Share a room, which was compact with twin beds. Adequate facilities, but as told rated 4 stars expected more. Reception area needs lick of paint. Decor a bit tired looking. Breakfast ok, but not special.watch out for child pick pockets on doorstep. Could be prevented if a concierge on pavement side. Had a neck chain stolen from round my neck...

18 months ago we stayed in Hotel Bristol and just made a repeat visit. Happily, it lived up to our expectations and last year's review. Great location in the shadow of Buenos Aires famous, centrally located obelisk. Our room was clean, bathroom spotless, bed comfortable and with adequate space and storage. The room was basic, but tastefully decorated. A window...

The Bristol is right in the centre and a great place to stay for exploring the city centre on foot, Restaurants are within walking distance, though it takes a bit of getting used to crossing the streets - there are twelve carriageways but a very good pelican crossing system, Buenos Aires is huge so you will need taxi/bus to explore...

Our stay resulted in severe flea bites on both me and my partner. The bites are all over our ankles, legs, and waist. The bites have since been blistering and resulting in secondary infections. We didn't receive our single extended double (bed) booking, instead we got two twin beds. The hotel receptionist was *very* rude and impatient - offering no...

the hotel is near all good places but the hotel has a bad bedroom using 2 single beds to make a couple bed. My wife and I had problems to sleep well. Air conditioniting system dropping water inside the room. I believe that for Bristol Hotel name to be 4 stars, they need to improve more!!!

This was by far the worst hotel we visited in South America, in the most developed city of all places! The rooms look like hospital wards, sparsely furnished and grubby with no care taken over the decor. As soon as we arrived, we emailed our travel agency pleading with them to get us out of there, which they duly did....

We added additional night's stay to our pre tour accommodation but found the hotel to be lacking in soul and character. It is however located in a very central position but as our room faced the avenue it was exceedingly noisy despite the double glazing. Breakfast was adequate but no non dairy alternatives despite our agent notifying the hotel. The...

We stayed here for one night and that was enough, having stayed in another part of town for four nights. The staff are great. The hotel itself is tired and needs a good update. It is a noisy hotel, but in a great location for the opera and downtown shopping and cafes. Cafe Petit Colon, and Cafe Tortoni are very...
