We had two bad service related incidents with them which made our stay unpleasent. During our stay we asked the receptionist regarding their laundry service cost, he told us that the price is 66 peso per bag of laundry for the express service. We have handed two bags which they privided us. Later at the same day I came to... More

Hotel changed 4 double rooms to a 2 - 4 bed rooms on the last minute . I agreed on distance to this change so hotel could have my 2 extra rooms for more tourists. At check out they charged me more $$ for the 2 rooms then the 4 rooms I had before. They said that we had a... More

The hotel is located near down town Bariloche, close good restaurants, buss stations, main avenue. The service was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed. They helped us with valuable information about sites to visit, restaurants and getting around town. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable, also very nice. The bathroom... More

This hotel was well located in the centre of Bariloche but, the room was very dated and bit grim although the lobby area was more promising. The staff did not speak good English and the breakfast was simple. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great location in the heart of the city yet can be very quiet in rooms at the back. I had an accident while in Bariloche and had to extend our stay a few days while dealing with insurance company to get home. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making phone calls to cancel hotels that we had booked ahead, buses,... More

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's an easy wall to the city center where you can get a bus to every touristic destination Bariloche has to offer or find great food in town. Breakfast was ok, rooms are quite out dated. Bathroom was tiny and old but clean. Towels need to be changed, they just look... More

Two senior US travelers. Hotel only a block and a half up hill. Easy to find. Lots of good restaurants within a few blocks. Close to city center and chocolate. Great breakfast. Quiet

Very good location, close to the center of the town. This is a great place to stay if you plan on walking through the town instead of driving. Small hotel rather basic but clean. Rooms and bathroom are very small. Breakfast not one of the best we had on our travels. Nice Englishman on the reception desk who can handle any questions on getting around as well as the young tour guide. Free internet but it was out of order while we were there. “The rooms vary considerably in size at the same level. Ask to see the room and try to switch if not happy - the rooms are NOT the same. Room 107 for example should be avoided if possible.”

“Ask for a room at the back of the hotel so you get no street noise. It's not a busy street anyway, but just zero noise at the back. Lovely.”
