Two weeks here just before they closed for the winter. Fantastic location with wonderful views from anywhere in or out of hotel. Staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you, our room cleaner made shapes out of the towels, different every day and always left the room immaculate. Good choices of food would suit anybody whatever their taste. Very close to new cable car which serves the paragliding enthusiasts and is a must to visit the jump sight and restaurant. Overall we certainly look forward to returning to this hotel.

Expected a lot more from this premium hotel but maybe we were unlucky with our room (109) which has direct pool access. The bathroom vent didn’t work & there were no windows. A foul odor was coming from the drain. The shower was warm, not hot. The tiles in the shower were slippery and the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. There was water damage on the bedroom walls. The TV didn’t work/ there was no signal. The cheap A/C unit was very loud. The bath slippers were not clean. Only stayed 1 night and got in late so didn’t make sense to request a new room or to try to get these issues fixed. Gorgeous view and helpful front desk staff.

Serial returner to Oludeniz and Hisaranou and love the area and people. The hotel is a bit out the way but I prefer this and enjoy the short walk to town. The staff where very pleasant and always on hand to help, (Customer relations girl Svenka if I spelled that correctly from Ukraine was exceptional) rooms clean and where tidied every day., our housekeeper was fantastic. The drinks were pricey IMO and I found that in general prices in the resorts (especially Oludeniz) had risen quite sharply. We decided to go B&B on this visit and the restaurants we visited all received a pass mark, however, special shout out to Saffron Indian Restaurant and McKebab (great value) The food was reasonably priced everywhere but once again drinks increased the bill quite dramatically.

Currently at this hotel as I write this review. Firstly the weather, we can't believe how lucky we have been, walk to wall sunshine, yes it gets chilly in the evening but nothing we can't handle. Given its late October the resort's are still quite busy and have good vibe about them, we are now in the last week of the season and certain places are starting to close. The hotel has been absolutely fine, no issues at all, service is very good,special mentions to Svetlana and Hassan for always going above the standard to ensure we enjoyed our stay, also the restaurant and bar staff, great attitudes and always a smile. Facilities generally are good although in places the hotel requires some updating and tidying up although I think this is mainly down to Covid issues. Food has been fine and exactly what we expected prior to coming. This hotel is in a prime location and has outstanding views especially from the upper floor rooms. All in all,great holiday thanks Oh, and don't miss the cable car to babadag,it is a fabulous trip .…

What a fabulous hotel loved everyone bit of it, stayed here with my teenaged Daughter, from Start to End we loved, I did write down all the names of staff as they were all excellent but I left it too long to do the review and now can’t find the names. One particular staff member actually hunted down hair dryer for me as there wasn’t any in the spa….the hotel’s jet 2 staff gentleman was amazing hope someone can give a name (has a bit of a American accent even tho his not American) he was a credit to the company! Food was lovely we had lunch there and lots of snacks (chips and cocktails) by the pool Turkish bath was lovely the man who massaged me def knew what he was doing detected that I have clarification in my shoulder! Well what can I say about the pool area the view was magnificent and enough sun beds for everyone. We had a swim up room we wasn’t worth it for us as we didn’t get a chance to use as the pool Was so magnificent. Hotel was perfect location you could either walk to town or get a taxi which worked out about £4 Would 100% return again and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying in this area.…

The staff are fantastic especially Hasan, Ramazan and Svetlana. They are always friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was very nice, and always clean and tidy. The views from the hotel are amazing. Although bring a jumper if you are staying in late October as it gets chilly in the evenings.

Just stayed at the Sertil deluxe hotel for ten nights. The hotel is in a beautiful location. We had a swim up room which was spacious and had amazing views over olu deniz. The staff are amazing, really cannot do enough for you and are so polite. Special shout out to Ramazan, Osman, Mustafa, Svetlana, Yusuf and Tugba. Those are only the staff that I know the names of but everyone employed here make the hotel special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect, bteakfest and dinner are excellent and full of memories. In additional big thanks to Svetlana for assistance in all quastions. The big village is near hear with shops and bars in English style. There is a transfer from the hotel to solo beach.

This Hotel and staff literally save my life from the hotel next door. I am so happy and very glad to share my experiences of this Hotel and the wonderful staff . I will not called them staff anymore but family the way they all rally round for me I will eternally grateful. I Especially like to say a Massive thanks to Huseyin and Hasan and the young lady sorry I've forgotten your name but you know who you are. Thank you all for your help and support 😘 . You have all giving me the warmest of welcome from the top to the bottom and make me feel at home . The room I was was very spacious clean and light there was nothing I could fault about this Hotel and staff. I entered the hotel about 4am very disress so wasn't really taking anything in . They gave me the choice of two room to pick from one was a swimup room with the pool directly to our balcony the other one which was larger and more spacious which we took. In the morning as soon as i enter the reception area it was very pleasing to the eye as it draws you into warmth of the hotel and staff everyone was so welcoming and everyone I met had something nice to say about the hotel and staff. Would I come here again most definitely would I recommend YES YES YES !!! My one and only regret about this Hotel is I wish my stay was longer 😪 So hopefully I will see you guys next year .
