We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the falls and it was totally fine. Best thing is location - it's right opposite the bus station which makes getting to both sides of the falls very easy. Also close to cheap restaurants.

The rooms were clean and so was the linen, plus each dorm has it's own bathroom attached. Bathrooms had hot water but were very run down and a bit grubby. We ended up staying an extra night so experienced two different rooms - the first had one socket for 6 people which was not good, but the second didn't have this problem.

The pool is currently out of order which was a bit annoying but no big deal. The wifi is very hard to connect to but once connected it's fine. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Note you can only pay in cash but they had no change!

Overall it's fine, not the best but cheap and well located and for those going to the falls for just a couple of days I would recommend it.

The location of the hostel is great for visiting the waterfalls because it is infront of the terminal. The rooms are clean and neat and the service is great but the kichen is the worst hostel kichen i have ever seen. There are no spoons or knifes... only forks! And the rest of the tools are old and there is a few of everything. The kichen can't contain more then one person that want to cook. Also the wi-fi does not work in the rooms.. only in the recepcion.

As Iguazu Region is realy touristic, everything is profit orientated and most restaurants/hotels are suffering in service.

Here again the location is just great and they have some amenities like yogurt at breakfast, pool and BBQ.

Minus was, that they consult you about stuff to-do in the area (but mostly trying to up sell their connections). They are understaffed in the reception, long waiting times. And here and than the by the hostel ordered caps are coming way too late.
Further our blankets doesn't fit for the size of beds.
Anyhow. Okay option to stay, check other as well, due to the fact that many other hostel have same amenities.

The truth is that our stay in the hostel was very unpleasant. The first night we realized there was a rat in the room. Not only did we not sleep after that but we had to throw away all of our food and even a toothbrush which was inside the wardrobe from where the rat came out.
The only response we got from the hostel was that there was no other room available. The next day they had not even cleaned our room. We had to ask them to clean it and even throw some sanitizer.
We even had to ask them to secure the wardrobe doors which were tighten with a coat hanger.
We would have liked the hostel to show more courtesy to us, but they even charged us a bottle of water to our room.
What a guest least expects from a hostel is having to deal with a rat in the room.

Honestly we do not recommend this place and suggest you review your service for future guests.

Good: staff was nice and helped us to organize a private trip to itapu and the brazilian side. Common area and breakfast were good. Met nice people.

Impovement potential: rooms are pretty old and not particularly clean. Wifi was very unreliable when we stayed there

We only stayed at Marcopolo Inn for 2 nights, and in that time met two people who had things stolen from lockers, through padlocks and locker doors being broken. When the thefts were reported to the police, the police laughed because apparently the place is notorious for theft...
Furthermore our sheets were unclean and the toilet in the room was broken - these things happen in hostels and it really wouldnĀ“t have been a problem, had the attitude of the staff not been so totally disinterested.
We finally decided to leave when we were told that the price per night had suddenly gone up, despite this not being advertised anywhere.
There are plenty of other budget options in Igauzu (we found a much better place for much less) so I really recommend giving this one a miss.

We booked our room before arriving but on arrival we told that they were fully booked! Their booking system is useless and staff even less so. The staff were completely unhelpful and were even sniggering to each other about the situation. When we said we would be leaving a review about this the large lady at the desk commented "I don't care, we have a lot of good reviews". We were taken to another hostel 9KM out of town so not the central location we were after. The Internet does not work here just to top it off. Don't bother staying here, you might be treated the same way.

Nice place, nice people. Big rooms, swimming pool and nice bar ;)
Breakfast is good, staff can book excursions and taxis for you and also prepare a lunch box if you're planning an entire day at Iguazu Park. Happy hour for beer and Caipirinhas! Ping pong table.

I went there during 3 nights with a few girlfriends in order to visit the waterfalls.
Yes, the location is ideal, in front of the bus station but the rooms ! Oh my, old, ugly, very dark, we even have cockroaches inside the room!
Apart from that, they have a swimming pool but they were'nt organizing any activities for travellers or BBQ.We were supposed to be at the Iguazu Inn, which looked way better but ended up there for no reason. The employees are quite nice though, especially the french bartender!
I really don't recomand this place if you wanna spend a good time there !
