A very good friend of mine, who also happens to be travel agent, and Iguazu wholesale tour operator, recommended this hotel as the only real 5 star in town. (Chosen to host 3 presidential summits). The hotel is also one of the newest (8 years, Sheraton Iguazu is 28 years old, and the brazilian side hotels are mostly builded in...

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and service. The Kiddie club was great for our son and the food was very good - even though there are less expensive options in town. Being so close to town is a great advantage of staying at this hotel instead of the Sheraton .

We stayed at Iguazu Grand Hotel and Casino for three nights. Our suite was very large, spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool; health club has more than adequate equipment. The staff was very friendly, curteous and helpful. We hired a driver through the hotel who took us to the Iguazu Falls and picked us up...

This hotel struggles to be a 3 star. The rooms are large and comfortable but not everything works. We are unable to use shower because the cold tap fell off. The Hotel is part of the "Leading Hotels of the World" chain, but the standard of service and lack of recognition of Leaders Club members is so poor they should...

We stayed for two nights recently. This Hotel tries to punch above it's weight and fails badly. Steer clear of the hotel restaurant and head for La Rueda restaurant for top italian dishes and meats instead (6 peso ride). Avoid the Hotel transport (same fare 15 peso). Ladies, unless you are on the game stay out of the casino -...

Our stay at the hotel was extremely enjoyable. The installations, the service, the quality of the hotel, the activities for my three children, the babysitting service, the drivers, etc. everything was fantastic. It will be a pleasure to stay again. We truly felt like we were the only guests at the hotel, and the service made my family and I...

We stayed for two nights in November 2006, and the stay was generally very good. I deliberated about staying here or the Sheraton in the National Park, and in retrospect, I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton. First, this hotel is not as luxurious as it is marketed, primarily because of a few customer service issues. We booked a...
