The feeling of being away from the world is unmatched here. Excursions on foot, horseback, and 4x4 are all well organized and led, rooms are spacious with stunning views, food is far beyond anything you'd expect in a place so remote, and the service is perfect for the location, friendly but professional.

Gaucho riding, pure air and land. You can tell the people love the land. Great history of the property shared with guests. Hiking was wonderful. Would recommend greater promotion of fly-fishing opportunities and ability to book as that was a missed opportunity. Staff was responsive, gracious and knowledgeable. Drank my first beers there...stout. May never go back to wine.

The best place to take a rest and have fun with who you like most. I went there to fish with my father and friends, the guides teached the group, and they are simply amazing. All them are really professional.

Estancia Cristina was a delight from the very first moment we entered the van that would begin our journey to this simple but beautiful estancia. You may travel with day trippers to the estancia, but overnight guests are treated like royalty front seats on the van, to top seats on the boat. Upon arrival by boat, you are greeted by...

Beautiful place, wonderful staff, all-around superb experience in this remote and charming area. The walking guide, Anahi, is fantastic--super knowledgable and leads at a pace appropriate for the group. The food is delicious and healthy!

Beautiful area of Patagonia, isolated and quiet. Very nice accommodations, great food and service. Some nice self guided walks around the lodging. Outstanding hike to Upsula Glacier, need to arrange a guide and ride to starting point, but incredible scenery and hiking through a canyon after viewing the glacier.

This lodge is very well run. From the minute you board the catamaran to the brilliant barbecues, the kindly guides leading you through the mists to the incredible view of the Upsala Glacier. The galloping horses and prancing hares. You are really away from all the worries of the world.

Estancia Cristina is the place to sail to in order to reach and see the Uppsala Glacier. Stay overnight if you can to experience a unique place and learn it's fascinating history. Comfortable cabins and good food in company with enthusiasts who trek, ride, fish and general enjoy the wonderful freshness and isolation. Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at the Estancia Cristina Lodge. The lodge is very remote and private, with lots of beautiful countryside to explore. The staff were very attentive; food was excellent; rooms were large and comfortable with gorgeous views.

“Our room was in the cabin closest to the central gathering/dining area. All of the cabins in the front seemed to be equally wonderful. There were other lodgings on into the woods which we didn't see, but we can highly recommend the cabins.”
