Just returned from 12 holiday in oludenz at this amazing hotel The Belchan Deluxe Hotel..,by far the best hotel in oludeniz. Just 1 little hitch at the start of holiday,,put in wrong room on arrival, but all sorted first hing next morning..All credit to reception staff for sorting it out.. Just like to say 1 of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at.From rooms to swimming area to breakfast area. And a big that you to management and there team. All of his team from the female cleaners alway smiling and pleasent. To the staff doing breakfsst duties. Most of All to the boys at the poolside/bar. Bayram, George & Cunnett..ways smiling and always willing to help you.. This is my second stay here and it will not be the last..

Can’t recommend this little Place highly enough great place me my partner and child came here for 10 nights in may we had a fab time the staff were great rooms really nice met some really nice friends pool was spotless as where the whole place the sister restaurant next door was really nice food and staff couldn’t do enough for u, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the blue lagoon beach which is worth a visit really nice place reasonably priced, also they have a free taxi to a restaurant in fethiye the food was the best we had whilst there it was beautiful and in a great setting of the sunset, this place exceeded our expectations and big shout out to ozcan and the lads great lads and a credit to the hotel we will defiantly return in the future thankyou 🤙🙏

Just got back after an incredible two week stay at the Belcehan hotel I’ve not got one bad word to say about the hotel it’s everything you could possibly want it’s clean and maintained to a high standard and the staff work tirelessly to make sure you have an amazing holiday special shout out to George and Cüneyt the pool bar guy’s nothing is too much trouble for them always on hand and work long hours and also the breakfast staff especially Bayram always has a smile for everyone first thing in the morning and the service is spot on also the cleaning staff work so hard keeping the rooms so clean and tidy hopefully we’ll be back for our third year next year can’t wait. Thank you Belcehan. Kiss Kiss… Double Kiss.

By far the best hotel in Olu Deniz with the best staff !! Without doubt the best hotel in Olu Deniz !!! On the last few days of our stay at the Belcehan Deluxe hotel and we will feel gutted to leave !!! We have stayed in many hotels in Olu Deniz since 2007 including the Belcekiz Beach and this hotel tops them all !!! This hotel is exceptional in every way and the staff display the values of the Belcehan brand everywhere you go. The room cleaner is incredible - she works such long hours and is always ready to say good morning . The staff work so hard and are so polite , and we have to give a huge mention to the staff in the pool bar - they are exceptional and working constantly but always serve with a smile and definitely deserve an award for all of their stamina and commitment !!! They are so courteous from the moment they start working at breakfast to the time they finish in the pool bar and working in the adjoining Belcehan bistro. Top top class and top top food and drinks. The design and location of the building is beautiful - it is perfectly situated at the top of the strip with really modern rooms and a beautiful pool , clean and well managed , with lots of sun beds and kept very very clean. Firstly the staff - They work so hard and are so friendly and eager to make your stay perfect . From the reception staff who are incredibly helpful from the moment you walk in , to the cleaners , to the exceptional pool and maintenance staff who work long hours with a genuine desire to make every part of your experience special - you all work effortlessly and do an amazing job and we appreciate it greatly . A very special mention to the breakfast chef - he really is a true credit to the company . He always has a smile on his face in boiling temperatures and is so focused on providing exceptional customer service and he deserves recognition from the company if possible for providing the best omelettes. The food served is excellent and plentiful and the service staff are so friendly . The bar staff never stop ( thank you all). and are absolutely wonderful - humble, generous and friendly without being over the top . They are Wonderful hosts and give everything to make your holiday a memorable one. Keep supporting them !!! So in summary a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying in with staff who make you feel more like friends than guests . We have recommended it to friends and family and would recommend it to anyone who wants five star service from this bed and breakfast hotel . So over to Olu Deniz - it has changed immeasurably since we were here last in 2018. Bars are far more like Hisaronu bars, at times on the strip you can feel like you are being played ( beware of the takeaway seller outside cherry tree who had no prices on his board so he can charge what he sees fit ). Olu Deniz was never like this before and the bars on the beach have destroyed the once magnificent sea view . The chilled hippy vibe has been replaced by banging nightclubs like VIP and Cherry Tree which wouldn’t look out of place in Ayia Napa which aren’t our thing but maybe are for others. Cherry Trees toilets were absolutely vile and stank of urine - and they also sell food . A recipe for disaster. When we ate out, the Toscana and Belcehan bistro restaurant next to the Belcehan were delicious and excellent value for money with great staff and service. The Buzz and Tiki bar were very poor. Poor service with very average food for the price . Cold prawns in the buzz heated up in the microwave when we complained with no apology and then two small prawns for a Grilled prawn starter in Tiki bar. Not one apology from staff and we actually felt like we were a bit of a nuisance Drinks are a lot more expensive on the strip than they were due to the current alcohol tax, as is food . We had lunch, a few drinks and evening meal with starters and wine and spent roughly £150-190 a day as a couple. But back to the Brilliant Belcehan. Stayed at the Belcehan Deluxe for the past 10 days and had a fantastic time from start to finish. Rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, pool was a great size and never overcrowded, both bistro and pool bar served delicious meals but the big shout out definitely goes to the bar men around the pool, especially George and Cüneyt. They cannot do enough for you, are absolutely fabulous with the kids and are so friendly. Will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anybody looking to visit Oudeniz.

Amazing hotel, very clean with spacious rooms and a lovely balcony. Staff were amazing throughout the hotel, so friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Cüynet & George, both lovely guys and made the experience a great one, teaching us Turkish, telling us the best foods to try & always making our drinks with a smile. The bistro next door to the hotel is also really nice. It has great food and drinks - we really enjoyed the Pide, Shish Kebabs & freshly made cocktails. Staff were also brilliant and had great banter. We will be back one day. Görüşürüz!

What can I say...fabulous hotel 4th year staying here and will return next July with extended family 😊 Beautiful pool area staff are amazing can't do enough for you, breakfast really good something for everyone...loving the pancakes this year...very modern bathrooms which have been upgraded. Just returned from two week holiday, what can I say, all the staff made our time extra special George was just amazing he made me and my family smile from morning to night such a lovely man goes above and beyond and these lads work so hard and long hours. Also Unet who makes the best drinks 🥤 Byron also great but my husband will always be the champion pool player 😂 Byron tried his best to win him. Been going to Turkey for 11 years and this by far was the best hotel and staff to date already looking for next year Thanks again to George, Unet & Byron From your friends Brad, Ingrid, Heather, Heidi & Phoebe xxx

What a great, relaxed, enjoyable hotel this is - ideal location - our third visit to this hotel and every time it gets better. The hotel staff are fantastic, always friendly, polite and always make time to have a chat, game of pool or pass time with you to make sure you are having the best stay you can. big shout to George and the other guys around the pool you do a fantastic job and are a real credit to the hotel - see you next year (or maybe September this year if possible!! ) Neil, Ann and Josh x
