we arrived at the pink palace around 11:30 at night. The staff welcomed us in a very friendly/ open manner and although their English wasn't the best, they were capable in dealing with any of our issues. The rooms were tidy and cleaning was offered everyday. Additionally the ac was working and was definitely needed as we went during hot season. The restaurants staff were also friendly and answered any queries we had regarding the food options. The bar staff were brilliant as drinks were served quickly and as soon as we finsihed drinking they took the glasses away. The only issue we had was the wifi was weak in my room, however, it was always working properly in pool/ lounge area.

Well, this is my third time choosing this place for my vacation. If you don't want to feel any pressure during your holiday, this is the perfect place to choose around here, when you compare price with quality. One more point which makes me don't complain about the management problems is the young people who make your holiday even better. During meals, Beşir will greet you everytime and Mehmet will make sure you don't have anything unnecessary at your table 😁. Whole day, when you need any beverage Selime will be similing behind the bar. A tip to any Russian friends who visits this hotel, make her practice, she is trying to learn Russian. Another special thanks to Onur, however he forgets to smile time to time whenever you tell him to " Smile! " He will rapidly give you a huge smile, make him smile. Also he prepares delicious and effective alcholic beverages. When you visit the place, make sure you chat with all the young crew, they are so friendly, they turned my regular holiday to something else. However i wont feel comfortable if i dont point, terrible "beach club" , I wouldn't choose to use that service if i knew beforehand. I hope hotel will find a better beacg option next season. Because, however you pay for entering the beach, once you are in, you feel like you are there to be ripped to your skeleton. Normally 1 liter of water costs like 2TRY and in the beach it is 10. Beers are overpriced. And the service has no quality level. I would come here again for cuteness of the chats and dialogues and lots of good people doing their best to serve you well. Thanks for reading.

Dear Kadirerdembl ; Thank you so much for sharing your experiences here with us. Our young team is eager for communicating our guests. That helps a lot for self improvement as well. Unfortunately the beach has different management. The destinations conditions are create some situations which we cannot effect sometimes. We recorded your advices to be considered at the future meetings. Kind Regards

This was our first family trip abroad. Chose this as it was a smaller family hotel. On arrival at night the staff were helpful and provided ground floor rooms as requested. The food was very nice and a lot of different varieties everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner which even kept my fussy eaters happy. The swimming pool was very clean, not busy and had a little kids pool. The rooms were dated , the beds were comfy but little things would make it perfect like fixing leaking sinks and bathroom locks. The staff were amazing, very friendly and got to know our family and children big shout out to some of the names i can remember like yousef, fatih, bushra, asma, emran, sebri, begum karim. . The location was good and not far from shops, 10 minutes on the bus( bus stop outside the hotel) to the beach and 500 meters walk to the cable cars.

Well, where do I start....

We arrived at the hotel at 3am and were shown to our room, in the attic. My partner is 6'4" and was unable to stand at the toilet or in the living area as the roof was so low. The room had a double and single bed in one room and a single in the living area. The fridge was broken and the air conditioning was very poor along with the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen area.
The next morning we were moved to another room but still no working air conditioning, No fresh towels or bedding for 3 days, until my partner took them down to them, in reception.
The pool was very clean but there was a bolt sticking out of the floor where the pool steps had been removed and we had to keep warning guests about this due to my step daughter cutting her foot. They replaced them 6 days into our holiday as we complained to our rep.
The food comprised of chicken, chicken or chicken with rice or plain paste (no sauce) and smothered in flies as there was no fly extractors. The manager in the restaurant was very nice along with the staff but they just kept taking away our plates and drinks before we had even finished and when you said something they didn't understand as they understood very little English.
The Beer was very cloudy and when my partner complained they changed the whole system because the lines were dirty and broken but then there was no beer available the whole of the next day. He asked if they could have bottles as we had paid for all inclusive but they refused and said that we had to pay for them. The vodka tasted disgusting and the pepsi draft was also broken which then resulted in them using bottles that were kept in the fridge but due to the high turnover they never had a chance to chill before being used.
The location was good as we were slightly away from the town but the road is very busy and dangerous with children. A taxi was just 50 Lira as it it just 5 minutes away.
The wifi was constantly going off and there was no evening entertainment so you had to make your own or go into town.

Would I ever stay here again.....Never!
I am quite open when it comes to holiday accommodation but this is like something we have never experienced before.

I don’t know how this place has 3 stars it’s so run down, not clean and dangerous.
Upon arrival I had no towels or loo roll, when I went to ask at reception they told me I had to wait 2 hours.
After more than 2 hours nothing arrived so I went to reception (again) where they handed me two tiny towels so I hadn’t ask for a bath towel. Such a carry on within my first few hours of arriving.

The room was falling to bits, gaps in the door, shower leaked all over the floor, dirty, one very flat pillow even though I had 2 beds. You had to ask for clean towels and the cleaning consisted of them staying bleach on the floor mop and leave it like an ice rink with strong smell of bleach. Back of the room a hose pipe was constantly on the grass and there was a smell of sewage so the balcony was out of bounds, this smell lingered around the back of the pool too.
There were holes in the skirting boards and the door frames were worn away badly.

Breakfast- same every single day, flies all over, no self service drink and if you’re not Turkish you wait ages for a thimble of coffee and watery juice. They do omelettes they were nice and cooked fresh. Dread to think what the all inclusive would be like.

The drink selection was very minimal, no canned soft drink was poured from a bottle.
Pool area is nice, but the sunbed mattress were all dirty and stained. Pool is on the busy road so you hear car noise constantly. Toilets for the pool and restaurants are vile, door frame almost came off when I closed it, they’re down steep steps and not clean.

Location is good, 10 mins walk to hisaroun, little convenience store near by and bus stop outside.

Wifi hit and miss but ok.
Staff are all ok some very rude or ignore you and not many speak English.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I expected basic but the was just grim. You get much better place to stay for the same price.

We were so excited when we booked our first holiday together as a couple, we decided that we wanted to go to Turkey and the pink palace with one on our short list but booking last minute we were limited. Being the school holidays, we obviously paid a little bit more than normal, so you can imagine to our huge disappointment when we turned up at the Pink Palace to find a very, very basic hotel. The rooms were almost hostel like! On first impressions the reception area was dark and dingy, the staff were welcoming but couldn’t speak much English at all. I felt like crying when I walked into my hotel room, the beds were old and hard, the furniture dark and worn. No home comforts at all! However I will give it to the hotel that the rooms were very clean!

The food… Out of all the 14 nights that we stayed we only enjoyed two nights worth of food, the rest was very basic and very cheap! The hotel has a Nick name between the locals and other restaurants as “The Chicken Palace” as that’s all the serve, lunch/snack was cheap chicken nuggets and chips EVERY DAY! The drinks also, very basic and very cheap if you’re looking for an all-inclusive option, do not choose one in Turkey unless you’re going for a five star hotel, the only alcohol I had on offer was vodka and gin and local wine, we weren’t even allowed a Fanta until 10 o’clock.

This hotels only saving grace was it’s Pool, The pool was really nice, really clean, plenty of sunbeds. However, it was far too small for the amount of guests at the hotel. The first week was fine, the hotel was quite quiet but during the second week there is no way you’d be able to swim in the pool, only get in to cool down.

There was also no entertainment at all, so if you want a lively holiday you would have to walk the 10 minutes into town every night to go to a bar, they did however put a belly dancer on one night, but you could barely hear the music as it was over showered by the motorway down into Olu Deniz that is next to the hotel.

In summary, we ended up enjoying our holiday, we jumped in a taxi every day down to the beach and explored the surrounding areas, which we loved! I would come back to Hisaronu and Olu Deniz again, the people were amazing! The beaches stunning! But I definitely would not ever stay in the Pink Palace again or ever recommend it to anyone!!!! Unless you are looking for a cheap two star hotel, however the amount we paid for our first holiday as a couple would reflect more on a four star hotel.

Such a Shame ☹️

I stayed at the Pink Palace for 10 days and I thought it was lovely, breakfast was onntime every single day , really good selection and freshly done ,you can go up as many times as you like , fresh cut up bread put in baskets ,brown or white bread available, fresh pastries, the pool area was cleaned every morning and I know this as I watched the lady do it .
My room was quite big had a big double bed which was great ,my balcony opened up to the view of the mountain , so whilst I sat there reading my book with a cup of coffee I took in the views, two local shops both good value , fridge and a hair dryer in your room which was never available in a previous hotel , rooms cleaned regularly which is always a bonus , nice and quiet of an evening ,15 mins walk to hissronu and the Monday Market is practically on your door step , some really nice bars on the way, barracuda, vineyard to name two .
A bar menu would be brilliant for people who aren't all inclusive especially if you decided to stay around the pool , cabke cars literally just down the road and so is ole denize, bus stops right out side.
I thought It was a lovely place to stay , basic but comfy , ive already booked for next year .

Was very impressed by the vale of this hotel. If a review was based on value for money alone it'd be a 10/10 however their are some improvements that could be made.
Check in was quick and easy, staff weren't overly friendly but could've been a language barrier. Same when I tried to organize taxis or get any info about the area. Did their job but weren't overly friendly.
Room itself was older style but really clean and comfortable and bathroom looked more newly renovated. Had a nice little balcony with a view of the garden. Was a nice breeze coming through.
The resort itself was clean and tidy and the pool area was huge. Also nice and clean. Breakfast area looked over the pool and for the low cost of the hotel, I was quite impressed with the choices for breakfast they had. Lots of options and all pretty fresh and tasty.
Location wasn't great in relation to Oludeniz Beach and I think perhaps this is why the cost is lower. Its a 40min downhill walk to the beach which is fine, but its a really big hill so you're better off getting a taxi back. What you save in hotel costs a few taxis is ok. It was walking distance to the Babadag Cable Car which is great for an afternoon of views and watching the paragliders.
I had a room right near the reception and it was very noisy. Standard reception noises I could of handled but from about 8.30pm to 11pm there were extremely noisy children running up and down the corridor yelling and screaming and throwing balls ect. While this isnt the hotels fault I thought they would respect their guests more and direct the noisy people to a more acceptable part of the hotel. It really was a dampener of the night.

Amazing staff, get what you pay for we booked 12months in advance we paid £617pp. Pool area was lovely, toilets not good, food was ok. Went with 6 year old no entertainment apart from a belly dancer one night which is stated in the info. Alot of steps and stairs to go up and down to reception from the pool.Overall it was ok, surroundings were beautiful.

Just returned from the pink palace..It's pink, but it's no palace. On arrival we were welcomed but that's the last the staff spoke to us. The room was so so small, barely room to turn around and the beds can only be described as a block on the floor!! After travelling all day we were finally wakened by our personal alarm; the roosters and chickens at 05:05 !! This same routine continued for the entire week!! The cleaner, altho visited kindly every day to open the window with no mosquito net, failed to change the bed clothes. The same cover with the pink stain was on for the entire week. This resulted in us having multiple mosquito bites every night! For all inclusive we had very little choice. If you don't like Turkish food then don't consider here at all. All in all the hotel leaves alot to be desired. If your after a relaxing holiday go elsewhere. This hotel offers little sleep and a broken back from the rock solid bed. One positive the shower altho old, was powerful
