Very poor customer service, food was very unusual for the Turkish cuisine, no baklava only the spa was nice and the staff there. All facilities wasn’t clean when we were there back in June 22 and we were given a villa bungalow despite the fact that our booking was for room in the main hotel building ! After complaining to the Reception manager she managed to change us the room, but have not received any clean for the last 4 days. The hotel even did not have soap, no clean towels and we need to buy some form the shop. This is unacceptable for 4 star hotel, also the TUI description information is very misleading saying that the hotel is very close to the beach! Which obviously wasn’t, as well as was very nosy during the night due to the drank young people and the hotel was not doing any better to improve their food or services! A part of this most of the spa and Restourant staff were nice people and we had nice time talking to them in Turkish :) If the hotel is going to be Manager well the location is not bad and it may become very nice and attractive place for tourism. Hotel's Favourite
Can't understand how this place gets any bad reviews. We arrived late last night and are here until the 12th and it has far exceeded expectations. Firstly the setting is absolutely beautiful. We booked a standard room and it is spacious, clean and overlooks the pool. Air conditioning is fab and the view is lovely. Always something to eat even for the pickiest eaters. We did the before sun spa package which was brilliant and a bargain and has an on site hairdressers which I have booked to try tomorrow. Cocktails on all inclusive are brilliant and the Turkish dancers tonight were great, was nice to see something a bit different. Plenty of pools and an absolute bargain and a gem. Would definitely come again.

What can I say me and my partner went away for 3 weeks and stayed here what a lovely hotel with great staff that couldn’t do more for you.food was the best we’ve eaten in an all inclusive . The manager is a brilliant person he went above and beyond he really did his duty well to ensure we were happy and satisfied with everything on our holiday we were in B9 the bungalow and it was beautiful… already booked for next year we cannot wait. We also met up with family that booked in the same hotel and they have 3 children all of whom loved every minute of it! Snack bar through the day was a treasure cook to order pizzas went down a treat and what a treat it was to have such a fantastic holiday x john and lynne

When booking this holiday we thought we was getting a bungalow when arrived we were put in a dingy room in the main building. Food and drinks are vile both were discusting. There is camera man who is constantly taking pictures of young girls in particular. No entertainment at all it was so boring. Avoid like the plague should not be a 4* but 2*.

Well we arrived about midnight on the 7th there was no one there to meet us we thought where are we it was stuck in the middle of nowhere. When someone finally arrived we asked if there was any chance of a sandwich or anything to eat. No was the answer which disappointed us we were shown to our room it was dated frayed carpets stained balcony tables.we did ask to change rooms which after a lot of tears from my partner it was agreed.we thought let’s just get on with the holiday. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but omelette was available and toast lunch started at 12. Lunch was actually quite good and you could get something from the snack bar up till 1700 Dinner started at 1900 and we thought it was excellent But what took this holiday from mediocre to very very special was the Staff Ali,Mehmet, Habibe and my love. (can’t remember his name) The chefs made us feel special These young people went completely up and above the extra mile. I contacted the TUI REP to do something special for Annette’s birthday this fell on deaf ears. So Ali Baba heard me talk about this and took it upon himself to make the evening so very very special for both of us.The Chap on reception who was teaching me Turkish was amazing could not do enough. The people we met also made our 10 days special. Ady and Janice Shaun and Kate Shaun 2. The Cadet. John Status Quo man too many to mention but it was memorable.

Will start with probably the only positive. The view of the mountain and surrounding area awesome that's where it ends. Arrival. We arrived around 2 am and was basically not shown anything here is your poky wee attic room amd asked do you like which I replied ...no he put his hand out for a tip and left, Attic room is very deceiving to photo don't be fooled it was absolutely tiny, nets where ripped bathroom you had to walk in sideways balcony at least a foot climb to go up to the tiny balcony, bed cover would probably just cover a single bed let alone a double di get move to another room but not without paying extra and that had its downfalls as well . Place is very dated and does need updated which covid probably put stop to that but that doesn't stop cleanliness, Except for 1 or 2 staff are mainly on there phones and not really wanting to help and some where even rude, had to beg for clean towels and for room to be cleaned well if you call sweeping the floor only as cleaning the room sun loungers where not cleaned place was just dirty, Entertainment......what Entertainment we only seen 3 different shows which lasted roughly 15 minutes kids play area look tired and dirty swim up room beds look liked they have been neglected for a few years . The pool table was literally falling apart you where able to move it left to right and was coming out the pockets Food well the first couple of days was OK then very repeative and mouldy on occasions so for example tomatoes had mould on them and I said to someone they where not removed and I checked at dinner time and yes still there ........ Turkey I had has very uncooked and yes I have photos to back this up. The spa man antiono well harass you everyday The photography isn't a professional just a man with a camera all our photos where awful one picture on a bridge which was about to collapse any minute, photos where booked for sunset and he overbooked us but told not to worry photos will still make sunset (this was photos for my 50th ) not one photo was any good but had to take one to try remember the day by awful I mean not one picture looked good either 1 not looking or looked liked a huge elephant photos where not flattering he only said look here look there kiss hold hands . Transport to town 80 lira or 90 depending on where you where going this is only 4.00/4.50 but twice a day everyday adds up still a bargain. Lots of cats everywhere I didn't mind. Amphitheatre was not used which is a shame was used for rubbish and laundry. No where to leave your luggage after check out except the lobby which I made mind boggle no where to freshen up if had a late flight and we had the room for an extra day which they then in turn said amd my receipt didn't state what it was for . Will never visit this area again We did keep hearing end of season.....naw you have took my money still in season. Tui rep....had a answer for everything just not right answer she hasn't even seen the size of the rooms they are trying to sell and I did say go have a look and see but again not right answer. So for me this hotel is a no no but lots of potential if owners put more money and effort into the place. Carpets are woren lift has a wee drop of about a foot when you come out of lift.

I loved the food - lots of variety, plenty of choices (chips for every meal if you can't do without!!), fresh salads, hot dishes, desserts including baklava, wine was just OK, cocktails rather alarming colours and on the sweet side. I loved my eco room - plenty big enough for one, private balcony (not overlooked like more expensive rooms) which got the sun most of the day. Most of the staff were lovely - friendly & helpful. The pool area was a bit scruffy though - the sunbeds could do with a power-wash, the cushions on them need replacing, as do the ones on the restaurant chairs. After the Covid closure the hotel owners probably can't afford the refurb that the hotel needs. However, I felt it was a shame that the lounge area was dark and dingy because the 4 magnificent chandeliers only had a total of 8 bulbs working - all the rest were dead & weren't replaced in spite of my request. I couldn't get a phone signal, in spite of setting up & paying for Roaming before I left the UK, and WiFi was very unreliable. But all in all, I had a great time here & hope to return next year.

So whilst away here for a week (2/10-9/10/22)I read some appalling reviews and was shocked!!!!was they expecting 5*? No it isn’t !is it clean YES!our rooms was cleaned with fresh linen everyday ! Was it pristine NO! It could do with a little make over but for £2000 for 4 adult’s all inclusive! Bargain ! Would I stay here again absolutely! Always a friendly smile and greeting from early morning to last thing at night bear in mind there working 7 days a week! food was fresh so so many varieties it was difficult to choose from brekkie lunch snacks drinks dinner !!! Every single day! Now people moaned about the pool been freezing yes it was cold but took seconds to adjust, main thing every pool was clean! Be warned it is end of season so if you looking at an action packed evening entertainment u won’t get it BUT what they had on was great ! Antonio from the spa noticed I wasn’t walking straight he recommended a medical massage (4 types of arthritis) my goodness had one it was the most amazing thing! Again the staff in the spa was fantastic!!!!Getting a taxi to fethiya oludeniz and hisaronu was averge (ordered and came within minutes)£3-£5 highly recommend going there for few hours friendly people great with kids even in an evening they couldn’t be any nicer with kids ! THANKYOU SAHRA SU TEAM FOR THE BEST HOLIDAY !!! Can’t wait to go back

Visited here with my mum for a week, this is our 2nd time here…. Its a gorgeous hotel 😍 the rooms are clean and every single member of staff is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. We asked for extra coffee and a duvet for our room, they bought this to us within 5 minutes, very prompt! The food is delicious, obviously some stuff is repetitive being all inclusive (rice, chips & salad) but every night is different meat.. chicken, beef, fish, meatballs, all very tasty 😋 they also have a snack bar next to the pool which is open 12-5 and has different options like hotdogs, burgers, pizzas and chicken nuggets. There is also a lovely lady who cooks pancakes from fresh next to the pool bar and you can chose either sweet or savory (I had 1 everyday!) They have a lovely spa which we had a Turkish bath and full body massage on our first day. I have stayed at 6 other hotels in Turkey and the Turkish bath here is the best 🤩 If you want to venture out for a change of scenery a taxi is £4 to Hisaranou and takes around 7 minutes. They have a selection of shops, beauty salons, restaurants and bars, definitely recommend visiting them. I can’t wait to book another holiday here next year 🥳

Went for a weeks holiday and stayed here as the price was good. The pool areas are really good and staff very attentive and friendly. Food choice was good and always something that everyone would like. Snacks at lunch time pizza and burgers were good. Hotel is a little tired but nothing to worry about. 20 minute walk into town or £4 in a taxi. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Had a great time
