I've been to this hotel once anda I'm glad to come back. It1s a wonderful experience that begins at the entrance. The perfum is unforggetable. If you can afford this first class stay, don't miss the chance!

Wow ! The best experience hotel i have ever stayed in. Myself, wife and two children have just returned from a 6 night stay at the Faena Hotel. From the moment we walked in , we knew we were in for an experience, and we were not let down. There is nothing worse than being referred to a "5-star" establishment only...

My husband and I stayed at the Faena Hotel in January 2012. We spent the first 5 nights in BA at Home Hotel and the last 2 at the Faena. We really liked switching hotels so that we could experience two totally different neighborhoods. The Faena is beautiful. The pool is great (although a roof top pool would be much...

What a way to be welcomed into such a beautiful country and city. After a very long flight from you NYC, our first stop was Faena Hotel + Universe, one of the newest hotel treasures in the city. I really love old factory buildings that are redeveloped into something useful. I actually even live in one in the USA. But...

Rave reviews in guide books and magazine articles was the rationale behind booking this hotel. Situated in the Puerto Madero area it appeared to be a good starting place for exploration of the city on our first visit. From the minute you enter the hotel you realise it is going to be a unique experience although some would perhaps prefer...

This hotel is amazing because of the decoration of the maestro Ph. Stark. One has to stay there one's and make up his mind for him self for a second stay. The decoration of the restaurant is weird but why not for one's ! The hotel pool is very nice and will please all trendy people. (St Tropez style) Be...

This place is just oozing coolness and chic.....went there for dinner in the Phillipe Stark design restaurant which is quite an exotic dining experience not to be missed in BA. The pool area is beautiful and made me feel I was right in the middle of a cool and chic move set or a pop music video. Highly recommended Pros:...

Fantastic hotel in every respect. Nothing can be faulted in terms of service, staff or facilities. Its cool, trendy and loads of celebrities staying there. We had Super Group there with Guns 'n Roses next door to us! But, if you there over the weekend, be aware that their hotel bar that opens into the pool area will remain open...

On a business trip I stayed several days in this excellent hotel in the Puerto Madero. Top design, quiet rooms, good restaurant relaxing bar&pool plus very near by a park that extends right to the Rio de la Plata with a nice running track. It’s an out of the box thinking experience and a good change to the standard business...

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
