We chose this place because it was ranked #12 at trip advisor and seemed nice in the comments. We had a few rainy days during our stay and this Hosteria doesn't have a decent reading area, only a breakfast one with uncomfortable chairs. The breakfast is terribly basic, juice from concentrated and only bread and sweets. Nothing nutritive. Internet too...

We stayed in Hector and Mirta's home for 4 nights in October 2014 and would have stayed longer if we had not booked a flight. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived even though our Spanish was limited- nothing was too much trouble - restaurant suggestions, local walks and Hector booked a taxi to take...

We've had the pleasure of staying at Brisas del Cerro last month...It was an unforgettable experience. The place is very cosy and the amenities were just what we expected! Mirta and Hector are truly dedicated to make you feel as home and their kindness and yummy breakfast are absolutely delightful! Wooden surroundings full of art all over...every detail is precious......

We stayed at Brisas de Cerro at Christmas and were fascinated with hospitality of this family.First of all we were greeted in Russian that we couldn't expect in such a remote country. Rooms are very cosy and decorated in a good taste and a lounge looks like a museum. I would recommend everyone to stay with them and have dinner...

When we needed a lot of help with arranging unexpected changes in our travel plans, the family went out of their way to help us. Highly...

I have a real problem deciding whether to Rate the Hosteria Brisas del Cerro as either very good or excellent. I have read MarlynJ's comments (the previous review) and fully concur with them. Hector and Mirta made us extremely welcome and we loved the time we spent at the Brisas. Nothing was too much trouble - coffee whenever we wanted....

We stayed here for 4 days and every time we came down for breakfast or returned from our daily adventure, Hector would be there to greet us and to help us with any questions we might have. This little B & B is his home that he has lovingly and carefully transformed into a beautiful place for guests to stay...
