This place is supercute with helpful staff, excellent breakfast included, located near densely populated quirky boutiques. The room is too cute for words and a pool/garden is also on the premises. No wonder it got a recommendation from the New York Times. It is clean, friendly, and everything you could ask for in a boutique hotel and more. You must...

We recently stayed three night at Home Hotel. I do not have enough good things to say about this hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, in fact I can say they went of of their way to meet any request we had. The design of this boutique hotel is fantatic. It's cozy, clean and super hip. Plus it is short...

A really stunning little design hotel made all the more special for the amazing staff. Sandra especially really went beyond the call of duty to look after us on our honeymoon, even arranging me a private yoga session for my arrival at the hotel!! Thank you to all at Home not only for creating a wonderful hotel experience but also...

We booked a 3 week holiday in Argentine via a local traval agency that advised us the HOME hotel. It looked very nice when we entered and the staff was very nice. On the other side, the room was very very basic. There was a bed that was to short, no carpets on the floor and a hospital-look-a-lile shower. We...

We stayed in the garden suite for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon. It was secluded, private, had a private roof terrace, loads of space. Decor is a mix of contemporary minimalist lots of concrete and retro 60's scandinavian. The staff especially the front desk were extremely helpful and always available. They give you a Home Hotel guide book...

Just returned from a trip to Buenos Aires. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hotel Home in Palermo. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. The rooms were clean, new and stylish. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've seen at a hotel. In addition, the bar/patio/pool area is a wonderful addition...

Although our review of Home Hotel is long overdue (April 2010), our love for this amazing hotel has not waned in the slightest. Everything about Home Hotel is absolute perfection - the rooms are modern and immaculate, the pool and the restaurant/bar are fabulous, and the service is impeccable. We highly recommend Home Hotel to anyone visiting BsAs - and...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
