We stayed at Estancia Cristina for two nights during our trip to Patagonia. The accommodations, staff, food and activities were amazing. It's a 2 hour boat ride to access this remote lodge, part of the National Park, but the boat ride itself is a treat with incredible sights along the way:Icebergs, wildlife, impossibly blue water. Of all the places we've...

Estancia Cristina was the "icing on the cake" of our trip to Argentina. VIP welcome, excellent meals, magnificent activities: horseback riding and especially trekking in the old bed of the glacier. 5 hours of walking, alone with our guide surrounded by a grandiose nature. Everything was perfect except that one night on site, it was a bit short! To recommend,...

Now that is the ultimate place to stay: The remote location, the excursions, the scenic and large room, the amenities and the incredible staff. It’s not cheap but everything is inculuded: pick-up at hotel, transfer to the boat dock, cruise on Lago Argentine to see Upsala Glaciar (absolutely specatcualr, reminded me a bit of my Antarctica cruise), all excursions (only...

We stayed at the Estancia Cristina as part of our Honeymoon through Patagonia. It was a truly incredible experience. Although we only could stay for one night, we felt that the two shoulder days were curated on such a personal level so that we could fully experience the most of our time on the estancia. The excursions were out of...

Difficult if not impossible to decide what the best thing is (or was) about Estancia Cristina - the welcoming and attentive service, the setting, the food, wines and excursions were all fantastic - from horseback riding, to visiting the museum and hearing about the fascinating history of the Estancia, the 4 by 4 jeep ride to the look out at...

This was hands down our favorite part of our Patagonian honeymoon. We were a little skeptical about booking since it is more than we would normally spend on a hotel. We booked for 2 nights anyway since it was our honeymoon. Looking back the price is worth every penny and I would book again in a heartbeat. From the moment...

We spent nine days in Patagonia and there was no lodge experience like Cristina. The exciting of the boat trip and remoteness but wonderful comfortable lodging and food that was superb. The history and most of all the unbelievable beauty and uniqueness of the scenery. The birds were marvelous and the horse ride was so much fun. The hiking was...

This is a wonderful lodge, excellent staff, and located in the heart of Patagonia. If you are in need of lodgings in that area, would highly recommend it. There are a number of very nice local restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful time there.
