my husband and I stayed here for one night. It was $25 for the room - a matrimonial bed, private bathroom, use of the public kitchen, and breakfast up to $2.50 free. It was comfortable enough. The only thing was the noise level. The hostel has two locations to get a room. One side has the restaurant where you can...

Nothing exactly wrong but nothing really right either. Nice communal area that gets cleaned at some stupid o'clock and is noisy till late. Staff are pretty inattentive but location is nice. Price is quite high for this type of accommodation.

I stayed here with a couple of friends for 4 nights. It seemed to be low season as we only saw a couple of other travelers at the hostel in the time we were there. On the plus side we had a dorm to ourselves the entire time. Beds were comfortable and the shower hot. No breakfast but great cafe...

This hostel was perfectly located in Baños, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and it was pretty social if you venture down to the fire they light in the evenings. The wifi was a bad at times but you can connect to the other buildings nearby, just ask the staff for the passwords. Feeling hungry, you have to...

Close to the main action in Banos. Beware it does get cold there at times and the rooms are not heated. Try to get a room off the fire place if possible. Courtyard is a nice place to kick back and chill. Hammocks are also available. Wifi is good. Also a computer available for internet use and to play music.

I loved this hostel! I was travelling on my own to Banos and happened upon this hostel and I'm so glad I did! It was such a friendly place with loads of other backpackers from across the world staying there. The kitchen was really handy and the rooms were clean so that was good! The only thing to be aware...

Positive: big room, nice common area with fireplace, really hot showers Negative: two buildings about 300 m away from each other - a little bit annoying when hammocks and reception are in the other building, bathroom a little bit muddy All in all: for 10$ a very good deal And: eat the hamburgers from the fast food shop 500m down...

Great location right in the heart of Baños, lovely hostel split across two locations a 30 second walk from each other. Both locations have communal areas with open fires, the one in the main hostel (the one with the reception) has a smaller, cosier communal area. Rooms were clean, but security is shocking! I had been given a locker in...

“There are two buildings to the hostel, the one with reception is normally a bit noisier, it has the dorms and the bar, if you're looking for a quieter stay the rooms on the other side, particularly one floor up are pretty peaceful and you get a great view! They also have a private double room with a shared bathroom that is great value being the same price as the dorms!”
