100 percent of the staff were kind, attentive and efficient throughout our 5-day stay. The room was very spacious and bright, quite clean, with excellent shower and beds. Wifi worked well. Delicious breakfast (perhaps could use a little more variety); very good cafe con leche. We used the subway several times (D line), about a 10-minute walk from hotel. Highly...

This hotel lived up to its reputation. From an early check in to the huge rooms everything was perfect. WE loved the oversized bedrooms. The staff were particularly helpful booking and recommending restaurants. The pool area is cool but pool too small and too hot to actually swim.Overall a really good stay.

This hotel was recommended by friends and since I had no experience, I chose it. The street view was not particularly impressive but that changed when I walked in. The staff was welcoming and spoke great English. My room overlooked the quiet street and had a small balcony but the room itself was larger than I expected. I went up...

We really enjoyed Fierro Hotel. The rooms were very beautiful and staff was super friendly. I recommend the five dish meal they serve. It's a bit expensive for Buenos Aires but definately worth it if you are tired of stakes! ;)

We stayed for 5 nights & the room was comfortable & nicely decorated. Pool is more like a big hot tub but very enjoyable. Hotel in very central to all the activities in Palermo but 25-30 mins from el centro but cans fares were very reasonable.

This place is gorgeous, the staff are so helpful and the rooms are a great size. In a great location in Palermo. We stayed in a room which had an outdoor terrace where we could enjoy an evening drink. The restaurant Uco onsite is amazing one of the best meals we had in Argentina and the staff are so helpful...

Read the reviews here on Trip Advisor and stayed at the Fierro after staying elsewhere on many other visits to the city. We loved our stay. The staff is great as well as the layout and rooms. Carlos was a bright light as our waiter at the included breakfast each morning. We will return.

Our garden facing room was large and bright, a welcome change from the cold in North America. The hotel is situated nicely in Palermo Hollywood making it a short walk to neighbouring boroughs and bustling nightlife...just make sure you look both ways when crossing the street....traffic is killer! The staff were very helpful in selecting places to dine (Don Julio...

Stayed 3 nights - the room was huge with a super comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful with all requests. Location is in Palermo Hollywood - easy walking distance to many attractions in the greater Palermo area. Overall excellent value for money at this hotel.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
