I stayed 3 days for business and everything was as my colleagues had told me: not too many guests, very good breakfast, excellent service, staff always with a smile and ready to help you, clean rooms and located in a great place! I felt very comfortable and helped me to rest after all day working.

Situated in a prime spot of Palermo Soho, Mine feels like a very upscale hostel. It's cosy, the staff is friendly and it has a great common area. The only thing to complain about would be the mosquitos in the backyard...

Exceeded Expectations - This is a top rated boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary for 3 nights. We also stayed at the Palacio Duhau (5-star) for two nights and wish we stayed at the Mine Hotel longer. It is a warm hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spanish and...

The staff at the hotel are really fantastic, very helpful and full of initiative. The hotel is also very near a lot of nice restaurants, supermarkets plus a money changer. Breakfast is from 7.30 am to 11.00 am, so when we had to check out early, they gave us a packed breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was superior in every way. Each employee was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The location of the hotel was perfect and we walked all around Palermo, which did indeed remind us of Soho in New York. The front desk recommended restaurants and activities for us -- all excellent. Unfortunately, our overnight flight home was delayed by over...

A beautiful boutique hotel, great location. The staff and the hotel were the best of all the ones we stayed in South America. Would highly recommend it. Rooms quirkily decorated with very comfortable beds. Enjoyed happy hour at the hotel.

We spent two nights in the Mine Hotel in the Palermo Soho neighbour hood in Buenos Aires. Palermo Soho is a little way out from the Centre but we actually preferred the area which had a lot of nice shops and small restaurants. The hotel is small modern and deserves the label boutique. The staff were great being friendly, helpful...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
