The hotel itself is nice, huge rooms and a free pool table near the hall, directly in the center of the city. It's surely a good choiche for a traveler who wants to see buenos aires, but the wifi wasn't good at all, the breakfast a little poor and all the structure is a little old

Lack of maintenance and updates resulted in this tired decrepit establishment. Stale breakfast pastries, worn-out linens, and never working wifi. Staff is limited to one person. Too sad, I am not going back.

Very centrally located, just behind Gallerias Pacífico - so you're just a few steps away from this complete shopping mall. Also, plenty of restaurants close by and many more just a short cab ride away. Rooms are big with 10 feet plus high ceilings. Staff at reception were always extremely helpful. Only downside for me was the WiFi speed. Not... More

Firstly, the positive. The staff were very friendly and tried so hard to make us feel welcome. And the location is good. That's it though. Everything else was pretty grim. Food was awful, the room had the feel of a Stasi interrogation room and the overall décor can best be described as grubby. Lighting is kept low-level for a reason... More

I wanted to give this hotel a better rating because the location is excellent but the customer service was just not there. It is very centrally located with plenty of shopping and dining steps away. This hotel functions more as a guest house. There is usually only one person working the front desk so do not expect any assistance with... More

This was my first time at this hotel and not sure if i would stay again. Location is formidable, rooms hit or miss, stayed three times in a period of two weeks, rooms facing street can be very noisy with traffic or music, rooms facing inside may be best if you are a light sleeper. Maid service and breakfast staff... More

I was really please with the staff service, the hotel location and facilities. Is a boutique hotel with big rooms and nice decoration, so enjoy the room too! You are walking distance to different spots like San Martin Park, Retiro, Corrientes, Obelisco and others. You are right beside Gallerias Pacifico a mall for a very good shopping.

This hotel was originally built in the late 19th century and completely redone a few years ago. It is located inthe heart of the business center. The rooms have been completely refurbished, are comfortable and have all the amenities you can expect. Their look is very modern. The very high ceilings tell you that that there is history here. Stayed here for 4 nights recently (w, th, f, and sat) and it was ok. It is a solid 3-star property. The reason I say that is because it lacks many amenities that a 4 or 5-star property provides. For example, no lotion, no iron, no wash clothes, no gym, no pool, no full service restaurant. Location is excellent, breakfast... More

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The service is ok, overall. Some staff are friendly, while some are a bit indifferent and others are just plain rude.
