We spent two nights here whilst in Buenos Aires and we were extremely happy with our choice. The location is fantastic, as it is within walking distance of Calle Corrientes as well as the Recolleta district. We find that sometimes you have to sacrifice quality for location, however the hotel has good modern decor and was always very clean. The...

This hotel has the worst service I have come across in the past 6 months of my vacation. The manager and staff were rude and were very aggressive to a single female travelling alone. The wifi is non existent and the rooms are dirty and old. I had a maid walk in on me while I was sleeping even when...

I checked into this hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying to Mendoza. The location is very good with most attractions close at hand. However, the price is expensive and, in my experience the standard is poor. My original room had been/or was, occupied. The bed was unmade, cigarette ash covered the table, the bathroom had been recently painted (wet...

We stayed here for several days at the end of our holiday in Argentina. The place has nice appartments consisting of a living, bedroom and bathroom. It felt like you were staying in a real place, not in some hotel. The metro is just around the corner and most sights in central BA can easily be reached on foot. Staff...

we stayed with a group from Australia. Appartments have 4 star rating evidently but are barely 2 star. Some renovation has been carried out but not the bathrooms. Baths had rust spots hand painted over, tiles were cracked and mouldy as were the shower curtains. Windows onto the front street did not seal so it felt like you were sleeping...

This was a clean, friendly hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. I was only there overnight and it was good for that purpose. It was also very good value as hotels in Buenos Aires tend to be expensive (for Australians). The staff were very good and as helpful as they could be. There is nothing very exciting in the surrounding area...

We have just returned from Buenos Aires, after staying 1 week. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel because: 1.- We booked the hotel and confirmes it through despegar.com for US$ 993 for 2 double rooms for 7 nights. They changed the currency to EUROS 625 (including taxes). At checkout we were informed that we had to pay EUROS 778. Of course,...

Neighbourhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks.
