The fantastic view of lakes and vulcanos from the rooms windows is due to the location and mother Nature. The rest is an evidence for the good taste and love invested by Isabel and Exequiel the young couple who own this place. We were sad to leave it. Wanted it to become our home!

I totally disagree with "GerardtheHague". Belvedere is a great place to stay, but what really makes it amazing, is their managers. Isabel and Exequiel are great people, really kind and always worried about their guests. In addition, they are wonderful chefs (I don't know how I could live 2 years without having an Albert sandwich) and you can always rely...

I had a very nice stay at Hosteria Belvedere. Had a wonderful sleep, in the very comfy bed, and an amazing view of the lake. I wish I had more time, I could have stay a week there, the owners were very kind, and the place was so clean and cozy. I would have like to built a fire and...

Dangerous entrance to the hotel driveway. Located far from town. The manager/owner is too lazy to look up from his PC, not interested in the quests, every request is an interruption of looking at his PC. Look for somewhere else to stay. The hotel is sprayed with airwick and smells like a sprayed bathroom.

Dear Sir: I´m really sorry you felt this way. On the other hand I don´t agree with the way you express your discontent. There´s no need for ironic harmful comments. As you can read in all the other critics, it´s the first time one of our guest feels that we did not satisfy his needs. I apologize if I spent...

[Note – Hosteria Belvedere recently changed its name from Hosteria Caza Mayor, which was the name when we stayed in early December, 2010. As far was we know the owners are the same.] My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our Seven Lakes drive, and we enjoyed it very much. The area around Villa...

We stayed at Casa Mayor on our way to the famous Ruta de los siete lagos, the town Villa la angostura is at the starting point of this. The hotel has a great location and all the rooms have a great view of the lake. The rooms have all the things you need, good beds, nice hot shower but nothing...

This hotel is outside of town and you definitely need a car to get there but it is also quieter with a fantastic view. Our room was the tiniest possible with no spot to open our suitcase, not even on the floor. We had to put it on the bed, pull out a few things to keep on the tiny...

Typical alpine kitsch hostería run by friendly, loquacious couple, Carlos and Viviana. (Viviana speaks English). There is a nice sitting/bar/breakfast area with windows opening out onto the lake (shame about the canned music though). All rooms also have great lake views. My room was fine. The small single beds may be a bit hard for some and the sheets are...

The hotel is airy, pretty and Alpine-like. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculate. There is a nice little pool. The Cataldo family owns this hotel and they are wonderful - Get this: they helped us lift up our car - yes, I said lift it up- when we drove the back wheels backwards over a short wall! They were...
