The shower very weak pressured and luke warm for this type of environment at the bottom of Patagonia is very poor. There was also a window next to the shower that was open with nothing covering it no privacy what...

We stayed here in a 4 person dorm for 3 nights and we really didn't enjoy our time at this hostel. Our room (number 6) had a window that faced the kitchen and it was so noisy late at night and into the early hours of the morning, we hardly slept the whole time we were here. The beds were...

We enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded and gave us good advices what there was to see in the surroundings. The rooms had all facitilities and were clean. The location is a bit off, but you can walk to the centre in about 15 min.The only thing to complain about is the kitchen,...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. I am very happy to know that our staff made your stay pleasant. I have already talk to the manager in order to make all the gas stoves works well and buy some water boilers. Thanks for helping us to improve our service! Best regards,

My girlfriend and I spent three days in a private room with ensuite bath and would for sure stay there again. The hostel offers free WiFi, complementary breakfast (including eggs and fruits, so above average for argentinian standards) as well as a kitchen area which can be used. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially one girl, I think the...

Dear Customer. Thank you for giving us a perfect rating and for recommending our hotel to other travelers. I am sure that all our hotel staff and, above all Fabriny, enjoyed taking care to your needs as much as you enjoyed your stay. Beware!

Stayed here 2 nights. Wanted to change after the first. Room upgraded from dorms to private double. Door wouldn't shut properly, the couple staying next to us actually got locked in and had to be realeased by staff. Kitchen didnt have any plates and few dishes but plenty of cups. You had to pay a lease fee to get cutlery....

the set uo of this hostel is very spacious, the staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are always clean, it is a 10 min walk from the center, but for me that is a plus as it is very peaceful I have stayed here many times, and think it is one of the nicest hostels I know in Patagonia...

It is a good hostel to stay during two days. Del Glaciar Pioneros is not to close to the center of the city, but you can go walking without problems. We stay at a private room during four three days and we liked the room, but the hall was a bit noisy! The breakfast was simple, but okay. The clerk...

Noisy, rude staff and terrible atmosphere sum up this place. We cut short our stay here because this place was so awful. We were in a bunk room in the newly built 'barn' across the street. This building is completely inappropriate to have people staying in. It shakes, doors slam and the staircase is unbelievably noisy - when people walk...

There are so many options in El Calafate, skip this place! While nothing about this place was absolutely terrible, it certainly wasn't great. Everything about it makes you feel like you are a dirty disrespectful backpacker. The kitchen is filthy and poorly equipped. You need to rent cutlery because you can't be trusted not to steal. The showers were cold...

We stayed there once in a private room with breakfast, the other in a dorm. The dorm does not include the breakfast, so, if you are two, it is worth taking just a private room with towel, no noise and comfort.
