My wife and I had a huge room with our own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the waterfall, all for cheap hostel prices. The place is clean, and has on-site massages and steam boxes. The steam box experience was, well, interesting to say the least, standing stark naked in front of the hostel owner and whatever other travelers had booked...

Nice clean room and loction was good. They have a nice terrace on the roof where they serve a good breakfast. Room was very cold at night but that goes for all hostals in Ecuador. In general a very good hostal and great value for money.

This place was great. Staff was very friendly and just a great overall value. They even upgraded us to a better room when they saw that we were two people. Overall a great place to stay in Banos, Ecuador.

I don't need to say much at all. Staff extremely friendly, rooms clean and big, exceptional value for money and prime location. Great atmosphere and lots of backpackers, without it ruining the atmosphere for those seeking a quieter experience. I highly recommend this place

We stayed 2 nights here during our travels in Ecuador. This is a very nice hostel. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, and the staff is very friendly. We were recommended another place by a friend, but when we showed up there they were very ehh, and expensive when we asked if they had private rooms available. So...

Nice and charming little hostal in the center of Banos. The rooms are quite big, very clean. There is a swimming pool, indoor, free to use for guests (if it s sunny in Banos). The best is the breakfast, homemade bread, strawberry/banana/passion fruit juices, homemade marmelades. I strongly recommend this hostel of very good value, only 10 dollars per person.

First hostel where they make your bed for you. This place is nice and quite. Well located by two of the hot springs. The staff are very respectful. I forgot a book and came back three days later and they had tucked aside for me. So greatful. For some it may be important to note that wifi didn't reach to...

Great little hostel right in the heart of Banos. Just steps away from the hot springs, this location has a refreshing swimming pool, a grand view from the room and an terrific Ecuadorian breakfast included. The wifi can be spotty and you'll sometimes have to find the "wifi sweet spot" but otherwise I have no major complaints.

Banos is an excellent little town with loads of things to do. And Chimenea topped it off: good service, clean rooms, hot water and well priced. We ended up staying an extra week. You'll be close to town and a two minute walk a thermal bath under the waterfall. The upstairs terrace looks over the baths and city and has...
