My wife and I stayed at Casa Bolivar for our Honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms were amazing, each one decorated in a different style and very artistic. The owners Bruno and Gerard could not have been more accommodating or helpful. They were great, always went out of their way to help. Very inviting. If you...

We stayed several nights in different appartements in Casa Bolivar, San Telmo, Buenos Aires. All the appartments are excellent, and are just renovated in a great different styles & themes. You can see them on www.casabolivar.com. Breakfast is great and service is very personal.

Even though it was small it was designed in a way that made it seem quite spacious. We were greeted by a friendly staff and offered breakfast and coffee upon arriving around 11AM...

We have just returned to France after travelling in Argentina for 3 weeks, and wanted to write a raving review for Casa Bolivar right away. We found Buenos Aires to be a fantastic city... full of life; Patagonia's nature to be beyond stunning; and the Argentinians, interesting and interested beings. When running around so much, it is so very 'cool'...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to Mundo Bolivar, Mundo Bolivar is a classic mansion of 1901 that was totally renovated back in 2006. Mundo Bolivar S.A. bought the house in July 2012 with the idea and dream to create a guesthouse and culture club under the same roof. We work and live in the house, and we are looking forward to create an excellent experience for our visitors and guests, with a warm personal, and professional atmosphere in this small world called "Mundo Bolivar". We welcome travelers, tango dancers, students, artist, and good people from all over the world who wants to enjoy Buenos Aires. We hope you will enjoy our home, as if it were your own, and that you will treat it with the same respect and care as you do for your own home. If you need help to plan a "Buenos Aires day" feel free to come in for a coffee - and let us share our "Buenos Aires Querido" with you. We hope you enjoy your visit, and please do not hesitate to contact us with any question you might have. For evening dining, and for the weekends we recommend that you try Parilla 1880 on Defensa 1665, el Vulcano on Bolivar or one of 4 very good restaurants on Avenida Caseros - all of these just a 5 minute walk from Mundo Bolivar Mundo Bolivar. ... more   less
