From the moment we arrived the friendly staff greeted us and treated us as VIPs. Offering water, tea, pointing out places of interest on maps, suggesting running routes, restaurants, etc. And they are eager to help in the same way for the entire visit (2-nights/3-days for us). Breakfast ordered and brought to our room every day. We could easily stay...

The size of the hotel enables the charming and ever so knowledgable staff to provide a superb service. They always had time forb quick chat and were genuinly interested in us enjoying BA...

A great hotel to use as a base to explore Buenos Aires. The location is set in the trendy and safe Palermo area with great bars and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped and big, and the best thing about the hotep is the staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable about and proud of their city, and no request is...

I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is nice, very well situated being in Palermo Soho, breakfast is served to your room but what really makes this hotel amazing is the incredible staff, they are the heart of the hotel. If you are thinking about traveling to BA, don't stay at a big chain hotel,...

Would never stay anywhere else in BA. The location is perfect; within walking distance of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel is small. Maybe 11 rooms or so. But the staff is the real gem. Every single employee was amazing. They are unbelievably helpful, kind, considerate, and warm. They knew who we were from the moment we arrived. My...

Need to set the stage first. I have been a world traveler for 20 years. I have extremely high standards and expectations. I have no problem being critical if the situation warrants it The Glu Hotel simply put is utter perfection. Given the nit-picky person I am........if someone asked me to come up with a flaw or anything the hotel...

We loved this hotel, where we stayed for 4 days at the end of November. The staff is amazing! Would definitely stay there again. Also the section of the city has nice restaurants and pastry shops. Very easy to wake up and find a wonderful place for breakfast.

We couldn't have picked a better hotel in a more perfect location for our 6 nights in Buenos Aires. From the moment we walked through the door the staff - Carolina, Alejandra, Diego, Mayumi, and Leandro - couldn't do enough for us, from the coffee to the cold water, to answers to our million questions, and wonderful recommendations for restaurants...

From the moment we arrived we could not have felt more welcomed and catered to by the warm, friendly, knowledgable staff at the Glu Hotel. Everyone went out of their way to help us make the most of our stay in Buenos Aires, including suggesting and helping us plan activities in Buenos Aires, recommending restaurants and securing dinner reservations, and...

Nice and clean rooms, excellent service! Offer free waters, coffee or a beer at the lobby which is very nice. Whatever you need they always try to help you and give you a good advice. If you go to Palermo choose this one 😉 (its nice they try to remember your name from the first day)

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
