great hotel, excellent location, beautiful garden, own bar. Palermo is the place to be for bars and restaurants. We also stayed at the Ilum Experience just round the corner and I think we preferred that as it a bit more modern, with bigger rooms and...More
Selected the Home Hotel as having never visited BA previously, we'd been highly recommended the Palermo area and this place looked just great! We're an Aussie couple in our early/mid 30's and loved the close access to such an awesome range of bars and restaurants...More
The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The outside patio where you can have breakfast is especially nice and you can eat a lovely breakfast and if you're lucky see a hummingbird. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great, right...More
We just moved to Buenos Aires and decided to do a decadent weekend away at Home Hotel partly to get to know Palermo Hollywood with all its shops and restaurantes and partly to get access to a wonderful pool for the kids and pool bar...More

Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de
Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

I let them know in advance I was arriving at 8am. We waited in the cafe area with a nice coffee for about 30 minutes and then our room was ready. Because we were arriving so early, they encouraged us to book the previous night, too, to guarantee that the room would not be occupied in the morning, but I decided not to to save money. So we lucked out that it was available.
Hey Mindy, I never stayed at Mine Hotel. If it's in Palermo Hollywood though, the entire area is great. I would recommend Home Hotel to anyone asking, but maybe your best bet is to go with the one better priced.
