My partner and I spent our first night in South America in Boutique Zen Suites and the receptionist, Sebastian, was extremely kind and gave us a map and pointed out all the good places to go and how to get there. Our room was reasonably clean but every time we used the Jacuzzi it flooded the whole bathroom and wouldn't...

I stayed 3 nights in March 2011. The Hotel Zen, although quite new, was in bad shape; I had to change my room as I couldn’t stay at the one assigned. Personnel of the hotel was however fantastic. I had to go to hospital for a terrible headache and during all my stay in the hotel the housekeepers took care...

My wife and I stayed there three times and loved it each time. For the price you will not find a better hotel in Buenos Aires. And ask about their promotions if you're coming during the off season. Also, if you want to use the pool or hot tub, make sure you tell them about an hour beforehand. They keep...

For the price you pay, it`s the best you can get. Didn`t like the location, the noise from the street, the towels (too old) and the cleanliness of the sheets and toilet. Liked the size of the room, the size of the bed, the lcd TV, the AC and the design of the room.

Although the hotel is located in the center and the stuff is really friendly and helpful the rooms are too expensive. The windows needed to be fixed, it was loud even with closed windows. It had a jacuzzi in the bathroom but it was not inviting to use it. The breakfast was only basic.

The Boutique Zen Suite Hotel is a great spot to base your stay in Buenos Aires. Not only is it well situated to get around, it is clean, spacious and has lovely big bathrooms. The service at the front desk was also to the highest standard and we were able to book evenings out and get valuable information on travelling...
