Rooms were nice and bright. Cleaning lady did a very good job! It was quiet so you could sleep very well Communication was a desaster. They gave us wrong information all the time, eg when checking in we were told the pool would only open at 10 am. This is wrong. The pool opens 9 am. They could not tell us when the slide opens and gave us wrong infos all the time. When we ordered coffee during breakfast you had to go to the bar and order it several time because staff was busy Smoking or staring at their mobile phones.

Amazing stay, me and my boyfriend who come to Turkey every year decided to stay in Seyir, and we we very happy with the hotel. We booked the triple deluxe room, it was well kept with fresh towels and complimentary waters on a daily basis. The room was very spacious and included a hair dryer, slippers, a mini fridge and most importantly…Very well air conditioned! Usually air conditioning abroad makes me very ill but I didn’t face any issues with leaving the air con on all night, the bed was also super comfortable! The staff were very polite and super accommodating, they always greeted us when arriving back to the hotel and even helped up me and my partner print our boarding passes when our flights were changed. We spent most of our nights in Hisaronu and Oludeniz. Hisaronu is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel so some nights we simply walked to the strip but reception always helped us order a taxi down if need be. Oludeniz however is a little further but a beautiful location. I would highly recommend the Buzz bar and Jade restaurant in oludeniz which is along the beach front with an amazing view of the paraglides landing. In terms of food and drink, the drinks were great at the bar with many options, as a fussy eater I didn’t have much at breakfast but came down each morning for some honey and toast. Me and my boyfriend would definitely come back in our future stays in Oludeniz and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting!

It’s functional hotel to stay for 1 night - despite the room is newly refurbished. We stayed in 102 and WiFi was terrible. AC is held together with a tape and couldn’t work out how to switch it on. Bed was not comfy — too soft in a weird way, and pillow was just too hard. Breakfast was decent.

Having been to Turkey (Ölüdeniz) 5 times already we chose this hotel as it is in Ovacik just outside of Ölüdeniz and away from all the hussle and bustle that you usually get down in Ölüdeniz. I have to start by saying I don’t usually do reviews on hotels, I am the one always for frantically searching for other reviews to gain Insite before making a choice but however I felt this review was needed On first arriving at the hotel we were delighted to see it is EXCATLY as the pictures display. Very clean and spacious and so peaceful and relaxed but however all is not what it seemed. We encountered quite a few problems that in heighnsight was actually just basic poor service - The hotel has clearly been recently renovated but from first glance where the rooms seem modern and up kept they are actually decorated and finished quite poorly. Out room door didnt open properly as when designed the hinge wasn’t cut out right so you had to fiddle with it almost every single time for a few minutes to get it open The bathroom shower was poorly designed, floor of the bathroom got absolutely soaked every single time even with a mat down as shower door is open and so small. This is right next to the toilet so it means you either have to mop it up yourself and dry it or sit on the toilet with your feet on a wet mat every time you needed to use the loo! There was no chair by mirror to sit on which meant having to stand whilst trying to get ready (which is difficult for a typical ladies getting ready time) and the mirror frame felt incredibly unsturdy and shook every time we took the plug socket out Our first night we sat for dinner got given a really short menu and ordered 3 courses. This was once we asked how the service works for half board (something we haven’t done before) We waited around 30 mins for dinner and then another 40 mins for dessert. After eating the main my partner asked why the desert was taking so long and got told 40 mins later after us asking that they had a problem with bakery and it will be out in a minute to which we then continued to wait by this time not even fancying it anymore and when it came out it was cold. We then continued to wait every single night for a spacious amount of time for our meals and this seemed difficult to understand seeing as there was only a few tables maximum in the resturant We had water with dinner the first two nights and didn’t pay so assumed the water may have been included as we wasn’t asked to pay. On the third night my partner checked with the worker as we were sure this couldn’t be right and he had put them on a tab without asking us. Some people may not mind this but considering we were not informed of this I would been very shocked to learn this at the end of my holiday if we hadn’t of asked! Most of the staff bar maybe one or two seemed VERY miserable and incredibly lazy which was difficult to understand having stayed in previous hotels in olu deniz where all staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you. When we asked for something simple such as more plates/cutlery (which should already be there in my opinion) at breakfast they just looked at us and stormed away as if it were a problem and was too much trouble for them. The breakfast selection was absolutely poor, crusty over cooked chips everyday was a main option. I mean I love a good chip but not at 8am! I resulted in eating jam on toast every day which was hard work in itself having to use a fork to butter the toast as there was very rarely any knives. We were there for 10 nights and I think only 1 morning out of 10 the coffee machine was actually working it was being fixed every morning or had a sign over it or the young lads were standing there trying to get it to work the duration of us eating so we just gave up Most mornings we had to clear the table ourselves from previous guests eating. I understand the prospect of breakfast time in a hotel can be very busy but when we started to clear it no staff members offered to help once they were free they just onlooked at us. The same thing happened with dinner most nights as we resulted in having to move our plates to the edge of the table and encourage the staff to come and collect them once we were finished as we had waited for more than 10mins One night I think around 3rd/4th night a Turkish couple arguing woke us up screaming at 3am for over an hour and nobody told them to stop. Whilst I appreciate not all guests can be controlled is it not the duty of the hotel team to remind guests to be vigilant that other guests may be sleeping?? The door slamming was SO loud and frightening my partner actually shot up out of the bed When we asked about what time we were being picked up and got told was 21:30pm but we had to check out at 12 that day. I said to my partner that’s great we can used the shower onsite have some dinner and be ready for pick up. We were then abruptly told we were not allowed to have dinner as this was not included unless we wanted to pay, even though the first night we arrived very late and we had paid for the day here and missed dinner so technically could have been in voucher of a dinner. In other hotels the staff have previously encouraged us to eat and been more than helpful but this hotel allowed us to be served absolutely nothing from 10am until 21:30pm None of the staff wear the same uniform some aren’t in any so hard do distinguish who can help you. I believe the manager doesn’t actually wear one either and none of them have name badges so I cannot even comment on who was polite as I felt embarrassed to ask their names When we gave our key back to check out nobody said goodbye or thank you or asked us if we had a nice time. To me it’s something so simple but would have gone such a long way All in all would I stay at this hotel again? no probably not I was disappointed to read mostly fantastic reviews here and whilst it is fantastic to look at the basic service lack of service compared to what we have previously had in this town really unhinged our opinion of small run hotels. Everyone seemed as though they didn’t want to talk and we felt as though if we didn’t already know the area we would have missed out on a lot of opportunities to see things as the staff were so unwilling to help Please don’t read this and not think about going to the area as it is quite simply the most beautiful place I have ever been too and we are lucky enough to know that and not have the opinion of that changed by our stay at this hotel

What a wonderful hotel. We spent our 2nd week in Turkey here and absolutely loved it. Rooms were beautiful, newly renovated, very modern and spacious. Staff were lovely and helpful. Slide at the pool a real bonus with children and pool never too over crowded. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. Will definitely be returning next year!!

Just returned from a last minute week at the Seyir. Accomodation: We had a deluxe suite. Clearly newly refurbed and really good. Double shower, fab brand new aircon (much needed), stylish, modern and roomy (2 adults). Cleanliness: Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The young staff are constantly cleaning the hotel and surroundings. Staff: Can't do enough for you. So friendly and helpful. Food: Brilliant value and surprisingly good. The full English (not inc in the B&B) but only £4 was awesome. Proper bacon, sausage, eggs, beans etc. Location: Stunning. Right in the middle of the glorious Fethiye mountains. The sunset and rise is something else. Pool: Decent size and clean. One decent slide for the kids or adults! Real homely and quant hotel. REAL value for money and will definitely be back. A Hidden Gem.

Just back from this hidden little secret, it was our 1st visit, but wont be our last. I believe this hotel has just had a major refurbishment and what a good job they've done! The rooms are stunning, clean and welcoming. The staff and owners were very welcoming and attended to our every needs. Big shout out to the chef who cooked us the best meals we ate all week. Pool area was lovely and clean, a fab water slide for the kids. Hotel located just up the hill from the strip, a good distance to get away from it all but close enough to walk into if you wish. a local bus runs every 15 mins into oludeniz one way and fethiye. Billy beach is worth a visit.
