has gone down hill in recent times . Over the week we were there at least 3 parties went home early because they couldn’t cope with the lack of room service and terrible food, especially with noting within walking distance.
The rooms, especially the bathrooms need up grading, at the moment most of the rooms/bungalows are not worth the money. The family bungalows use to be over 2 storeys when we booked they are now only top or bottom so not as spacious as we had thought they were going to be.
Onor and Ali the waiters were brilliant and helped make it less of a disaster of a holiday.
We arrived late in the night and there was such a mix up with the rooms, it was so badly organised and then one room stunk of sewage. they were full so could not offer an alternative room, the couple had to book into another hotel.
It’s very pot luck if you get room service, out of 9 rooms/bungalows only 2 had daily service the rest of us bearly had our rooms cleaned twice during a weeks stay.
Our holiday was also advertised with a free shuttle bus to the local beach/town, which is approx a 15 min ride, it is not free you get charged 100lira per person, for the family that travelled with us it was cheaper to catch a taxi.
The complex is on its own, no bars, shops ect within walking distance .
This was booked as an easyJet holiday, they need to send a rep out there and see for themselves where they are sending people .
We can only assume the new owners of SAHRA Su are being driven by greed rather than offering a great experience to their clients, so not a long term business view !!
So our honest opinion at the moment is , don’t stay here there are much better places to stay for the money.

When we booked we contacted management as we needed disabled access room we were put in to he main apartment blocks steps all the way to the rooms and a bath which my disabled mother could not access. We spoke to management told to come back the next day for a different room we returned and were told to come back again the next day. This wasn't acceptable as my mum could not access the shower to clean they moved my parents to a bungalow then the following day moved us to the bungalow next door unfortunately the bungalow was right outside the huge speakers that had music playing late into midnight every night so if your in 20/22b take ear plugs or prepare for little sleep. The rooms were cleaned daily cleaners were lovely and done a great job. Staff around the hotel if you didn't tip them first thing they didn't want to know. Select few people got drinks and food served to them and others (like us) got blanked. I tipped cleaners due to them doing a great job all the way through.

Food in restraunt was edible but poor for the price you pay and very repetitive if you like "meatballs" you'll love it I've stayed in 3 star hotels with better quality food. Pictures online don't match with what you actually get around the hotel. Lots of cats around the hotel I don't mind at all but some people very frustrated due to cats as round the restraunt climbing on tables ECT so consider that a warning if your allergic to cats. Sunbeds very hard to get always towels on night before or really early hours and often left empty with towels on daily and then removed at evening so people miss out. If your at bottom end of the hotel with swim ups I can't see you having a issue apart from a bit a walk to restraunt and bars.

Shop very expensive keep that in mind.
Taxi button outside hotel gate 150lira to hisoranu but hold on as it's a crazy ride.

Don't get me wrong this wasn't the worst Holliday I've been on but for the price we paid for 10 nights it was very disappointing in MY opinion. Speaking to people around the hotel complained about poor so called EFES beer served. That's the only beer served.

Pools ice cold constantly can't understand why or how the sea was warmer.

I know this may sound like I'm just complaining about anything and everything but I'm trying to give a honest review the management were helpful and did go out of there way to help so I respect that and thank them.

This hotel is the worst hotel you will ever step foot into. It has changed ownership recently and now become a disaster.
The food is not edible, their own staff told us that they put their leftovers out for the cats and they don’t eat it. At the lunch stand a member of staff used his bare hands to load a plate of cold chips to one of our parties plate as service.
Myself and my partner stayed 1 night and left the next morning to a hotel down the road as our deluxe bungalow was disgusting, the drains were blocked and the stench of sewage was unbearable, holes in the doors, a shower that leaked and hadn’t been cleaned in months, the evening entertainment was outside the room and there was no way we were sticking around any longer. The rest of our party are not as fortunate and therefore stayed the course of the 7 days, not 1 room was cleaned in the duration unless a manager was dragged to the room and considering toilet paper has to go in a dustbin to say this is vile is an understatement, many guests left their holidays part way through due to it being intolerable. The list is absolutely endless but if you want deli belly and the worst holiday of your life this is the place to visit.

Trip advisor should not recommend this as a 2022 recommendation, they should visit. It’s dived!

We have just come back from an 11 night stay. We have two children 11 and 8. We had a fantastic holiday, the children loved the main pool and slide pool. We didn’t use any of the other pools but all visually looked good. The room is on the small side for being advertised as a family room, but we only used it to sleep in and get ready so it wasn’t a massive issue. Beds comfortable and they kept the fridge stocked up with bottled water and sometimes a few fizzy drinks. A huge selection of food, even the fussiest of eaters would have found something to eat, they had a bbq/grill area outside which was great and the chefs always friendly out there. The waiters/ waitresses were very quick to clear your empty plates and even if they couldn’t speak English they had a smile on their faces. The bar staff were friendly and attentive, some enjoyed having some banter too! My children were comfortable to go and order themselves some drinks or food from the snack bar. A couple of points that require some improvement in my opinion… the Wi-Fi, it’s really not great, you can only connect properly in the hotel lobby. It didn’t bother us too much as we were enjoying our holiday but this would be a big deal for some, in this day and age it’s nice to be able to check in with friends and family. Also the entertainment team, as a ex holiday entertainer myself I was a bit disappointed at the lack of enthusiasm, a pool dance and some more activities would be a great asset to the hotel I think.
Back to the positives. The all inclusive bars..a variety of drinks available for all ages and the water is in a 200ml little sealed cup, perfect to keep hydrated and not wasted by it going hot if it was in a twist top bottle. There is a cocktail and mocktail menu, the strawberry cooler was one of my favourites and my children enjoyed the ben10.
Outside the front of the hotel is a button you press for a taxi, I think the longest we waited was 10 minutes or so, a good little system there. Don’t pay any more than 150TL to get into Hisaronu. When you arrive you get cards to exchange for pool/beach towels down in the spa area. It opens at 9am and you are able to change them daily for a fresh towel to take to the pool with you. Murat the customer relations manager was very approachable and friendly, his English was very very good. If you had any issues he tried his best to resolve there and then and welcomed any suggestions you may have. Overall we had such a great holiday and my children said it’s the best holiday they’ve ever had. We will certainly look into coming back again. We like the look of the rooms with the pools out the front of them, maybe book one of those next time for the added extra experience. For a 3* hotel we couldn’t ask for any more than we had, I think some of these negative reviewers are forgetting that we haven’t paid for 4/5* experiences and I would say that some of the reviews are invalid for what you’re paying for.

We stayed at this hotel for June Bank Holiday. Arriving early hours Friday (1am) and leaving Monday evening (6pm). Overall the holiday was fairly decent. It wasn't cheap but I think that was because we went over the bank holiday.
The hotel is lovely, very picturesque, a few pools, the rooms where clean, spacious so with that i have zero complaints. The location is up a dirt track which is out of the way but the town of oludeniz is only about 10/15 minutes away in a taxi and they are quite cheap. Roughly around £5. Not many staff spoke english but there was a lady in the back in reception that was able to help. Unfortunately there is only one main restaurant and the food wasn't great, to me there was not a lot of options for an all inclusive and it was very repetitive. The snack bar however was delicious but again it was traditional english food, pizza, chicken nuggets, burgers and chips no traditional turkish food. The hotel isn't too crowded either which was nice. Able to get a sunbed easily at the main pool in the morning.
All the staff were really friendly.
Another advantage is that they have buttons at the hotel and around the town where you can press it and a taxi will be with you within 5/10 minutes, that was really handy.

I am preparing to leave this beautiful hotel after a weeks stay with my 16 year old daughter. This is my second trip to Sahra Su and again it did not disappoint.
This is a 3* plus all inclusive hotel, I have been to many hotels in Turkey and would say that it definitely exceeds this rating. The hotel grounds are very clean and well maintained to a high level. The rooms are well air conditioned very well and cleaned daily to a high standard.
The location of the hotel is perfect for those that want a serene hotel with beautiful views, conveniently it’s only a short taxi run to the nearest town Hisaranu. This journey is no more than £4 each way, and has lots of great shops, bars restaurants, there is also a water park even closer by.
The food is varied each day and has an amazing BBQ every night on the restaurant terrace which serves a variety of well cooked meat, fish and kebabs. This is some of the best food we’ve had during our trips to Turkey.
The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any minor queries we’ve had were addressed and correction almost immediately, they are always happy to help.
I had previously been a little wary travelling to Turkey alone with my daughter, this is why our first trip here together I decided to come back to Sahra Su as here I have always felt safe here in a family environment.
The guest relations manager Murat speaks perfect English and can answer all queries about the hotel and surrounding areas, and he is really approachable. The chefs, gardeners, and cleaners work so hard and they are all very friendly.
Big thank you to the front desk manager Onur for arranging for us to have a late check out until 7pm on our last day for a fee, regardless of the hotel being busy.
We can’t wait to come back next August!

A truly fantastic experience. The food was perfect for all age ranges. We went in a group of 10. The animation was incredible for both adults and children. The activities were very engaging and we never went without a laugh or a smile. Didn’t encounter any impolite staff, Ali was who we met on our first night and he made us feel right at home. Very easy access to the city for sight-seeing. My children fell in love with Gamze, who managed to get everyone involved in some shape or form and her attitude towards people off all ages is really one more people should try to possess. Such a lovely person and adored by everyone she encountered, especially by my youngest who still misses her very much! My son played a lot of waterpolo and one night we even got to sing Karaoke. The weather was lovely, average temperature of 28 degrees Celsius in early May. The staff were also extremely helpful, many of them even playing my oldest at chess! The pools, the bars and the activities such as ping pong and English pool were brilliant. The rooms were cleaned and restocked without asking and there was always something to eat even in the late hours of the night in the main eating hall. Couldn’t recommend more.

You can buy a ticket to get the shuttle (mini bus size) and access to the private beach where your loungers (free to choose from) are included. I cant remember the price but am tempted to say £10 per person.

We found that they mostly respond to phone best, assuming the bungalow for 4 is the duplex it has an upstairs. How it is configured though I am not sure.
