Stayed at the Vento a few times 5 years ago and had a great time in a great hotel, with fantastic staff. This time our experience was disappointing to say the least!. It was quite clear that not one penny, or Lira had been spent on this place during those 5 years..... Here goes..... *Staff have very limited English - only a problem if you're trying to communicate a request or problem, which we did! *On arrival advised that our room wasn't ready and we would have to stay in a twin room until our double room could be prepared the following day. (thought this odd given that our flight had been significantly delayed and we arrived a day late, also the hotel wasn't busy) *Breakfast very sparse and limited with no hot items at all during our stay, if you wanted toasted bread you had to ask for the toaster to be plugged in as the socket was being used for something else. (Incidentally I do love traditional Turkish breakfasts but what was out was very limited in quantity) *If you want your room cleaning you have to give your key into reception, we only discovered this after we asked for fresh towels as we had been sharing the same 1 towel for 3 days! We left our key and asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels put in our room, on return that day we discovered that the room had had a basic clean but the one dirty towel had been left and no fresh ones in its place. Husband complained and was told - Maids have gone home. We later discovered that the maids had put our toothbrushes in the tumbler in the bathroom - not a problem until my husband discovered that said tumbler had been used as an ashtray and was full of ash and cigarette ends!!! Further complaint, again told maids had gone home and would give towels tomorrow.... we finally got clean towels the day before we left. *No seating pads on any of the chairs in both dining area and poolside. *No local beer (effes) behind the bar and no cold bottled water, you had to wait for it to be chilled, sometimes the whole day. *Sunbeds unsuitable for anyone with back problems, we preferred the flat ones as the others were metal with a metal bar right in the middle of your back. *Turkish outdoor daybed/Kosk? left to rack and ruin, no cushions and netting a shambles *No hairdryer in room. Positives were: Pool area and pool itself very clean. Location great. Free Air con Was told on last night that the hotel is going to be refurbished next year

Stay here on a short break. Very quiet which suited us. Rooms were a little basic but clean and air conditioned. Staff were pleasent enough even through the language barrier. Seconds from the main hussle of the town centre.

Absolutely disgusting. WiFi is poor. No hot water, infant no water at all so we couldn’t even flush the toilet. The ceiling is crumbling and falling off. Piss stains on the bed, just disgusting. Booked for 3 nights but had to check out after the first

The Vento hotel its self is lovely and an excellent location. However, when we arrived we were told that we would not be staying there for the first night and were carted off to a recently completed flat complex..we didn’t have any water or glasses .. in fact there was one solitary plate in the cupboard . We were picked up the next day and started our holiday. Room was enough, cleaned every day and fresh towels.. found the staff pretty redundant and the manager was pretty stand offish... On our last day he asked staff members to clean the surrounding area of the pool with chemicals ..as we and other guest were in the pool and sunbathing ....thought the timing was lousy and pretty inconsiderate... So maybe the staff just need to be friendlier and happier like the rest of Turkey!

Hotel Vento is only 1 min walk from the attraction places in the center of Hisarönü. The rooms are clean, breakfast is nice and the dinners are quite good, especially in terms of performance/cost. Ahmet(the responsible employee) was very helpful. If I visit Ölüdeniz/Hisarönü one more time, I will probably stay at this hotel again.

We had great time in vento hotel. Lovely management, smiley people. Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast were great. We did not have but they have dinner also, menu price max 30 tl. Thy have bar if you like you can have cheap alcohol. Location is very good, if you like silent place very close to nightlife this place is perfect. There is no parking problem but be careful on monday evening there is local market so you can have hard times to find parking spot. There is only one negative point with the hotel is the isolation for noise. You can hear even peoples step at the corridor. Maybe they should improve doors. Rest is ok, i recommend everyone who wanna go fethiye.

Vento has a nice concept,it's location was perfect for me,really nice weather with a non-stopping breeze that will make you sleep easier in yhe nights.Friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen,Serkan and Gökhan will help you with anything.WiFi was great, the only down side was mosquitoes but it's a general problem of that area so you should bring your Raids.Overall I'd recommend this hotel to everyone!(Family, single, etc.)
