This hotel appears absolutely charming and, indeed, we found that it offered a wonderful deck area with lovely views and a extensive buffet breakfast. HOWEVER, beware of Room 307, or whatever they may tag the room opposite the restaurant. We had asked for lake views when we had booked 4 months out. The room was small, there was no cover...

Small, clean room with a beautiful sight. It doesn't get any better than sitting in the bar drinking a good Malbec looking out at the Andes across this beautiful lake. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the service of the wait staff commendable. I must say one of the ultimate highlights of staying here was listening to the...

We stayed here 6 nights after our trip to Antarctica. A beautiful hotel with a superior room 504 facing the lake. Breakfast was great and the bell man "Phillipe" was excellent with local information. The wave sounds were a big plus. We asked for a high floor, they offered the 3rd we settled on the 5th under the bar. Would...

For the past two weeks I've been I eight different hotels in Peru, Chile, and Argentina. This hotel had the strongest Internet signal and I consistently had service in my room. You do, however, have to log in each time you open your computer or IPad.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views. Lovely rooms. We were happy to be able to control room temperature ourselves after suffering from over heating in El Calafate and other locations. Nice to be able to open the windows and listen to the waves on the beach. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was rather average.

Located right on the lake, and not so far from the main part of town - location is "ok" but not the best in town with a lot of traffic noise outside the window at all hours. I stayed in room 609. For a 4star pretender...... - the rooms are small, - lighting is poor, - shower design is such...

The best thing this property has going for it is the location right on the lake and at the edge of the town. Unfortunately this property has issues with basic hotel management abilities. Towels were often not restocked in the bathroom and the robes had to be requested and they were not replaced when they were removed. The fruit basket...

The hotel is located directly on the lake with spectacular views. Our room was large with a magnificent stained glass window that allowed you to see the lake rippled by the wind. We arrived late in the evening (flight delay of more than three hours), but it was also possible to eat at the restaurant after 23.00 pm. Staff polite...
