We have just returned from 2 weeks at Pine Hills, we paid for a pool view room that also had a view of the mountains so felt very spoiled. Location is brilliant, literally a few minutes walk away from the strip! Huge thank you to the staff who are attentive and personable. Apoo, Diren, Sinan, Murat and receptionist Taner are wonderful people that always make the effort for conversation and make sure we have everything we needed! Service around the pool, at breakfast or evening meals is exceptional. The food portions are huge and absolutely delicious, we ate lunch there most days just because the quality and price was so good. But liked to explore on the evenings. The cleaners were fantastic, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Sometimes fancy swans and hearts made out of towels which was a nice touch. Breakfast is reasonable with some traditional Turkish options and fresh eggs available to order (omelettes are tasty) Overall a wonderful hotel, staff are very hard working but always friendly. We are almost frightened to try anywhere new because this is hotel is difficult to live up to, thank you for a lovely holiday xxx

Hotel's Favourite
We have been to Hisaronu a few times before however have not stayed at this hotel before. I will definitely stay again though! the hotel itself is in a great location, really close to lots of great bars and restaurants but not too close that you got a lot of noise. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were at the end of the corridor so no issue with noise from people walking past or being noisy at night. The pool was lovely and we didn't have an issue betting a sunbed although in common with a lot of other places, most beds had towels on them by about 8:30am only for the towel owners not to be seen for hours. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice, with fresh omelettes, poached/fried/scrambled eggs cooked to order. Food in the pool bar was also good and reasonably prices. We didn't try the restaurant. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the ones in the bar (or perhaps that is because I spent a lot of time there and saw them the most!) Overall i really enjoyed my holiday, didn't want to leave and will certainly come back and stay here again.

Great hotel with a great location. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The suites are incredible and really luxurious. The reef bar is great, Sharif is brilliant, such a funny person. Prices in there are really good 45 lira for a large effes beer. Would definitely stay in this hotel if we are to go to Hisaronu again.

It was our first time in Turkey and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a great location as it’s a little hidden away so you can relax and the staff is amazing. Especially the food and beverage manager Murat Benli and Fatihhan they made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome, whenever we needed anything we knew we can count on them. We’re hoping to see them again soon!

Well where do I begin....I've just come back from this wonderful Hotel. room was lovely and had everything I needed cleaned every day towels bedding ect .In all honesty its the staff that make the difference nothing is too much trouble they are hardworking and so very friendly. I felt welcome and very much at home from the day I arrived. Tanis the unsung hero currently Reception manager sorts and manages everything to ensure Guests are safe and happy. food was in variation lovely breakfast fresh and well presented.Which brings me to the restaurant manager keeping everything ticking over alongside his army of waiters. The owner made special cakes and doughnuts fresh for breakfast daily.you will not find a better HOTEL anywhere in Hisaronu, I've come straight home and booked it again for next year. Thank you so much for a magical time can't wait to go back.

We are repeat customers to Pine Hill, it's so popular that we couldn't get a room for Sep 2022, so we had to stay elsewhere. We visited a few times to see staff and enjoy the BBQ night, food was lovely and as always the staff were absolutely amazing. Baz is always welcoming and accommodating and for him and the other staff, I'd return if the cost reflected the drop in standard. I learned whilst there that Sonny is no longer there, this shows massively. I've no idea who is now in charge but it needs a massive overhaul. It's scruffy, the sun beds need updating, the spa was closed and the toilets below the restaurant were vile. They were unclean each time we visited and had black mold in various places. Lots of things are cracked and damaged. It used to be leaps above surrounding hotels, however the pandemic and/or change in management certainly has had a big negative impact.

We visited The Pine Hill for what was about our eighth visit. Over the past 2-3 years, the hotel has gone downhill and reading reviews before we went, we were extremely apprehensive. Luckily things were not as bad as we had feared. Thanks to Baz and his team, we still had a great holiday. The hotel is situated perfectly, 2 mins from main strip yet on a quiet side road. Sadly since Sonny the manager has not been involved anymore, the hotel really has lowered its standards. Extremely short staffed now, for instance, just 2 cleaners to do the whole hotel and pool loungers. It's terrible how they are treated and they really do try their best. Food is still great from the restaurant but you have to wait up to 2 hours from ordering. In the meantime hear the owner screaming like a banshee to her staff. Not ideal when on holiday but she doesn't care how she sounds or what people think. We were even rudely awoken one morning to what sounded like a fight with glasses smashing. I ran out of the room thinking it was guests and somebody needed help but soon saw it was the owner again throwing things at her son! Rumour has it she is retiring and Sonny is returning to manage and we are hoping it is before the start of next season so the hotel does not decline further. Saying that, we still had a good holiday and will give it one more chance. We are hoping general maintenance needed will be carried out and the rooms brought back to the standard they once were. It seems they have spent money on filling in a small kids pool (that was used by adults to cool off in) to cram in more loungers and a couple of dining tables. A waste of money in our opinion. Plus many dining tables have been removed from the bar area so if you want lunch in the shade it's much more difficult, making guests go elsewhere outside of the hotel to eat. We did not spend time around the chill pool this year as they again have crammed more beds in and turned up the music making it less chill. Really it's just poor management here now but as said, if things change as we have heard they will, it will become the great hotel it always has been. Baz you are fabulous, we return for you. Thank you for looking after us so well along with Seph and the rest of the guys, despite working so hard with no time off, you always smiled and greeted us and made our days fun. See you all again next year for what we hope really won't be our last visit.

Visited October 2022. Booked a 2 bedroom suite as this was the only room left (apparently) but the room wasn’t available and we were given a tiny room overlooking the swim-up pool and there were several others who had the same experience. We did get the suite the next day and to be fair it was very nice and we were also allowed £30 credit for a meal. However the hotel was generally disappointing. The pool bar was closed down and the sunbeds were in need of new mattresses. The main complaint however was the cleaner who didn’t come until late afternoon and when she did come it was a quick sweep of the floor and fresh towels. Not once were the beds made. Also, there was a lot of black mould around the shower so we had to buy a bottle of bleach to remove it. All in all it was poor value for money and we wouldn’t go back. We were recommended this hotel by the travel agent who had stayed there in the past but judging by the reviews on here it has obviously deteriorated in the last year or two. The manager didn’t seem interested in complaints but the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
