We visited the town twice and enjoyed our stay at the Edenia Punta Soberana much more (less expensive, great views & restaurant). In the Unique Luxury Patagonia the wifi went down for hours each day, there was a low grade sewer gas smell in the bathroom, a lumpy twin bed joint seam down the middle of the "king size" bed...

I don't know how other hotels in CALAFATE looks like but the rooms of this hotel is not that luxury... it's small but cozy. The receptionists are really helpful and can speak good Englisch. However, the sound proof between rooms is nearly None... I can hear very clearly when people passing by or watching television in the next room! The...

We stayed in two Junior Suites. Very spacious and huge bathroom with jacuzzy (super helpfull after a cold day in Perito Moreno). Great view of the lake from the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Great value for your money. Very good service in all aspects. Had a few small complains, but they took care of everything very fast and efficiently....

I'd just like to preface this by saying I haven't ever written a negative review for a hotel I've ever stayed in before. I read Trip Advisor reviews when making holiday plans, and feel people should know what they are paying for. Pros - Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Needed some assistance with a broken key lock on...

The place is just OK the bathroom was dirty the basket with the amenities was green, walls were dirty and the windows were dirty as well. Breakfast glasses were with dents and that's something really dangerous. In my whole travel this was the only hotel that caused me allergies because it was super dirty. Pretty disappointed because for what you...

The hotel is very good and located in a nice area. It has a good view of the city and Lake Argentino. The breakfast is also good, but coffee sometimes is not really hot. Rooms are really good. It has a nice swimming pool also. One bad thing about the hotel is the wifi. Internet is very slow and not...

Do not consider this hotel!!! Amenities are just OK and location is not good. Decoration is terrible, with low quality furniture. The staff made this the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I traveled with my wife and 2 sons and the room they called Superior is small and below standart, I required a room upgrade and they...

Hotel is well located, comfortable and with nice rooms. It isn't cheapest option in the city, however its a good cost benefit. I recommend for who is looking for a little more comfortable place. Sauna and swimming pool as well as a spa are included in the package
