You might not think it if, like us, its your first visit to Buenos Aires but this is a great location which particularly comes to life in the evening. Its a reasonably affluent residential area with lots of restaurants, bars and small shops - about 15 minutes walk to the Metro at Plaza Italia which will take you straight to...

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Nuss Hotel. The staff was very friendly especially Victoria the reception manager. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. An Irish pub right across the road. The rooms were lovely with free wifi. Really can't fault this hotel. It's lovely, small and intimate

This is a well located hotel where you can easily walk out to the bars, restaurants and shops. The service at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, but the bathrooms was quite small. Breakfasts are served in the attractive ground floor restaurants and offer a good variety.

It's hard to fault Nuss. Located in the heart of Palermo Soho, efficient and friendly staff, well maintined facilities including a rooftop pool area, excellent breakfast. Our 2nd floor room was spacious and very comfortable featuring contemporary decoration and furnishings. Although looking down onto the junction of El Salvador and Borges there was little street noise from late night/early morning...

We stayed at Nuss for the last 2 days of our trip to Argentina, and we were completely delighted with the facility and the marvelous staff. The front desk team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and speak English very well. From the first minute to the last, they could not have been better. The room with a balcony was spacious...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days during our honeymoon. The Nuss is in a good location with a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. No real complaints except the wireless internet was spotty, sometimes it worked and most times it did not. The rooms were cozy but the shower flooded after every use. The staff...

As others have already mentioned, the location in Palermo is extremely central and convenient. Nice rooms. Depending on who was at the front desk, we experienced inconsistent service. Carlos actually directed us to the wrong restaurant one evening (he confused Don Julia and Lo De Jesus), and the car service he called for us to the airport arrived very late...

Suberb location around the corner from Plaza Serrano and right in the heart of Palermo Soho/Viejo. Nice room, although the toilet behind the bathroom door is a poor design (suggestion to teh hotel that you switch the toilet and bidee locations in your bathrooms!). We had a lot of trouble getting wifi access in our room which was frustrating, though...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your comments. Besides being in a superb location, as you mentioned; Nuss is mostly known for the excellent service. We understand how important is to be online, that´s why we have free wi fi internet access throughout Nuss. However, last week we had experienced some internet interruptions. This issue is solved now, I...

The location is pretty good since its near all restaurants and bars. The rooms are kind of dark and I feel that for the price they could be better. Front desk forgot my weak up call and I almost lose my flight. Breakfast is nice, just enough so you cant say anything. I feel that this hotel does not go...

Being alone and first time it was a perfect location for nightlife , a little far from historical parts but lovely for my trip! You can walk around a lot full of restaurants and new designers clothes.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
