My niece and I spent 5 nights at this hotel at the end of February and really loved it. It has so much character, really friendly family and staff (enjoyed practising Italian with Lorenzo) and is in a lovely residential neighbourhood with loads of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone who likes small, family run hotels with character.

We stayed for 3 nights at this charming hotel and we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service we received from every member of staff, especially from the owner Lorenzo. Patrons are required to leave their key at the reception on the way out and must then ring the bell when hey return and the receptionist on duty...

Spacious, charming rooms with large bathrooms, windows that open. Nice linens and comfortable large beds with two fluffy pillows each! Attentive service - family run - the owners even put out coffee and rolls for us one morning well before the regular breakfast schedule when we had an early morning flight. Very secure - guests are let in and out...

Definitely has its own character, architecture wise. Love the location, safe area. Lots of neat places to walk around, shop and eat. Havanna, Starbucks, Look Farmacity ( like Sephora), nearby park, various boutiques, various cafes and restaurants, etc. It was raining so didn't get to far. Oscar checked me in at the front desk. Gave me great recommendations, food wise....

We only had a two night stay at the Sissi Haz, but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was large and very clean, but the best part was the character of this wonderful little place including stained glass windows and wooden shutters. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were very pleased with the breakfast. In addition...

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at Sissi Haz. A charming hotel in Palermo Soho. Close to many good restaurants and bars as well as superb boutique shopping. Managed by a very friendly Mum and Dad operation plus a couple of staff. Very secure and good services like AC, broadband etc. Room was a good size....

I had a great time at Sissi Haz, it's a very nice atmosphere and I felt like at home. The staff is mostly very friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable. Best location and good breakfast as well. It might be not the most modern and fancy one, but it is wonderlful to stay at! I really enjoyed it at...

Clean, comfortable and only 2 blocks from restaurants and night life. Staff were very helpful although English was limited with the evening staff. Room was large, well supplied & cleaned daily. Breakfast was plentiful - hot and cold on offer.

A small family run hotel in the midst of Palermo. Close to everything but away from the noise. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, extremely helpful front desk and a wonderfully comfortable bed allowing a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day. Breakfast served til 11 for late sleepers to be enjoyed inside or out in the patio....

As many have said, this property is quite different than typical properties. Great location, extra-clean, and very well maintained, it reflects the owners' pride of ownership throughout the property. Comfortable bed was greatly appreciated - so many properties fail in this regard! Decent breakfast was served including scrambled eggs cooked to order. In the interest of security, you must be...

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
