Will start by saying the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Poolside food and drinks are reasonable and tasty. Rooms are filthy, mouldy and the first room we were put in was stunk, the toilet seat was yellow when was supposed to be white, looks like it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. The second room they put us in was ok but like I said, mouldy bathrooms, unclean so can’t imagine the pool is being cleaned to a proper standard either. WiFi only works by the pool and bar, none at all in the room we were given so spent a small fortune on data roaming. Evening entertainment is ok, daughter enjoyed it who is 6. This hotel is in desperate need of an update and good cleaning, lick of paint or 20. I will never return to this hotel on the lack of cleanliness alone, it knocked me sick. People staying in the hotel saying they have been overcharged regularly so best to settle your bill daily and keep a tab of what you have had. The facilities near the slide area are absolutely boggin! Spend a bit more and get somewhere cleaner. I don’t usually complain but this is not a complaint it’s just facts.

What can I say this is our about 10th time at pine valley and won’t be our last. As usual we had an amazing time breakfast is just what you would expect fresh fruit, pastries, toast, boiled eggs and fresh pancakes an omelettes made by the happiest man in his job pancake man we call him he’s a real credit. Like most people we We eat out every night barring the BBQ night which is lovely lots of choice and the kids love the desserts so we can’t really comment on the tea time food. Leigh at kids club is brilliant and keeps the kids entertained with painting and watching films ,toys and games. The entertainment on a night is something different every night we enjoyed the band and the African show and the bingo night. Last but not least the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you from the cleaners to the maintenance staff everyone is so pleasant I very much believe if your nice to people you will only get nice in return I don’t believe there is any favouritism towards repeat customers just the same that’s why there repeat costumers. Aguero you are the heart and soul of pine valley and superb at your job. Orhan , Beki , suleyman, khan and to all the other staff thank you for an amazing holiday as always Love Lynsey , col , Chloe and Mia xx

Staff amazing ! Breakfast very tasty especially the made to order omelettes and pancakes ! evening meal was never hot, not even warm but cold even when you got in at opening time, ate out most nights because of this ! Room not what i booked through TUI.I booked twin room with balcony and got a double room with terrace ! not a problem to be fair the room was a good size so stuck with it. Bathroom ,shower tray filled up to the brim whilst showering, emptied really slowly, what we had,nt realised as we went out after showering was that it leaked onto the bathroom floor making it into a mini swimming pool,on returning to the room i slipped and just managed to keep myself upright. told reception the next morning nothing done about it,told them again the 3rd morning and showed photos, copied my photos still nothing done ! second week told the maid as we caught her just about to clean our room, she got the maintenance men in and they decided nothing could be done till we left as it needed 6 hours to do the silicone ! so thanks for that pine valley you are just lucky that i didnt break any bones ! Would we stay again ? NO not a chance

We visited in September. We had visted 2 years previous. We had a problem with our room on arrival this was soon sorted the following morning by the lovely and friendly reception lady. So sorry cant remember her name. The hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff especially Aguerro and Becky they make you feel so welcome. Aguerro greets all guests every morning round the pool when his shift starts. If you need any information the lovely Maggie is on site to help. I lost my gold bracelet unsure where as been to the beach and shops. I asked Maggie if she knew if it had been found she contacted reception straight away for me. It hadn't been found but 2 days later it had been found by the cleaner and left on the side in my room I was so grateful for the honesty.I agree with the previous comment. The service and respect is second to none. How anyone can go and find fault with the hotel and staff is beyond me. The egg man is the happiest person ever greets everyone in the morning with a lovely smile. The food is lovely plentry of choice. Hopefully will be returning in may 2023 with other family members if there us availability. Its a very popular hotel so need to be early to avoid disappointment. Look forward to seeing the staff again soon.

Just returned from a great 10 days at this hotel, we have been numerous times, with family, and just my husband and myself, this hotel is great for families and couples, already booked for next April, The rooms are cleaned daily, and always smell fresh, every member of staff works hard and ensures guests are well looked after. The pool is spotlessly clean, and the food here is delicious, pancake man is a Ray of sunshine, always so happy and his pancakes and omlettes are just the best! Magi the guest relations lady is absolutely fantastic, she ensures each and every guest is okay, she has great knowledge of the area, which is very helpful, she is a credit to this hotel and knowing the hotel well, and seeing her friendly face, makes it feel you are looked after and when returning it feels like seeing old friends, every hotel needs a magi.!

Stayed here for 10 nights on night 7 my 3 year old little boys trainers went missing from the table as he run to the soft play area, baring in mind; I was sat with tourists who all saw the trainers on the table. The next morning I realised he didn’t have his trainers, (brand new original nike airforce only 8 days old (worn 3 times) I went to the bar area and asked politely if I could have my boys trainers back. He said they aren’t here try reception, the girl I was sat with verified the waiter moved them off the table. I tried reception she said no they aren’t here, obviously I was looking around, until I said to the girl which waiter moved them, I went to him and he said oh they are behind reception. I said they aren’t I’ve asked. Anyway 2 days later still not found and we was due to travel home therefore he needed them by this point. They are double the price in Turkey unless you buy fakes. So I said can you view cctv as we were sat centre of the bar. The manger and British woman who works there said we will. I went back 4 hours later, he said I’ve checked cctv no trainers were there. I said I’m sorry but obviously my little boy came out in trainers, the girl I was sat with verified they were there and the waiter said he moved them, so they were 100% there. After a 10 minute argument of me saying he’s a 3 year old little boy, I need his trainers (by this point I realise they must of been stole) the manager then changed his story and said were you was sat there’s no cctv. I said oh how convenient, 10 minutes ago you said you couldn’t see any on the cctv. It’s absolutely shambolic and shameful to steal off a child, god knows what else they have stole off tables. If you visit this hotel, all I’m saying is keep your eyes on your things as someone is quite clearly a thief and all seem to cover for eachother and lie. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

We visited in September, we had a standard room which was small but only needed to shower and sleep so not a problem. The egg man As I call him was a credit to the hotel so friendly to EVERYONE!! Magi came round in the morning to make sure everyone ok, however the guy everyones been raving about he will say hello but only will spend time with his favourites! There was no activities during the day until a few days before we left which was trying to surf Board from one end to another end of pool, shame didn't do something like this before as all guests enjoyed this and had a laugh!! We didn't stay for evening entertainment but seemed to do some which people enjoyed. The sun is limited as lots of trees about if you love the sun all day you need to get up early to get a good spot!! It's 4 star but I would say more of a 3 star! Would we stay here again sadly it's not for us but that's not saying other people won't enjoy.

Just come back from a lovely week at pine valley we had some problems with the room when we arrived but they sorted it straight away ! The hotel is very clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them they are amazing but there was one staff memeber imperticular hes name was AGUERO this man is a credit to the hotel he was always entertaining the guests he was so friendly he was round the pool every morning greeting everyone then again at dinner and then he was there at night nothing was too much trouble for this man! He deserves a pay rise the amount of work that man does he goes above and beyond! I would also like to mention the lady that comes around the pool every morning to make sure all the guests are okay. What a lovely lady and what a good thing to have in a hotel. The only let down for this hotel is the reception staff they are the most miserable people I have ever met not welcoming or friendly at all

We visited in September with my son and friend, we had visited Pine Valley 10 years ago and was hoping it was as good as we remembered. Well we were blown away! Everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much for them, Aguerro, Suleyman and Bekir were just amazing they made our holiday for us. We also met 2 other staff that were there 10 years ago which was a blast from the past. The service and respect is second to none. How anyone can go and find fault is beyond me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaned everyday, the food is delicious, homecooked meals. We will definitely be returning year after year if we can. We have definitely found our " happy place".
